Excellent, friendly service and delicious, large sandwich

Amazing. Best Tri-Tip sandwich I've had in FOREVER. I'll be coming back here every time I'm relatively close to this area. This is Los Gatos Meats & Lockeford Meats quality here. Street can be confusing to find but think about the prize for finding this gem. Wow. I'm truly blown away.

Been eating their delicous meat since the 1990s. This shop always produces amazing, tasty cuts that leave your mouth watering and your belly full, yet wanting more. The deli sandwiches are awesome as well. Perfect for a satisfying meal while you get stuff for a dinner, bbq or party. You can't go wrong with what this meat locker offers. There's plenty to choose from, so stop in and get a treat for yourself and your family. They're also dog friendly, so big plus.

My family has been coming here since before I was born because of their high quality meats. To say I am disappointed in what I just trimmed is an absolute understatement. We got about 80 percent far and 20 percent meat. I guess all great things must come to an end.

Very friendly staff! We heard the sandwiches were outstanding, but unfortunately we arrived before the deli opened. We left with some delicious jerky and bacon instead. Will definitely drop by again on our next visit to Watsonville! Thanks Sarah!

I visited for the first time over the weekend for lunch after hearing about it for years from friends. Very friendly service from the deli team, and Sarah greeted us and explained a lot about the workings of the butchery. Our sandwiches were delicious, and we picked up some smoked salmon that was simply amazing. Great place and can't wait to go back.

This is my go to butcher shop and my favorite deli. However, recently this place has been going downhill. I purchased 2 slow smoked brisket sandwiches and they ran out, which is understandable. That was ok. I opted for skirt steak and it was very tender and delicious. When I received my sandwiches, my order was completely messed up. The sauces were wrong and they forgot/put wrong condiments on both sandwiches. I went up to the cashier to get some of the missing condiments, they came back with only one thing and not the other condiments I kindly asked for. Also I think it’s important to state that the fries are very different than how they used to be. They used to have this delicious citrus seasoning and now it’s just salt and pepper. Overall, this place has great potential but I have noticed that you have to go on one of their good days. Some days, they are just off and not on their A game. 3/5

Picked up our 3 bone prime rib for Christmas. Just a wonderful atmosphere, customer service was over and beyond. Definitely a must visit...

Got 50$ worth of skirt steak that was labeled as 2.5 lb. Half that weight was the juice they package it in. wow, to bad after getting the tri tips there thought it was worth it. Unfortunately a loss like this isn't worth the trip anymore. 1 star is a justified response when I'm paying for a extra lb of marinade.

Great food, and great staff EXCEPT for whoever is in charge of parking. I’ve come here my whole life, but the parking “enforcer” is extremely rude. Rude to the point where I leave the moment I see him, just to avoid any weird interactions.
