Let's
see
if
they
delete
these
few
words,
because
I
got
nothing
good
to
say
about
this
so-called
"clininc"!
I
had
been
asked
by
the
VAMC
in
Philly
to
try
this
clinic
(since
it
was
not
far
from
me)
because
the
ride
down
I-95
was
too
traumatic
for
me.
I
decided
to
try
it.
What
a
very
big
mistake
it
was!
I
had
to
lose
my
doctor
@
the
VAMC
and
take
on
Dr.
Lisa
Miller
there.
I
had
always
been
a
"trusting
soul"
with
all
of
the
VA
doctors
because
I'd
never
had
a
problem.
Dr.
Miller
was
a
nive
enough
lady
until
I
needed
her
to
fill
out
a
handicap
form
from
the
city
for
a
handicap
parking
spot
in
front
of
my
home.
When
I
noticed
a
few
weeks
later
and
no
response
(she'd
promised
me
she'd
fill
it
out
promptly
and
mail
it)
I
called
her,
I
called
my
nurse
Miguel
A.
Feria,
and
the
front
desk
and
had
sensed
a
problem.
I
showed
up
@
the
clinic.
When
I
got
to
ask
the
doctor
for
the
papers,
she
said
she
could
not
fill
them
out
because
she
was
afraid
she'd
get
in
trouble!
That's
when
I
figured
they
had
been
BS'ing
me
and
refused
to
deal
with
my
issue.
I
kept
wondering
what
she
meant
by
that.
Was
she
serious?
It
didn't
even
sound
right
to
me.
The
nurse
aligned
with
her,
(Mr.
Feria)
convinced
me
that
he
would
get
her
to
fill
them
out
and
not
to
worry.
Again,
time
passed
by
and
I
had
to
show
up
again
that
same
nurse
was
BS'ing
me
also,
I
learned.
Convinced
NOW
that
Dr.
Miller
had
NEVER
bothered
to
read
my
medical
history
(which
was
extensive),
I
really
became
concerned.
I
thought,
"Man,
if
she
won't
even
fill
out
a
simple
questionnaire,
imagine
if
I
needed
a
life-saving
procedure?"
Convinced
she
was
NOT
the
doctor
for
me,
I
decided
to
look
about
changing
her
as
my
doctor.
I
was
told
I
could
change
my
nurse
and
was
given
a
Black
lady
and
she
decided
to
fill
out
the
forms,
but
she
did
it
in
such
a
way,
that
she
messed
them
all
up.
Long
story
short,
I
was
denied
my
handicap
parking
spot!
I
complained
to
two
higher-ups
there,
the
director
"Angel"
and
another
person
who's
name
escapes
me.
I
filed
a
complained
with
the
patient
advocate
@
the
VAMC
and
that
was
a
joke
how
they
handled
my
case.
I
went
to
my
neighborhood
congressman
and
never
heard
a
thing.
Their
office
suggested
I
call
the
director
of
the
Horsham
clinic
@
Ft.
Dix.
I
did,
he
took
the
info
and
NOTHING!!!
Long
story
short,
I
ended
back
@
the
VAMC,
only
this
time
my
old
doctor
was
not
not
taking
patient's
anymore!
So
now,
I
have
this
"nurse-practitioner"
with
the
bedside
manner
of
a
block
of
ice.
Anyway,
LESSON
LEARNED!
We
Vets
need
"Vouchers",
instead
of
this
bull-crap
we
are
left
to
deal
with!
Understand
MOST
of
the
VA
hospital
employees
are
AWESOME!
It's
just
those
rotten
few
that
need
to
be
fired
or
worse,
convicted!
