Great Filipino based fast food! The peach mango pie was by far the best part. Super crunchy and flavorful. The spaghetti isn't the normal spaghetti you'd get in an Italian restaurant. This spaghetti sauce was sweet and had hot dogs in it. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy. It comes with gravy and that was even better than the chicken. Chicken sandwich was just as good, very crispy. Will be back if back in the area. The actual restaurant is inside the mall and not too much seating if it's busy but the line does go fast. I'll be dreaming of that pie til next time...

Pleasant experience of first time trying Jollibee after more than 10 years I believe! My mom is from the Philippines so it’s quite big there. I wished I could’ve dined in for the better experience, but take out was still great. Lots of customers, need to be in line for a long time even if I’ve ordered take out online. The chicken was YUMMY, it’s very crispy! The spicy chicken was spicier than I expected. The spaghetti is less sweet that I expected. Overall still pretty good!

The only place in the state of Washington where you can get chicken, pies, and other treats from this iconic Filipino food chain. Be prepared for a very long line to order (especially around closing time) but it is worth it. Food here is always hot and delicious. They really should open up more locations :)

Jollibee is one of my favorite fast food restaurants! This is the only one around this area. It’s a Philippine-based fast food chain but you’re not going to find any other one nearby. They have fried chicken, spaghetti, burgers, and other things. The food kind of reminds me of Hawaiian food in that it feels like a combination of American stuff and Asian stuff. I really like their spicy chicken sandwich. I dare say it’s better than Popeyes. My friends and I have had several taste-offs, and they come in pretty close to each other. If one of the restaurants is having a good day and the other one has a bad day, it could go either way. Their spaghetti is also good. It’s unusual because it has little slices of hotdogs in it, kind of like SpaghettiOs. It also has little dots of cheese that make it absolutely delicious. They also serve a dish called burger steak, which is pretty much like local moco in Hawaii. A seasoned patty with mushrooms and onions and gravy, served over rice with a fried egg. The lines can be really long at the restaurant, especially around meal time. Take a look in the line and you’ll see a lot of black hair. This is a good sign! Asians love this place. You can order via their app, and then pick up food inside in a dedicated takeout area. Works much better if you don’t want to stand behind 50 other people trying to get their food. The restaurant is located in a corner of the mall that is like a little mini Asian food court. There are a couple other restaurants nearby that also serve Asian stuff, and a huge grocery store called seafood city that is kind of like a Uwajimaya. The mall also has a normal food court in another location but this food court is where legit Asian people will go for food.

This is one of my favorite spots I love the Adobo rice and I love the fact that they have spicy chicken…. I always get the pineapple juice because that is a standard when you go to Jollibee is BUSSIN!!!! a nice change from the classic American options I always love the vibe I will go back at least once a month just out of appreciation that we have a Jollibee in Seattle go experience it for yourself and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did two piece spicy with a double rice and gravy on the side with pineapple juice and you’re SET!!

Update 11/2023 Today’s chicken sandwich was not crispy and fairly dry. It was not hot either, seems to have been made and sat for a bit. It was very busy, 20 mins in line and 20 mins to get food for dine in. The peach and mango pie were not hot but still warm and still delicious! Quality seems to go down when they’re busy! 9/2023 One of our favorite chicken sandwich! Out of spicy today, original it is and came out hot, thick and juicy! Service is always good here, never been an issue.

Enjoyable chicken. Think the best thing is gravy. Goes surprisingly well with fried chicken. For the chicken, we like the original ones more than the spicy ones though.

Very good chicken and spaghetti. All tables were full and the line was out of the door, which goes to show how many people like this place. By the time we got there, there were no chicken tenders left. Considering it's a Saturday afternoon in a busy mall, I'd expect them to have ordered enough food in anticipation. That was the only downside, though. Would recommend. 👍

It was lunchtime and we had to tick this off of our bucket list. The line up was long but moved fast. The servers were efficient. We got our take out and went back to the hotel. The chicken was tender and the spices were there but not over powering. The gravy was great for dipping with the moist chicken meat. The pies were good. They reminded me of the way McDonalds used to fry their pies. I have to say I prefer Church’s chicken but I would not hesitate coming here again. We had wanted to try their spaghetti but it was sold out. I would have waited if the option was given.

Wasn’t really a fan of chicken Joy despite being Filipino so I tried it again after a long time. The original one was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The spicy one was not as spicy as I had expected it to be. It was pretty dry inside too. My son liked the new original chicken sandwich. The fries are not the best. The spaghetti was okay. The burger steak was good. The pies were always something I look forward too. They taste good either cold or warmed up.

Wow, the fried chicken here was perfection. Only dark meat is served. The thighs were juicy, with skin that had the perfect crunch with each bite. Likewise for the drum sticks. Creamy, buttery mashed potatoes covered in gravy were a perfect pairing. The line is usually long but it goes fast. Well worth the wait, in any case. Fast and friendly service.

First time trying Jollibee and it was pretty good. Chicken was crispy and juicy, gravy was flavorful, spaghetti is an acquired, the peach mango pies were rich as they were deep fried. Only issue here is that there's always a line, and even if you do pickup you'll still have to wait. I probably wouldn't wait in a line for it but it was a good first time experience kinda thing.

Walk into this place and it carries you straight back to SE Asia: a cleaner constantly going round sweeping the floor with a dust pan and broom, the restaurant checks off your order item by item when you pick it up, dozens of workers in the kitchen working away.... Jollibee is, well, Jollibee. Different from KFC and Popeyes. Good taste but smaller chicken pieces. The mango peach pie would really be great if there are pieces of the fruit inside (like McDonald's apple pie) but it's just some sweet sauce.

