    My autistic son received good care at this location. The staff was considerate of his condition while treating him. Laura the NP who saw my son was very thoughtful and knowledgeable.

    We were a walk in. Office woman who helped me was very professional and efficient. Once inside the NP was phenomenal and took good care of my 9 year old son.

    That front office staff was great. The nurse practitioner who attended me was absolutely great. She spoke to me like a person. She was very clear and concise! I would not hesitate to return there.

    From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the professionalism and warmth of your staff. The check-in process was smooth and stress-free. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. I was particularly impressed by the nursing and medical staff. The nurse who attended to me was not only highly competent but also had an excellent bedside manner. She explained the entire process and answered all my questions, alleviating any concerns I had. The doctor was equally impressive, showing empathy and a deep knowledge of their field. They diagnosed my condition quickly and provided clear instructions for treatment. The facility itself was well-maintained, and the hygiene protocols in place were evident, which is especially reassuring in these times. In addition, the minimal wait time and efficient service was excellent. I left your facility feeling cared for, well-informed, and on the path to recovery which you certainly delivered on both fronts.     Probably worse customer service you can get. People come in for URGENT care. We all know as walk in’s there are mishaps on other emergencies and longer patient care times with doctors to diagnose. They let you know it’s 45 minutes then another 45mins and then 30 minutes, DONT LIE front Office, just be honest and text me when you are ready. When arriving highly, highly recommend to receive text messages when your appointment is ready. Definitely NEVER coming back. The other Fountain Valley Urgent care is waaaaaaaaayy, waaaay better.

    Avoid! Did not appreciate needing to sign up for a portal to get my test results. Also did not care for the facility billing me for an office visit when I had a Covid test and didn't leave my car. This resulted in a much higher out of pocket cost for me. They continue to refuse to bill me for a Covid test and insist they must bill for the higher cost office visit I never had. Seems like fraud to me. Every other urgent care I've ever received a Covid test from managed to correctly bill me for an actual Covid test.

    The office is clean and front desk person was super nice. Dr examined everything she was doing to Mason and to me. I really do like this place. Second visit was as good as the first.

    Had an appointment for a COVID test at 2pm. Necessary because of an elective procedure at the hospital & this was a requirement. When I arrived at Urgent Care in Fountain Valley a few minutes before 2, I didn't get to sit down. The COVID test was administered at 2. Have used this Urgent Care many times instead of ER like many do. Why use ER & 4/5 Hours for a "scratch", when you can get the same treatment at Urgent Care in less than an hour with easy parking.

    The gal at the front desk was friendly And helpful. My waiting time to see the doctor was good and my visit with the PA, Laura Jardine was great. I had a low grade fever and was given prescriptions to help with my cold/congestion. Thank you!

    From the moment I entered the facility, I knew I had come to the right place. The beautiful lady at reception greeted me quickly and very respectfully. The wait was short and once in the room I was quickly attended to by sweet Becky and her mentor. Madison, the provider, was very professional and did an amazing job suturing my laceration. I am grateful for the caring and compassionate team at Family Care urgent care. Thank you!

    Last week my daughter dislocated her knee and had no strength to walk. Due to this incident my daughter and I rush into the nearest urgent thinking we were able to get quick help hence the 4-5 star rating on yelp. We were poorly mistaken.The employees and providers were most definitely not solution orientated and took 1 hours to just take my daughter in a room and waiting another 2 hours for the care provider just came and looked at my daughter knee….even there are only couple patients. After what seemed to be an eternity, we finally got the chance to get my daughters X-ray. She had a severely sprained knee. Knowing this information the care provider told me that it was best to have AT LEAST 2 weeks off of any physical activities at her school and she will give my daughter two weeks note . When getting the note, the expiration only good for one week .Realizing my daughter was still injured and can’t run at school after only one week so I went back I requested another note for my daughter to extend her note because she was not 100% healed. I saw the assistance at the front desk and explained what’s happened and asked her nicely about a note “the lady SUPPOSED to wrote 2 WEEKS for my daughter but somehow she wrote just one week and I was in the hurry to take my daughter home bc she had so much pain and didn’t realize the note only good for one week “. The assistant at the front desk gave me “ the look” and said there is nothing she can do and the provider in the day DONT WANT to give me another note for the school even I explained to her what’s happened and my daughter still in pains if I dont have the note she will have to run at school .The assistant at the front doesn’t seem to care ,tried to ignore me and give me a “ discrimination look “ ( because I’m Asian ) … I feel so horrible . I don’t understand how can you get 5 stars with that horrible service ? I would leave this no star and report if I could . The customer service at this urgent care is absolutely horrible and ridiculous bad . I advise you to never visit this urgent care because the care providers and the staffs very rudeness. I hope the owner of this urgent care should take it seriously if you don’t want to lose all your customers or get sue one day .

    Madison Holmes did an excellent observation of my finger cut and how it was stitched at Hoag Hospital. She gave me instruction regarding what I should do and later removed my stitches. I am currently recovering very well due to her instructions.

    I went in not feeling well with some body aches and persistent headache for three days. Laura Jardine was the NP on that day and they were really busy. She was running around and there were quite a few people waiting in the lobby. Despite being so busy, she was really upbeat and seemed happy to see me and took her time. It was really nice to feel like she cared and enjoyed her job even though she was so insanely busy. I'd definitely visit her again. If it's always that busy there and there's only one provider on usually, then they really need to have two providers working.

    I have excellent experience when I needed urgent drive through Covid testing. The telephone staff and the provider were very caring, helpful. I will certainly refer my family and friends to this urgent care

    We pulled up to get our 3.5 year olds covid test. He isn’t usually a fan of them but the Nurse practitioner was so sweet and quick! He didn’t even mind it. This is our 3rd experience at this urgent care and all have been great! Glad I know where to go so close to home.

    Needed to take a COVID test for a procedure. Called to make appointment the person on the other end very nice and helpful. Went to the appointment called that I have arrived (also nice and helpful) . Person came out took my test (also nice and helpful). Next day received my results through my email.

    I was seen almost immediately for my upper respiratory infection. The office staff was kind and efficient. The initial portion of my exam was done by teleconference in my car in the parking lot—and then the nurse practitioner, Laura Jardine, came to my car to complete her assessment. Laura was absolutely superb in her assessment, treatment, and care. I have a complex medical history and she dived right in and took everything into consideration when prescribing medications and treatments. Thank you so much to the entire staff. I would highly recommend.

    Great experience. Starting with front desk Stephanie was so nice and honestly made things so much easier for my child to be seen. And the back staff was very kind as well. My daughter was seen by Melissa Laury Myles, PA-C . She was excellent made my daughter feel at ease and I thank her..First time coming to this urgent care and will continue to come when needed. Great patient care. Highly recommend.
