😠 My wife gave birth here 2 weeks ago. I've held off on this review, but now after weeks of my wife complaining these doctors decide that she needs an emergency surgery. She's complained about the same problem and the same pain since the day she gave birth, yet these doctors preferred to wait until it... People often mention staff, nurses, time, gave, experience, hospital, care, baby, amazing, wife,

My wife gave birth here 2 weeks ago. I've held off on this review, but now after weeks of my wife complaining these doctors decide that she needs an emergency surgery. She's complained about the same problem and the same pain since the day she gave birth, yet these doctors preferred to wait until its now a full-blown emergency weeks later to act. She should not be in this position. On a side note, the experience for men is atrocious. Probably at least a step above prison. Hate this place, only good part were some of the sweet caretakers post - delivery. The "experts" here focus on all the wrong things that weren't a problem, instead of my wife, who now is going under for a surgery for a problem caused by the doctors that treated her. Listen to your patients. Listen to your patients. No matter how qualified and experienced you are in this field... listen to your patients.

I’ve debated posting this but I will and it’s long I apologize. I was admitted for one week before the scheduled c section of my daughter. The care during this time was wonderful. HOWEVER. After? Horrible. Shortly after they delivered my daughter (who is disabled and looks different than others but is as happy and healthy as she can be), I heard someone near my head go “quality of life? Yeah I don’t see it.” Yeah. I heard that. It broke my heart. Then, my bed call light was broken they couldn’t hear me. My fiancé had to go get them several times. One time I needed help setting up my pump because my legs were still numb and I couldn’t do it because it was across the room and the nurse acted like it was just horrible to help me set up what I needed to feed my child (my fiancé was across the street at the Children’s hospital he couldn’t help). Then when he finally did meet a lactation consultant, he tried to help wash the parts and she snatched them from him and told him to get out the way. Such a wonderful way to encourage a new father. 🙄 Not to mention the people who constantly walked in and panicked because I didn’t have my baby because they don’t apparently read the notes or they’d know she was across the street getting a spinal repair and wasn’t even in the hospital anymore . Basically, some people are wonderful. Others not so much. The experience broke my heart during an already fragile time and honestly messed with me for a while. I felt I had to post this.

This was my first childbirth and I am so so so glad I chose this location. The nurses definitely go beyond to make sure you are comfortable, everyone is more than willing to help with any questions, no matter how small everyone is very very knowledgeable and warm, sweet, I honestly can't say enough good things. The rooms were very comfortable, the nutrition people took great care, the food was honestly good. I didn't know what to expect for hospital food but this was great and healthy options. One of the nurses even called a few days after we left to check on us to make sure we were doing okay and that really just made my heart smile. This place really cares and you can tell in the staff. Even through COVID somehow these amazing people have managed to keep themselves positive. Nurses really are heros.

*** THE BEST *** I can't really think of anything better than this... It was a last minute decision to be moved to this hospital and we were really scared as mine of our friends or family members every had any experience better. However, all the fear was put to rest as soon as we stepped it and was consistent all through we stepped out with the newest family member we had. There's no one we can point to appreciate because it would be unjust to others and all who are going the best they could. Finally, I would say that each of the staff kept up to the pledge of this hospital (Just attaching the picture of the pledge). Thank you once again!

My wife and I have had both children here. Both times, we felt cared for and never had a negative encounter. This quota recent time, our primary caregivers were Aliyah and Mimi. Both were phenomenal and treated my wife and baby with the utmost care. Dr. Scott safely delivered both of my children via c-section and he took great care to make sure my wife was properly treated. We love the staff at the women’s center.

Just glad I'm not a woman that needed to come here. They are the MOST UNORGANIZED group of people I've witnessed in a long time. Everything takes forever and it's not because the process is arduous its because they don't communicate well at all. You'll need to speak to 3 people before someone actually does what you need. Then they spend the next 40 minutes 🙄 trying to see if it got done. The day of my wife's surgery, they give me a pager and feed me this garbage about we're going to page you several times a day and provide you with continuous updates. We'll from 7 a.m. to 3 pm I never heard from anyone. Doctor never showed up with post surgery consult yet they screaming code blue on the PA system. You just sit there and have a panick attack. Tell me to come around with the car to pick my wife up and 2 hrs later I'm just sitting here. I'm glad the grace and my of God reaches me because the Marine in me wants to fight. Seek medical care ELSEWHERE. YOU WERE WARNDED

Recently delivered my baby girl here and I must say it was a phenomenal experience. I had the absolute best nurses during labor. They were very skilled and while I labored without medications they were right there giving me positive words of affirmation. Birth certificate staff was awesome, the nurses and pediatricians were great. They had my room stocked with postpartum recovery items so I technically didn’t need to buy any although I had already. Overall great experience!

My 2 weeks stay here was nothing short of hospitality. The nurses, doctors, tech and everyone was simply amazing. Miss sunshine from GPC is an angel. Nurse Bethlehem on HRP was amazing. All the doctors took time to listen to me and put my boys health and wellbeing in top priority. Dr Rogg who performed my C-section, I can’t thank her enough, she saved my boys life. Taylor from Labor and Delivery was the sweetest and took her time to prep me for my C-section. I am forever grateful to everyone here.

I had my son here almost 4 years ago and recently just had my daughter here 5 days ago. My doctor was not in to deliver the baby but the midwives are absolutely astonishing ✨🩷 their vibe and energy is all for getting a baby out safe into the world and they all have positive attitudes. They really care about your needs when it comes to pain, and what they can do to help. The midwives also encouraged me to push the baby out with a couple of things they recommended till I was able to fully deliver 🩷✨ As for moving to another room, the nurses are absolutely amazing and the team in the unit I was in was very organized, on point with everything, super informative and caring. Keira, Arianna, and all the other women that cared to me, thank you. You guys did amazing 🫶🏼

Came here from out of state because the good "reputation" but I am now regretting this. The reviews must have been paid for because the actual experience is in stark contrast. The policies here are way too restrictive. They are prison-like and are even bordering on civil right violations. My child was born 2 days ago but my wife and I are pretty much confined to our room since everything is "off limits" here. This is absolutely absurd. Steer clear from this place. Edit: The staff here really needs to back off and mind their own business. Not everyone is a dead beat and some off us actually know how to raise a child. NEVER. AGAIN.

C Section City. Most nurses are super nice, kind and attentive but others are rude. do yourself a favor and go to Emory or North Fulton.

Loved my experience here I gave birth 01/24/20 and all the nurses (maybe one cranky one ) we’re kind and accommodating to my family. At this time Covid restrictions hadn’t hit just yet and I’m also blessed because a couple of weeks after is when everything went into lockdown: I am so grateful to all the medical staff here who deliver babies on the daily. Clean. Warm. And informative . There were never any doubts in mind that I couldn’t “do it “

I gave birth here. Beautiful facility. Nice and spacious rooms. Good food. The doctors were amazing and really care about you. My only concern were some of the NICU nurses. They were nice but I felt like some might be completely different once you leave. Not abusive or anything but not as attentive. I guess they get so desensitized after doing that for a while but still..

I was treated with dignity and kindness all throughout my stay. I gave birth to a healthy little boy and I was walked through the process of each procedure very patiently. My Doctors were one of a kind, my nurses and techs were excellent even the environmental services ladies were wonderful. I was truly blessed to have been able to deliver there. I’m a first time mom and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the people who work at this hospital.
