I referred so many people to this gym because I loved going there but became pregnant, I cancelled my membership in person. I was receiving collection calls and thought they were fake so called the Roswell location. The guy that answered the phone was trying to help me the best he can and said he'll take care of it. Called a few days later and he passed the phone to his manager that was not helpful at all. He pretty much told me there is no billing dept and he is the owner and I'm at a dead end and need to pay. When I signed up, they promised no contract and no fees to cancel. I was going here for 2 years. Now I owe hundreds.... False advertising. Attend a different gym.

It’s a nice enough gym to use if you don’t go during a busy time, but be sure to have their representatives explain the fine print of their memberships and “deals” in excruciating detail. I just paid close to a $100 membership cancellation fee. 0/10 would recommend that experience to anyone.

That place is FILTHY. I've been to other gyms and understand that its a gym.. but the dressing room for the gentlemen is disgusting. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Their service is also horrible. They do a fantastic job of coming off as if they care. FILTHY!!

If you're looking for a gym that has all sorts of equipment and amenities, this place won't disappoint you. However, if you're looking for a gym with sparkling clean restrooms, you might wanna look elsewhere. The restrooms here are very odory and lack of ventilation. Also, the staff can use a bit more customer service training and not act like they're too cool to talk to you. And can somebody please turn down the music volume before my ears bleed? Other than those minor annoyances, this gym is still a decent place to sweat it out.

BUYER BEWARE! Beware of their scheming fee policies! They have you sign your agreement on a pen pad where you can not see the agreement so they can swindle you into all their fees and bogus policies when you want to leave. You can not cancel over the phone so you must go into the gym or send a letter. Once you go into the gym or they receive the letter, it counts as your 30 day notice so you are still stuck paying for at least another month. In addition to the policies, the gym equipment is often broken or dirty making an unpleasant environment.

I’ve been with Crunch for about 5 years now. Did a year of training sessions at the Sandy Springs location. Absolutely loved everything going on there. Moved to Roswell about a year ago, and the employees have a completely different attitude. Maybe policies have changed and they want to reduce the crowd or perhaps the staff hasn’t been given the authority to retain members like they should have. The water fountain has been out of service for about 2 weeks now (not the first time it’s happened). This is a standard amenity at most gyms. I was understanding and bought a water the last 2x I went in. I forgot to fill my water bottle to the brim before heading in again today and asked if I could get a courtesy water this time around. I was asked to pay without them blinking an eye. The cost wasn’t a huge deal, but it is the perfect reflection of how they value their members. I’ll be giving my money to the Planet Fitness down the street now.

Equipment sucks here. Dead lift bars for benching and EZ curl bars that are awkward in the hands. They get the job done but experienced lifters will not enjoy going here. Weight stacks are also weird and they have no mini lockers for keys and wallets Edit- dumbest design on the calf raise machine. Bump is too high to easily rest the weight back. So you’re forced to drop the weight and then take off all the weights just to pick it up and set it again Edit- They decide to clean their locker rooms in the middle of the day. 2-3pm. I’ve had my keys and wallet held hostage until she was done cleaning the entire locker room. It’s ignorant.

Crunch is definitely one of the best gyms out there. There is a variety of equipment and they have training equipment that is very versatile. Highly recommend joining and I enjoy coming in everyday. Matt is awesome and he knows his stuff. Join today!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I hate when companies lie about pricing and do surprise fees. I’ve already had multiple surprise fees and they were NOT TRANSPARENT about about multiple things related to billing. It’s not about the money, it’s about ethics. I’m tired of companies using high pressure sales tactics and lying by omission. I would have paid more if I knew the reality, but I hate being lied to so corporate America can continue to swindle average, hard working people.

I have been a member of crunch fitness for almost 5 years and I have always had something positive to say about this club. However, my experiences in recent times has not been great. I wanted to take a shower after my workout and there was no hot/warm water. The first time that I experienced this I told someone at the front desk, they said they weren’t aware of the situation. Today, I informed the cleaner, waited for about 30 minutes to get an answer and there was none. I had to cancel my appointment and left the gym without taking my shower.

