Great depot where you can find everything you can dream of to help in the kitchen. It is obviously meant for restaurant owners, but it is great that they also allow the general public to buy things in bulk. On certain spices I would have like to Cine middle sizes. For example, I was interested and getting around a pound of allspice, and I had to choose between a 5 pound jug or buying several 8 ounce bottles. Also, some rare items like that 5 pound jug of allspice need to be ordered online and then picked up. So unless you are buying something really common or you live close by, call ahead and make sure they will have everything you need in stock before stopping by. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Love to cook, love to drink, and love to eat are the reasons why we renewed our membership for better cost savings but you may purchase without membership at higher cost. High quality cooking equipment, very nice assortment of great tasting cocktail mixers, and great deals on canned goods for our residential use. It is definitely a good deal.

Bought a defective fryer on sale and then was charged an additional 250$ to get a new one. My thoughts are I paid for one that works (brand new as a matter of fact) but I guess that’s not how this place works. You have to pay extra if you buy a defective product. BUYERS BEWARE OF SALES!!!

The Restaurant Store offers BY FAR, without a doubt, the best and friendliest customer service I've ever experienced from any company anywhere in the world. Any time I've had a question or issue with an order, their associates go above and beyond to attempt to exhaust all possibilities to resolve a problem. They're always entirely transparent and forthcoming with as much detail and information as possible. Whether it's their training program, hiring process, or simply finding amazing individuals to staff their company, they're certainly doing something right. A pleasure to do business with.

Apart from selling all the things that help us feed our friends and convert to our food cult, the staff here are as enjoyable to experience as blowing the froth of a cold beer on a hot summers day. They complete me.

Some employees are kindly some of them are really annoying they hate people or hate their job

Lately it has been difficult to get good syrup flavors and other products. I went to the big spring sale and was pretty disappointed. I travel 2.5 hours to this store and it stinks when they don't have products in stock. I have used the pick up service and that is pretty good.

Great store. U can get lost if u don't go in with a mission. Have everything u can imagine related to restaurants.
