    I honestly hate this gym. there are so many hidden fees and extra payments that you were needed to pay when you sign up. Every single time that I’ve had to pay per month I’ve always had an issue. I’ve been going to this gym for four months now. I love going to the gym and I love working out I personally like the bountiful gym better than other locations but Vasa is not the vibe. Most of the workers are just there to flirt with the bodybuilders and ignore your problems. I once had an experience while I was waiting for them to help explain to me why my payment was $105 one of the workers continue to flirt with one of the bodybuilders and laughed at me. Her exact words were “awkward😬”. The equipment is nice the locker rooms are clean the tanning beds are great. But the payment and the locations and the workers ruin everything. When I try fixing my billing issues at the gym itself it’s like they don’t even try to help me. When I have to call like the official Vasa support I just sit on the phone call for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to answer before they help me. The lady who helped me today was very nice and did a great job helping me for THIS time. I can’t wait to cancel my membership after six months because they’re going to charge me $25 if I do it before hand.

    I just want to express how amazing Miss Queen Erica was with me today! She was patient, compassionate, understanding, took the time to listen to all of my concerns and went out of her way to accommodate me with my issues. You definitely don’t find customer service like this as often these days! Thank you so much Erica! ♥️

    Candace was able to help me understand the charges that were being applied to my checking account, and was very helpful in resolving the issue that was at hand. I was on the phone with another individual prior to her, and she was entirely rude toward me. I'm thankful Candace was able to explain what was going on, and was indefinitely kind.

    Candace was awesome, caring, and understanding! She helped my out and was able to even remove extra charges because my bank account was hacked and stopped all payments. She is my shining light in a dark time! Thanks Candace for helping so quickly and completely!

    I unfortunately had a late fee charge posted to my account the other day. I called their customer service number to see if I could get it waived, and the wait time was very short and the customer service was excellent. Jesus was the one who helped me, and he resolved my balance immediately. He was very kind and helpful & I’m glad I had the opportunity to speak with him.

    Lori was awesome! I had a VERY unique and complicated situation with my gym membership and she was able to get it all straightened out and got me taken care of. She was very kind, understanding and helpful. Big thank you! I have worked in retail and customer service for many years, and I have met very few with her people working skills and commitment to taking care of the customer. I hope her supervisors understand how valuable to their team she is. Thanks Lori!

    Most of the employees were not very helpful to getting my solution solved. I had paid my amount for my account at vasa and then they shut down my account and sent it to collections and wouldn’t fix it even though it was their fault for sending it over after I paid it, then I had talked to Maddy and she told me that she would cancel it and get it figured out for me so she’s a really good employee. Thanks Maddy for being a great employee

    Had an issue on my account with billing. I spoke with a Sweet Rep name Candace about my situation, I was a bit stressed about it. Candace listened and understood my situation, she made it so easy and resolved my issue immediately! Candace set up my billing date to resolved any future issues! It’s so hard and rare now a days to find Great customer service and Candace put her feet in my shoes, she could see that it can happen to her and that’s what I love is that human touch and understanding! Making a customer feel Valued! I want to acknowledge Candace for having that Exceptional Service coming from the heart ❤️ it came naturally and that’s hard to come by! THANK U CANDACE‼️

    I had called 3 times about my account, was placed in hold for hours and was waiting for a supervisor to call me back. No one helped me, no one called me back. THEN I called to follow up again and got Bridget. Bridget is so helpful. She listened, understood, and followed up with my need to make sure all the billing information was correct and that there wouldn’t be any further complications. I probably was only on the phone with her for 5 minutes that was how easy it should have been the first several times I called. At the end of the day BRIDGET is the only reason I am giving 5 stars.

    Vasa is a great gym. Wonderful staff. I absolutely loved walking into this building you can feel the energy. It’s electric. I had to cancel my membership for legal reasons and when doing so I was met with compassion and empathy. Bridget was more than helpful in the process and actually saved me money. I definitely intend on coming back once I’m aloud to do so

    I don’t rate things or services often, but this one deserved a rating. I lost my debit card and had to get a new one, but I had completely forgotten to update my payment info on my account. So with that said, it resulted delinquency with a fee of $25 for not paying on time. I called and was given the chance to chat through text with an agent (Candace). She asked to give me a call to help me better with what was going on. She was very helpful and understanding. She was so sweet and kind to me throughout the whole process. Thanks Candace!!!! 🙂

    Just spoke to Candace and she was the most refreshing agent I’ve talked to in a long time!! She was attentive and listened to all of my concerns, asked all of my questions with clear communication and an understanding that my issues, (yes plural)would be resolved. Please do all that you can to keep great employees like her. Like a raise & an extra day off. There are not enough representatives out there like her! Thank you for the great customer experience!