My first time at jollibee. I liked the spicy chicken sandwich. It wasn't that spicy but had the spicy taste if you know what I mean. Fries were decent/normal. I dipped both items in gravy that my friend didn't want from their meal (gravy doesn't come with the sandwich but does for the combos) and it definitely made everything taste a lot better, especially the sandwich which was dry before the gravy. Rating 4 stars because the food was only enjoyable with the gravy which doesn't come with either of the items I ordered.

This is my first Jollibee here in the usa, only other time I had it was in the Philippines, and I just got back from there on Monday. So comparing it from the Philippines was fresh in my head. There pretty close to the same taste as when I had in the Philippines. I wish I can do a side by side taste to really tell. I feel like the The Spaghettiand the chicken was a little better in the philippines but who knows. The hamburger pretty much taste the same!! Overall I would say pretty close to the same! There definitely is little line to wait in but worth it. Service was good and very helpful. Food was excellent and I will be back for sure! (:

I had great First Experience going into Westfield Jollibee. The store is well designed and the Environment is Welcoming. I've ordered delivery for Jollibee, and all of their Cuisine is Delicous and worth. But my visit at this location I ordered the 2 Piece + 1 side (Rice and Mashed Potatos) and it was amazing eating it fresh. I highly recommend Jollibee for all Families especially for the Asian Communities. Thank you and God Bless Jollibee!

Delicious food and good portions for price! Always a popular place so be prepared to wait a little, but they move pretty fast for how many people there are. Love everything I've tried here, especially the spicy fried chicken! The spaghetti is good too, different than the tomato-base one many people are used to. One of the best things though is the peach mango pie! It is bomb, super flaky crust! I got my stuff to-go and they were thoughtful enough to add silverware and plenty of napkins to my bag already. Would def visit back here!

I've tried their chicken about a year ago, and thought it was okay. But then I tried it again recently, and it was a game changer. I now prefer this over Popeye's. We got half spicy and regular. Tip: Ordered online to skip the long line, so worth it. Only thing I ddint like was that everyone is crowded at the counter, waiting for their food, so we kind of stood around waiting for them to be helped. My only suggestion is to have a separate line for online/take out orders.

First timer and went with the classic chicken sandwich (deluxe) combo deal. Fries were good. Hot and fresh. The sandwich was good. Chicken was nice. Not a fan of the bun. Now I wish I would have tried their other items like the spaghetti and the palabok. I will say the location was clean and not surprising as while I was there, they had someone in the dining room the entire time cleaning. Great to see the attention to cleanliness.

There was a lot of people in this location. It was very hard to hear Mi mumble while taking our order. My wife asked Mi for 2 12 piece buckets of spicy fried chicken. With a LOT of attitude Mi responded with "I already told you for the second time, we don't have any spicy chicken". Maybe if he wasn't mumbling in a loud environment, we could have heard him the first time. If you work in customer service and get easily offended by someone asking questions, maybe you should work in the back cooking the chicken. Other than that lame interaction, everything else went well and our food was decent.

For the food: the bone in chicken was hot and fresh and tasty. Other family members got the sandwich and straps. They were underwhelmed! The choice of sides was lacking in my opinion. The fries were not very warm. The service: they are way too busy to offer what we consider as great customer service. But then they are busy...cut them some slack! The atmosphere: way too little a space for the crowd they have. Not the employees fault rather the owners! So...all-in-all good fried chicken I must say!

Holy yum! Best fried Chicken ever. A friend and I took a 300 mile round trip just to have this place since I had never been. Not sure how I feel about the spaghetti. It was amazing how much volumn this place did. We were there for like 40 minutes total and they turned out close to a hundred orders. Not pictured: adobo rice, chicken thigh, polabok, spicy chicken deluxe sammich.

The chicken was fresh and crispy. However, the rice was a little soggy and didn't seem to be fresh. The line was super long and service could be better. The tables that weren't taken were dirty, so my family and I sat a neighboring restaurant that was less busy and ate.

I got the three piece tenders with honey mustard and a side of mashed potatoes. The chicken breading was light and tasty, the chicken was a bit rubbery but the flavor was good. The mashed potato side had a lot of flavor and the gravy went with it well. I'm going to have to try other dishes here!

1st time try it and we loved it. The line moved fast. And, it was quick to get your food even though there are very busy. We got promo 10 pcs leg and thigh with 2 gravy $20. The spaghetti and drinks combo and side of fries. The chicken cruncy and not salty. Gravy also taste great not salty or too much flavor. Fries taste similar like Mc D fries but no salt and more crispy. Spaghetti is taste great a bit on the sweet side.

First time trying Jollibees. Loved the spaghetti and spicy chicken. The mashed potatoes was very bland, pour your gravy on it. It'll taste better. I liked the peach mango pie.

There was a line at lunchtime on a Friday that took about 15-20 minutes to get to the front of. Service was fairly fast, and the chicken was delicious! The 1 piece chickenjoy and spaghetti was more than enough for me. The pineapple quencher was good but nothing super special. Great stop before or after stopping at the SeaTac airport!

The fried chicken here is shockingly good. Spicy recipe for me, and dipped in gravy is something I never knew about and now I realize what I've been missing. New favorite fried chicken place right here. My son got tenders that were also a cut above the rest. I'm not.going to rate atmosphere because this is a fast food spot in a mall. It's exactly what you think in that regard.

It's my first time to try Jollibee. I felt very disappointed. I ordered chicken tenders, peach mango pies and pineapple juice. The chicken tenders were cold, dry and tasteless, The chicken coating was thick, dry and hard. The gravy was hot with a lot of MSG. The peach mango pies were a bit sweet and the crust was soggy. The pineapple juice was ok.
