    Ugh, I need to work out again. I loved working out here, but my wife won’t go with me anymore. She’s addicted to the Peloton. This place is fun, I like Kyle the owner, he got me down to 179 2 years ago. I held steady at 185 until COVID made me fat an lazy again. Up to 210 because I’m not at the MAC. Kyle! Kick me out of bed, I need to work out again. Help me! :) Seriously this place is great, go here!

    Easily the best gym I've ever been to. With great trainers and great members, it's a real fitness community. At 44 years old I'm in the best shape of my life, and I look forward to the work outs every day. It's always challenging and very rewarding!!!

    If you want to beat the "Resolution" crowd there's no better time to join up with MAC! Bryson is exceptional and the entire team defines "personal" when it comes to Training, Nutrition and Conditioning Classes.

    i’ve posted before and I decided to do so again as I love this gym that is a safe place for all levels of fitness. working out takes commitment and motivation and the coaches come ready to be your biggest cheerleaders! their knowledge , example and kind spirit will make you want to attend as often as you can . try it, you will thank yourself !!!

    Kristen- my personal fitness trainer is an amazing person and an awesome instructor; very knowledgeable and brings a lot of variety to the fitness menu. Her work ethics are impeccable and will go above and beyond to help you achieve your goal. Very thankful for her. Thanks to Aimee Morse who introduced me to Kristen. Aimee is just as amazing at doing what she does the best- Motivating you. I was introduced to MAC by my husband Sarju (the UPS Store owner in the same complex) and all I have to say is,” I have learnt a lot from Kyle- whether it’s nutrition or workout discipline. My ultimate role model is Cameron. I have a lot of respect for the strength you display. I am always in awe of your calm demeanor and your commitment towards keeping yourself so fit and athletic. Thanks again.

    Best gym you will ever belong to! Excellent workouts, instructors and equipment. Be a part of an incredible community of people. You won’t be disappointed. If you are tired of training and staying the same, make an appointment to see Kyle today!

    This is an exceptional club and I'm a huge fan. I've used other clubs in the area (and had personal trainers) but have seen more results from my 8 months at the MAC than all combined. Kyle and Cameron's approach makes an impact. I've lost 2 inches in waist and reduced my body fat by 2%--all the while being encouraged, coached and having a lot of fun. Also, don't under estimate the value of having a good community in your club selection. I didn't think it was important until I experienced the positive impact it has made at the MAC--and it is a game changer!

    I really like this gym. I typically hate gyms because they're full of Meatheads and they typically stink. I'm kind of a germaphobe and a really just hate people's DNA but that's my problem not yours. Anyway, this place is very clean, it has good air flow so there's not that stagnant stench of yuck. Also, it's a husband and wife team who own the place. I really like that because they're all in! My wife and I own a business together and we know what it's like working together. It's very difficult and awesome at the same time. There's a really good vibe in this place and everybody that works out there seems really cool and genuine. Not to mention it's in the neighborhood! Please don't join because I don't want this place to get overcrowded! ;)

    I did my first workout today and it was fantastic!! I loved the instructor, the workout format, the options provided to account for injuries abs the equipment!! Highly recommend.

    Since college, I struggled to find a fitness routine that I enjoyed enough to stick with, and I spent many years having memberships in mega-gyms that I never went to. I do not enjoy working out alone, and it is too intimidating for me to create my own weightlifting program. This spring someone suggested that I find a small community gym and give that a go. MAC was a natural choice for me due the proximity to my home. After 3 trial classes I knew that the MAC was a great choice for me. The gym owners, the trainers, and the members are all fantastic. I am almost 3 months in at this point averaging 4 classes per week and feeling great. I am encouraged by the results of my hard work during this short period. My strength is coming back, and my overall fitness level is already substantially better than it has been in a very long time. I am excited to see where I will be in another 3 months, and I believe that I have found the gym that will help me to keep fitness a consistent part of my life long term.

    The MAC is awesome!! The owners truly care about the members. I have never worked out so hard, but at the same time have never felt this much support and encouragement from coaches and fellow members as I do at the MAC. A wonderful environment :) I couldn’t recommend a gym more!!

    Great work outs well thought out workout of the day (WOD). Kyle and the trainers make sure your getting the form right and coaching you on proper technique to make sure your not hurting yourself. Training is at all levels no one felt left out. The trainers had no problem modifying workouts to accommodate for injury and skill level. Group training is the most effective way to meet health goals, reduce the risk of injury and build resilience. Do yourself a favor and take that first step and drop in for a class you will not regret it.

    I had surgery on my foot back in April, fast forward to now, and I have never felt better. When I was first able to return to the MAC they were really well prepared with alternate exercises and workouts if I was not able to perform one on my foot. Over the past few months the strength and balance I have felt build back up in my foot is incredible. All the trainers there are amazing people and it’s just an overall great environment. I’m going to miss the MAC when I leave for college.

    Working out on my own wasn’t cutting it. I joined the MAC and instantly lost the weight I needed to not to mention I was feeling happier and healthier than ever! Kyle truly helped with my nutrition and workout and now I’m hooked!! Not only are the coaches amazing but so are the members lifting each other up and rooting for you daily! Highly recommend!

    Best decision I made was to join this gym. Workouts are challenging and fun. Owners Kyle and Cameron do such a great job. Kyle’s nutrition guide has changed my lifestyle. Coaches are encouraging and focus on making sure your form is correct so you don’t end up hurting yourself. They also have different activities throughout the year to appreciate their members. I love this gym and all the coaches.

    I love Milton Athletic Club. Truly a special place. The instructors are so knowledgeable and the members are so friendly. I have made great progress in my fitness goals. So glad I joined. MAC is my favorite place to be.

    I love going to the MAC! From 2 days to 3 days and now at least 4 days a week - I just love this as a part of my morning routine. In 6 months, the gym routine changed from being a task to some thing that brings me joy. I love the coaches and the community - both extremely encouraging at all times!     After being a member for. Year and a half I still love this place. Kyle and Cameron put their heart and souls into the gym and it shows. You will never feel like an outsider, even on your first visit.

    I am thankful of the MAC. Each visit to the community, the programming challenges my spirit, my strengths and my weaknesses. The MAC is not made up of just coaches and equipment, the Mac is made up of the people that attend and embody a spirit of continual support for anybody that is willing to push!     Simply fantastic. They have something for everyone. Assist lose weight, firm up body, improve cardio, and all at your pace. Group classes with comradely to help motivate and encourage but instructors who provides individual feedback. They are all awesome!

    I’m 50 and had never been to a gym before so I have no frame of reference but I love this place. Encouraging instructors, friendly members, and challenging workouts. After a month of attending three to four classes a week, I feel sore but good, motivated, and in better shape.

    Recently joined MAC and and very happy with my choice. Challenging and effective workouts. Practical nutrition advice. Friendly community. Even a fun summer contest. I've been a member of a lot of gyms over the years and this is one of my favorites. Would definitely recommend checking it out.

    I joined MAC 5 months ago and the experience has been amazing. Membership and a commitment to consistency has improved my body and mind resulting in a more stable (and thriving) overall life balance and energy. Dedicated owners, welcoming and spirited staff, and a team approach to fitness with a great group of members underscores the core values of this awesome place.