The Roswell location is amazing! Gabe at the front desk has been nothing but helpful, courteous and kind every visit. Trainers like Dale and Crystal are very knowledgeable and help me navigate the gym. I would recommend this location. Its cleanliness is 9 of 10. Access to local Crunch gyms would be a 10 of 10 as a high traveler.

I rejoined crunch fitness in Roswell Georgia today on 6/6/2022. I must admit the whole vibe of the gym is awesome. I really enjoyed myself and can’t wait to return Wednesday. Matt was an absolute gentleman and make you feel totally comfortable. Great place

Crunch Roswell is fantastic! The employees are very accommodating. (Especially Andrew, Mike, and Stephen!) I had to cancel my membership with Crunch when I moved out of the state. When I moved back to Georgia, they made my registration experience easy and effortless. It’s great to be back. Thank you all so much!

I love Crunch I have been a member for four years and they have always brought great energy great music great staff and great machines. If you live in the Roswell area or in any of the areas that they serve and they have a ton of nuance gems coming up all over the place. At the front desk Matt, Ryan and the ladies are always happy and energetic

I’ve been to quite a good amount of gyms in the past, and I hated their customer service. But Crunch Fitness, especially the one in Roswell, really shows that they care about their members. I feel right at home over there. Everyone is so nice, warming, and most importantly, welcoming. I look forward going to crunch especially when I’m having a bad day or a rough morning because I know I’ll always be greeted with the most genuine smile and a “how’s your morning/day going?” It’s a different culture at Crunch Roswell. I want to give a shout-out to Matt because I called Crunch this morning to check up on my membership , and he was very efficient and polite, something you do not get at other gyms AT ALL. Please keep up the good work, Crunch Roswell. When I lose these 45 lbs, it’s because you helped me by lifting up my spirits with your immaculate customer service :)

Great gym, just annoying they close the restrooms/lockers from 2-3pm everyday instead of doing the cleaning any of the 8 hours the building is closed. Or simply section off parts of the bathroom. Still a solid location and great gym.

Crunch is a modern gym with great staff and varied equipment. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to get a workout in. Gabe and Cheyenne were both incredible helpful in showing me the complex and making me feel like I was apart of the crunch family.

Use promo code “RUN” to save on enrollment and say I referred you 💪🏼💯 it’s a good gym for the price…It’s best if you can go during less busy hours (between 10am and 3pm). If you just want to come lift, they have everything you’ll need. Music is always on and fairly loud if you like that vibe.

I’ve gotta say, Sophia doesn’t just deserve employee of the month, but rather employee of the decade. Her water absorbing skills are absolutely sublime, top notch, simply professional. The way she was able to angle the rags in such a precise manner to efficiently absorb such substance in the most immaculate fashion, was simply a thing of beauty. Will be renewing my membership for 5+ year extension because of this top notch quality service. 11/10 location.

Awesome gym, very open floor plan with new and abundant equipment! Love the front desk staff they were super friendly! I also really enjoy working with my trainer Cory Jenkins. Stop by and check it out.

I have been generally happy with Crunch. Despite some of the other reviews I have found it to be clean and have not been disappointed with the staff except for two things. First, maybe have the trainers and/or staff ask the folks sitting on equipment texting to move on. Second, turn down the music. It's an interesting dichotomy that we are interested in fitness but not hearing protection. I like to work out, but don't like the headache I have when I leave.

Staff was friendly and well informed. Great experience! Definitely two thumbs up!

I canceled my membership over a month ago as much as I liked the amenities and location but the front desk two buffed up guys seemed in a mood and very rude while I was paying for the water. For a second I thought they are racist but I hope that's not the case. Anyways, I canceled my membership I have gained weight since then. Looking for the gym but I refuse to go there again.

Dale is an awesome trainer! Really knows how to get you to feel good about training! I am more committed to working out more than ever now! And special thanks to Seth to getting me set up with my membership, made the process super easy!

