I
will
eventually
get
to
the
part
that
won
you
2
stars,
but
even
before
checking
in
at
the
hospital
we
dealt
with
some
huge
frustrations.
We
reached
out
to
our
doctors
office
to
see
if
it
might
be
possible
to
schedule
for
the
following
week,
that
was
a
Friday.
Our
doctors
office
replied
by
end
of
day
that
it
could
be
scheduled
and
we
would
hear
from
someone.
By
Wednesday
we
were
still
waiting
to
hear
from
the
hospital
or
the
doctors
office.
We
left
three
voice
mails,
unable
to
speak
to
anyone
in
persons.
We
decided
on
Thursday
that
it
most
likely
wouldn’t
happen.
By
late
afternoon
we
were
contacted
by
our
doctor
and
the
hospital.
The
information
was
different
for
both
calls:
report
at
8:30,
report
at
10:00
one
hour
of
pre
op,
short
time
for
pre
op
lying
flat
for
two
hours
then
the
anesthesiologist
said
he
would
be
lying
flat
for
6
hours
just
prior
to
the
procedure😫
Still
having
questions
we
arrived
just
before
10:00
am.
Still
wondering
we
planed
to
be
done
and
home
by
5:00
pm.
We
left
our
house
before
9:00
am
and
arrived
home
at
8:50
pm,
12
hours
later.
It
appeared
that
the
hospital
had
issues,
public
bathroom
door
was
broken
and
didn’t
lock,
we
hunted
for
kleenexes
in
our
room
and
surrounding
rooms
and
finally
got
a
tissue
from
the
nurses
desk,
we
did
grab
something
from
the
cafeteria,
maybe
a
low
two
for
cleanliness
and
quality.
And
the
two
stars…given
to
the
staff,
doctors
and
people
who
were
working
under
difficult
circumstances
but
did
an
exceptional
job
caring
for
the
needs
of
my
husband.
Not
anxious
to
return,
to
many
things
needed
to
be
addressed!
