This clinic has gone out of their way to provide outstanding service. Dr. Roman is truly awesome. She goes out of her way to make sure you're taken care of. The staff at the clinic is friendly and also wants to take care of you. I cannot say enough good things about the people there. They even have a greeter to make check in smooth. They truly respect you and should be what the rest of VA services strive to be. March 5 2019 update I just want reinforce my original thought here. The staff at Victor J. Although it may be a little hard to get through on the mainline after you get your doctor and nurses direct lines you get the best service ever. Dr. Miller and her current and previous nurse are always awesome helpful fast fun. I just left the VA. Great people.

Ģreat hòspital. Sìgn in and your in your doctor's office usually 10 tò 15 minutes. Note: do to my mistake in scheduling, my psychiatrist Dr. Holes was to have a video meeting over the phone but I marked it as an appointment at Saracini offices. The people there notified me of my mistake and contacted Dr Holes at the main hospital. They quickly made arrangements for a teleconference between us so I would not have to reschedule another appointment. Thank god this man saved my life that day as I was having extreme pain in my back. I was cursing at the roads bouncing around and my wife's driving. When the connection was made between us Dr. Holes asked if something was wrong. I told him about my back pain and then he asked my wife to check my nose and face for redness. Then he then told her to check my ankles and see if they were swollen, they were. Dr Holes told my wife to leave immediately and get me to the hospital. To cut the story short my wife got me there as fast as she could and was taken into emergency immediately. They ran some quick tests and the next thing I knew i woke up a day later after having 2 bypasses put in. I cannot say enough about Dr Holes other than he saved my life that day. The operating heart doctor said that if i had not made it to the hospital that night I would have been lucky to have awaken the next morning and as the CB'ers say i would be on the dark side looking up in the cemetery. Thank you Dr Holes........

Dave Clugston is the best Dr. The VA has have been dealing with the VA for years. Every time I go the VA gives me a different DR. except at Holland Dave has been my doc since the beginning and honestly cares if it wasn't for him I would definitely be dead by now. Go there is like going to a regular doctors office and not to a VA dirty ignorant normal VA office

I love this VA center and am so grateful that I don't have to go to the Philadelphia location for my appointments. The kindest and most caring staff, I appreciate them all very much.

Horsham is a great clinic to visit. Personnel that I have dealt with are always pleasant and helpful. My VA primary is here and she takes the time to listen to the patient as opposed to my private primary doctor.

In spite of all the bad reports about the VA, I find the clinic in Horsham to be very well operated. Appointments are convenient and promptly kept. Two or more days before the scheduled appointment a recorded telephone call is a reminder. I give the staff at Horsham a ten!

Apparently I had the audacity to bring up i have been waiting months for simple procedures and have no way to schedule them... The answer was for doctors spend our whole time blaming that on me and than refusing to help me thanks for nothing. Its great to work for bureaucracy where you answer to no one... Still sick in new hope with no hope

I have been going to this clinic for two years and have not had a bad experience there yet. Dr. Roman and RN Chris Rodriguez have always gone out of their way to make sure that I got the care I needed.

We agree with Thomas - fast scheduling and I am always able to get an appointment a week out from when I call. I would highly recommend using this VA.

Let's see if they delete these few words, because I got nothing good to say about this so-called "clininc"! I had been asked by the VAMC in Philly to try this clinic (since it was not far from me) because the ride down I-95 was too traumatic for me. I decided to try it. What a very big mistake it was! I had to lose my doctor @ the VAMC and take on Dr. Lisa Miller there. I had always been a "trusting soul" with all of the VA doctors because I'd never had a problem. Dr. Miller was a nive enough lady until I needed her to fill out a handicap form from the city for a handicap parking spot in front of my home. When I noticed a few weeks later and no response (she'd promised me she'd fill it out promptly and mail it) I called her, I called my nurse Miguel A. Feria, and the front desk and had sensed a problem. I showed up @ the clinic. When I got to ask the doctor for the papers, she said she could not fill them out because she was afraid she'd get in trouble! That's when I figured they had been BS'ing me and refused to deal with my issue. I kept wondering what she meant by that. Was she serious? It didn't even sound right to me. The nurse aligned with her, (Mr. Feria) convinced me that he would get her to fill them out and not to worry. Again, time passed by and I had to show up again that same nurse was BS'ing me also, I learned. Convinced NOW that Dr. Miller had NEVER bothered to read my medical history (which was extensive), I really became concerned. I thought, "Man, if she won't even fill out a simple questionnaire, imagine if I needed a life-saving procedure?" Convinced she was NOT the doctor for me, I decided to look about changing her as my doctor. I was told I could change my nurse and was given a Black lady and she decided to fill out the forms, but she did it in such a way, that she messed them all up. Long story short, I was denied my handicap parking spot! I complained to two higher-ups there, the director "Angel" and another person who's name escapes me. I filed a complained with the patient advocate @ the VAMC and that was a joke how they handled my case. I went to my neighborhood congressman and never heard a thing. Their office suggested I call the director of the Horsham clinic @ Ft. Dix. I did, he took the info and NOTHING!!! Long story short, I ended back @ the VAMC, only this time my old doctor was not not taking patient's anymore! So now, I have this "nurse-practitioner" with the bedside manner of a block of ice. Anyway, LESSON LEARNED! We Vets need "Vouchers", instead of this bull-crap we are left to deal with! Understand MOST of the VA hospital employees are AWESOME! It's just those rotten few that need to be fired or worse, convicted!

I have been going to the Victor J. Saracini Outpatient Clinic for many years now. The building was refurbished some time ago and is very pleasant to and comfortable. I have always been treated by David Clugston, MSN and thanks to his relentless suggestions to have my heart murmur checked out, I finally did and in June of 2013, I had open heart surgery and my aortic valve replaced, along with a bypass. Thank you, Dave. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and I rate this facility at the highest level.
