Purchasing a bike from this dealership has been an absolute nightmare. The sales staff was unpleasant, the admin personnel mismanaged paperwork and I have had to spend months trying to fix it. And, the straw that broke the camel's back, the service team took out screws and never put them back. This explains why my seat has an unexpected wobble now. Sloppy work at a bad dealership. Avoid at all costs.

Old Glory has a huge inventory of motorcycles and your bound to find what you’re looking for. I bought a 2022 FLTRX and although I didn’t get the “smokin’” deal I was promised I did get fair deal. It was mostly my fault for getting sucked into the excitement of buying a new bike. Pay attention to the numbers before you start signing away at everything. All and all I think Old Glory is a good dealership and I feel like they genuinely care about your happiness.

Carter from sales did an excellent job taking me thru the whole process and explaining everything and the test ride was great and alot of fun. EVERYONE evolved was absolutely AMAZING! I went in excited and acting like a 12 year old the WHOLE time lol 😂 and Mr. Frank and Mr. Chris was INCREDIBLE to talk to and be around. We went on a test ride on a (can't remember the year) Heritage I didn't like it so much then landed on a AWESOME Wide Glide that I was absolutely obsessed with and drooled all over hahaha. Those two sales peps!! can't say enough good things about them the WHOLE experience was EPIC! Jenalle W was AMAZING as well! She fought tooth and nail to get me into the motorcycle I wanted!! I had a great experience with Carter in sales. I upgraded my 05 to a new Ultra limited. He was very patient and very informative about the bike and all aspects of the Harley operation. Far to often people tend not to get the recognition that they deserve. I was just at the dealership with a simple tag/title issue. My financial manager Tiana went above and beyond to make the situation right and get me on my way with no questions asked. I just wanted to say thanks so much her customer service and attention to detail. I also want to give a major shout out to my salesman JD. He is always courteous when he sees me, always remembering my name and always making me feel like I wasn't just another customer in the dealership. Matt and Carl and so many others truly provider A+ service. I've been in and out of their store since I'm guessing about November looking at various bikes. Finally took a Fat Boy 114 out for a ride a few days ago to get a feel for it. Today I finally purchased a new 2021 and couldn't be happier. No aggressive sales. Full of information. Great event Saturday for Halloween, everyone was so friendly and welcoming as soon you pull in, it felt like a family reunion! The Door Greeter Dorthy hosting the smash game/meal sign in booth was so knowledgeable of the bikes and how to obtain my license. I found out they offer classes on site, win/ win. My children really enjoyed the pumpkin patch decorating station with mini pumpkin options. The Event Coordinator Britney introduced herself so excited to engage with our family , we have some awesome pictures for a lifetime of memories she took of our family. "Batgirl" was very sweet to our kids, too. My wife was so excited when she seen the social post of the event to come, too! Please continue to update us on all events, we look forward to coming out to Old Glory.

Popped in one day to look at bikes and was blown away by the great service! Carter was awesome!! Greeted me right away and was extremely helpful in putting me on my new bike. Even on a day where they were a little short staffed he managed to take care of me quickly. The people at this dealership are awesome and I highly recommend this place. My son purchased a Harley Davidson from old Glory yesterday and I must say it was a great experience. Outstanding customer service from Jake, Frank and Charlie. Jake was an outstanding standing salesman. One of the best salesman I have done business with. Everyone was nice and very approachable jake did what ever he could to make us feel comfortable and also made sure we had all the information we neededto purchase the right bike. Frank was outstanding and the General Manager Charlie was fantastic. They made my son very happy. I wish I could give negative stars. The salesman talked my husband into enrolling our 20 year old daughter in the motorcycle safety class. This should have been a great thing as she’s looking to purchase her first bike. Unfortunately it was a terrible experience. The instructor let her crash even though the training bike is designed not to. She got upset, understandably. The instructor sent her home with the instructions that she could reschedule. She called the office during the week and they told her absolutely not. So the instructor lets her fail, she gets hurt, the bike is fine, we’re out over $700 for the class, almost $300 for a helmet and she’s very upset. Then today the salesman calls my husband asking when he’s going to purchase a motorcycle from them. Really? This dealership has lost a lot of potential business. This review will be shared wherever I can.

Stopped by to get a shirt for dad on a road trip. Very clean, everyone was super friendly, and Spring Easton helped us find the best shirt! It had an Old Glory design on the back with a crab riding a motorcycle! Haha

Amazing experience. Asked online for a price inquiry. Which turned into a finance app with a phone call from the sales manager saying to come on in. Originally I went for an 08 ultra with low miles. Yet, they were able to match my monthly payment with a 2018 Road King. From start to finish it was an amazing experience to use them. I will for now on drive 1.5 hrs away from my house every time I need a motorcycle. Country was a great salesman. Easy to speak with and answered everything I needed. Thanks!

I had a great overall experience purchasing my first Harley from Old Glory Harley. Everyone was so cool and made me and my friends feel like home. Shianne was an amazing saleswoman and really took her time helping us narrow down our purchases. I’m sure we combed through every bike in their inventory from BOTH buildings and she was extremely patient and informative.

The Best Service and Parts department. Always willing to help, regardless of how busy the place happens to be at the time. Dan, Alison, and the other staff in service remain as busy as ever. I purchased three bikes from here, still have two (2016 Ultra Limited and a 2019 Road Glide). I can't say enough good things. Like most good shops the service is only as good as the techs. I have never been disappointed with the work. Always professional and if you want to speak to a tech directly, you can. (Gives you some insight to their ethic and devotedness to the Harley Motor.) I will admit, due to the popularity of the shop and the continued closing of the dealerships around us they are a bit overloaded. So if you have a big job, give them time to do the job right, capitalize on accessory installs and repairs so they only have to take the bike apart once. I purchased my third Harley from Old Glory and it has always been a great deal. However Chris in parts is the absolute best. He makes sure when you order your parts that you have all of the necessary pieces in one package. He makes spending money with Old Glory painless. Keep him upfront because his personality brings you back. He never forgets your name and he really makes you feel at home. You can literally spend 5k with him and feel great when you leave!!!

Had issue with low tire pressure sensor always on when I went riding. Bought my HD from a different dealership 2 weeks before it closed unbeknownst to me. Took it to Old Glory while feeling skeptical due to my aforementioned experience with the other dealership. Alison and Dan heard me about my frustration and took care of my ride, even though I acted like a pain in the A.... Bike doing great now! Service was great! They were great! Old Glory is great! And wish I had purchased from them. Thanks Old Glory team!

I sold my old bike here and it was a great experience. Jazz took care of me through the entire process, step by step through the appraisal, negotiation, and then on through settlement. She was incredibly personable and helpful and provided honest advice. The negotiations were smooth and the offer was reasonable. Overall the entire process took less than two hours. It was simple and painless compared to my past experiences selling privately.
