Delicious as always! Super large portions. I only ate about half and then had leftovers for later. I ordered the Eggs Benedict; the ham was thick, and the hollandaise sauce was delicious. My dad and I come here every time I visit home.

I had the Mediterranean Omelet. Spinach, tomato and feta. Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

Shirley's Is Back! This diner just raised the bar in Saratoga. The revised menu has all your old favorites and some new additions like the Brooklyner breakfast that will have your mouth watering. The service is warm and friendly, taking care of your every need. Want to eat the best diner in town without paying tourists prices like a local? Eat at Shirley's.

Service is great food is always to customers specified satisfaction. If not they'll work with you. Family style seating . When necessary they will properly social distance their customers. I make a habit of stopping for my meal here, after an earlier morning procedure.

Smaller place but very nice people and service. Husband had the poutine, I had a burger, both very delicious.

Amazing food, great staff. Not really a big place. Very tight quarters. DEFINITELY HAVE THE CORNED BEEF HASH!! EDIT: Came back for lunch OMG it's only open til 2 but I definitely recommend you try to get here!!! I had the philly cheese steak totally recommend!!! Get here an get here now!!

Good food but they have made mistakes the last 2 times we went.

Well remembered how good Shirley's used to be. Can't say I'll be returning ever again. Pancakes were not fully cooked and gooey, syrup has no flavor or sweetness. The hashbrowns were mush. The bacon was 90% fat, 10% meat and undercooked. Service was below par. The scrambled eggs were good. Would not reccomend eating here.

Great breakfast spot. All the classics, along with smoked meats, great hollandaise, fantastic hash browns, and mickey mouse pancakes for the kiddos. Our servers are always super friendly and make you feel at home.

Ordered breakfast wraps to go-- tasty, affordable but best yet the portions were surprisingly large (we shoulda shared but since we didn't we were full till dinner time). Hostess was incredibly friendly on the phone/pick-up. Given the great first impression, we decided to come back the next morning for breakfast but this time to eat-in. Service didn't disappoint and again our breakfast was super satisfying. Definitely recommend stopping by and supporting this great local business. I look forward to dining at Shirley's next time we come back to Saratoga Springs.

Been by this place a million times on my way to the track in August and have never stopped. The wife and I spent the night in Saratoga for an event and wanted breakfast and what a breakfast we got. staff super friendly and the food was generous and very tasty. We will be stopping again whenever we are out that way.

Went for dinner expecting a diner. Got in there and the smell was amazing! It was authentic Mexican food and boy howdy was it delicious! The fried quesadilla was crispy and perfect. They have house made hot sauce which blows Tabasco out of the water! Will recommend this place to everyone! And coming back next time I’m in the area.

This place has very recently changed hands and is now a Mexican restaurant. I went there last night and the name is the same, but clearly under new ownership. Food was good, but they need to change the name so you don't arrive expecting waffles.

Our experience at Shirley's was a great one. Our server was super friendly and courteous and answered all our questions, my wife has an egg intolerance so they were able to make her a breakfast wrap without any eggs in it, and not only was the food prepared in minutes it was also extremely delicious, we aren't from the area but next time we are in town we will definitely be stopping by again!

We had lunch on Saturday at Shirley's Diner. My husband and MIL had the Reuben Sandwich which came with chips for $14.95 each. I had a Tuna Sandwich with chips and my son had A piece of French toast. I enjoyed my Tuna Sandwich and my son enjoyed his piece of French Toast but my husband and MIL thought the Reuben was terrible. We had a nice young lady waiting on us and the service was good. Take this review regarding $ with a grain of salt as this place is located in Saratoga and the pricing is pretty much on par with other nearby eateries.

Where to begin. For a place that has high reviews I was shocked with my experience there. I know that when it gets busy staff can get forgetful this wasn't the case. We waited over a half an hour for our waitress to come back to see if we need more coffee or ask how the meal was. Instead she was to busy talk to the other waitress, talking about some of the customers and complaining about her job. When she finally came over with the check she then asked if we wanted more coffee as we were ready to leave. One of us ordered one egg, toast and sausages. The egg was okay. The butter on the toast wasn't even melted and we only got one sausage when the menu said you get two. The other person got a breakfast wrap that should have had smoked meat in it. There was only two small pieces of smoked meat and alot of egg. The taste wasn't that great. When we went to pay we were confused on why we were being charged so much for one egg, toast and one sausage. The staff informed us that the breakfast combo came with hash browns that we didn't want. So in other words we were being charged for a full combo when we didn't get the hash browns and only got one sausage instead of two. I can understand thing are different because of the world we live in our days but this has been one of the worst restaurants experience I have ever had.

Got the fish sandwich, which was good. The place reminded me allot of the diner I used to go to in my hometown in PA. Staff were friendly and relatively quick with service. It is an older establishment that could use some updating though.

What a cute, cozy, happy place! Freshly cut flowers 🌻 are a nice detail. Pancakes were light, fluffy, and large, and the corned beef hash Benedict was tasty. Management and service very hospitable.

Worth a try. The chef/owner told us he purchased the business only seven weeks prior. Nice staff, although having someone available to bus tables may need to be a priority. Dishwashing could use extra scrutiny. Food was good.

I had the perfect waffle and boy was it ever! The service and food always deliver!

Horrible! Do not recommend this place. First thing I did when I got there was go to the bathroom. It is the most disgusting bathroom I've ever gone in at any restaurant not even close to Walmart more like an outhouse. We were sitting by the bathrooms every time someone walked by we got waffs of the disgusting smell. Horrible service on top of that. We had cold coffee. Took more than half an hour to get our food. When we did get the food the pancakes were gluey the French toast was wet in the middle. The bacon was cold. When I ordered my food I asked for an orange juice never got it. Waitress comes over after she sees everything as piled up and we are done eating what we could eat and says "oh yeah you wanted an orange juice right". I said "no thanks we're done I'll pass". My mom asked if she could have a glass of ice water. 20 minutes goes by and the waitress comes over with a check for us no water. This place is a dive. The whole experience was horrible but I have to say the worst part was the bathroom absolutely disgusting!!!! I cannot understand how people are not complaining and how this place has the reviews it has. Definitely not five star.

Alicia and the young man that set up our table were superb. Had 9 people . The willingness to accommodate us was exceptional. Have always been very fond of Shirley's. Many happy 😊memories. Thank you

Amazing breakfast ~halfway between NY and Montréal. The food is actually very tasty, the portions are great, there are plenty of Gluten Free options and the Prices are very fair. Very very busy on Sunday morning so be patient. Jean Pierre is an awesome host. Parking lot is tricky so be careful. Merci JP a bientot!

I haven't been to Shirley's in years but had take out a couple months ago. Turkey club was excellent!Went to lunch there this past week and had the poutine. Huge portion and it was delicious! Can't wait to go back!

I loved everything about this place. You know when the waitress you talk to has worked there for over 10 years that they’re doing something right! Food was great and some unique things on the menu. I wasn’t completely full but I’m a heavy eater and can’t have bread so I imagine if I did I’d been full, the smoked brisket was amazing! Definitely a gem of a diner!