I loved going to Crunch. I went to this gym for about a year. The equipment is always clean and working. The staff is professional and uplifting. I worked with a trainer named Dale. He’s a fantastic guy. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough.

Matt and Andrew are the definition of example staff, they seem more like family. Always got a smile on their face and do an amazing job with helping you out with anything that you ever need. Highly recommend the gym simply because of the staff

Employees are always great and very friendly, gym equipment is new and the gym itself is very clean. Love the dry sauna in the locker room. The showers are not set up for convenience. The shower is clean but there are no shelves in shower so your soap has to be on the ground. There is no specific changing area. Overall this gym is great, has several squat racks.

  • 3/5 Dania B. 1 year ago on Google
The gym equipment is great but don't recommend going during busy hours. You will be waiting for a squat rack or machine for a while. Also the customer service is lacking. Had experience with front desk worker who completely ignored me and my brother when we tried to sign in and pay for a protein shake and another worker who accused us of taking the shake with out paying. They have no idea how to speak with customers in a professional and polite manner. Thinking of cancelling honestly

Come see Gabe, he’s a wealth of knowledge on fitness and health. I’m a prepared to get my fitness routine under control because he’s made it easy for me. At Crunch, I feel comfortable being uncomfortable. Great place, 11/10.

The gym is nice & always clean but, I thought this location would be different than my former Crunch. Unfortunately, it isn't as far as money is concerned. I was charged for something I expressed I didn't really have time for & the word "add" which I assumed was putting me down as interested, was used instead of "charge" which should have been stated plainly. I won't be using what was "added" & I was offered a t-shirt for the trouble..... apparently my company is offered a discount & I was going to help bridge the gap between the companies but at this time I'm not interested in doing so. I wouldn't want my colleagues charged for something extra on the SECOND day of membership like me :D P.S. Karla is AMAZING she is the reason I signed up to begin with & knows her stuff.

I had a great experience at the Roswell, GA Location. All of the staff were extremely helpful! I worked specifically with Andrew & Bobby and they were sure to answer all my questions and concerns! Very excited to be apart of the crunch family

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Crunch in Roswell. Everyone is very friendly and it’s a clean and welcoming environment. I’ve also been working with one of their personal trainers, David, and he is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to curate a routine that aligns with my fitness goals. If anyone is in need of a gym/trainer recommendation, Crunch has everything you need. 👍🏼

Was visiting this side of town and decided to finally give Crunch a try. Gabe is one of the Managers and was awesome to chat with. Answered all my questions with ease and showed me around the spacious facility. If your ever in the area and are curious about trying this place out, do! And be sure to ask for Gabe. He’s great!

Crunch Roswell is my favorite gym and I've been a member of many. Definitely found a home not only due to the incredible equipment but because in the morning the front desk manager is awesome. Karla's is the most welcoming person I've ever encountered at a gym. Will definitely be here for the long haul.

So many great things to say! I toured a dozen gyms & studios and this is definitely THE spot for me. Not too big, not too small/boutique-y. Vibe is chill and very welcoming to beginners like me and gym rats alike. Tons of clean, updated machines, weights, open mat area and big studio. Wide variety of exciting classes, with enough schedule options to suit almost anyone. Personal training programs are great too (yeah Heather Friese!!) Staff is helpful, friendly and it's an awesome price. Love this place ❤️❤️

The staff at this facility is unbelievably professional and very accommodating. Especially Andrew. What a guy! Nothing gets past him! I’ve lost 50 pounds from working out at this facility and I contribute a lot of that to the motivation from him and his staff!

I did not want to join a gym. I figured at 61 years old why bother. I had belonged to other gyms and I always felt less than or not as good looking etc. And then I met the professional people at Crunch. They hooked me up. They listened to my concerns about joining a gym and tailored what I needed so that I would be as successful as I wanted. Jordan, Gino and Carmelo are awesome to work with and they motivate the heck out of me.