Best encounter with Paramount Acceptance that I've had (and I recently had an experience where he was less than pleasant to say the least). We need more Ericas in customer service. ❤️

    Serena was very helpful. Had a situation where I had been in the hospital and couldn't make my gym payment. She agreed to work with my by setting up a payment arrangement that she will personally reach out to me when I have the money to make the payment and help me get the payment in so I don't lose my ability to go to the gym, which is very important to me these days. She was wonderful and I wanted to make sure that it was known. Thanks Serena. I appreciate your help.

    The customer service was great and was helped faster than expected when I was finally on the line. Maddy was amazing. She was sweet and easy to talk to and didn't try to push any sales on me. The only reason I gave 4 star was because the hold. It was a long wait. I was on hold for 9 minutes. I did the wait in queue and have them call back. Was still on hold for close to another 7 minutes. The call system is flawed but the customer service was flawless.

    Almost always I am disappointed with the customer service that I receive but this gal was great. Didn’t demean me. Wasn’t passive aggressive or rude. Had a good attitude while doing her job and really took good care of me. The only reason why I give 4 out of 5 stars is because my job with a different company is to review customer service reps work and see how they can do better. My little piece of advice to set off the customer service experience would be providing a statement of empathy and acknowledgment before providing the solution. Regardless, she was great. Keep it up please. The world needs more kindred spirits like her.

    I called once in the morning, expected a call back in 6-8 minutes. Got a call like an hour later and missed it cause of that. Called later and decided to just accept the wait time of 1-2 minutes. Once I got through Maddy was very helpful and got me taken care of in a matter of 30 seconds. I was was just trying to cancel guest privileges at my gym. Painless experience, once I could speak to someone.

    This is a review on Hannah, who was the lady who helped me on the phone, not a review on paramount as a whole, as each experience may differ from my own. Hannah, was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure to inform me of policies and any other information that would be useful to me. I had to correct my billing information, as I wasn’t aware I had been missing them, due to my debit card being stolen, and be deactivating it for safety reasons. My foolish self forgot to update my payment method (autopay, set it and forget it baby!!) thus inquiring late fees and missed payments. Thankfully Hannah was more than happy to help me with this predicament, and even waived my late fees, which was freaking awesome!! Overall, I’d say my experience with her, as a representative of Paramount Acceptance, is what I assume is the “gold standard” for their company. Way to go, and keep up the good work, an keep providing and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!

    I Called Customer Service for help with my Vasa App. Took 5 minutes! Team member Lori was patient while my new app downloaded, very knowledgeable & super kind to talk to.     Serena was wonderful and helpful in canceling my Vasa membership. I’m grateful for companies who make this process easy and not try to go for the money grab of getting one final monthly payment from consumers just because they can. I did have to ask for my cancellation to be expedited but if you ask kindly, seems like they will work with you and I appreciated that too.

    When I call in, worried and nervous, I always end the phone call feeling so much better and a sense of relief. I called about a month ago and Jesus answered the phone call and assisted me and help me with my account, he was extremely patient, friendly and warm. I called back in today to give an update on my account, and Bridget answered the phone this time. I’m so grateful that she came in to work after probably a long holiday weekend and was able to be extremely present with me, nurturing and warm! I have been going through a challenging time, finding a job, and their patience with me on my account has been extremely validating and friendly. Both agents were willing to work with me and most importantly find a solution that was beneficial for me. Thank you for being a part of this time of my life!

    I appreciated the details and explanations for the terms and the flexibility of being able to freeze the training account that I have with Paramount and Vasa. Doris was very helpful and concise, I appreciated her expertise. I wish all customer service reps had the same demeanor, so pleasant!     My card has expired and with the craziness of life I had forgotten too update my new card with my gym. I owed close to $80 dollars for a couple months of lack of payment and a late fee. I called Paramount Acceptance and got in contact with one of their customer service agents. Her name was Candace. Candace was amazing and super professional and polite over the phone. She saw that this was my first fee and waived it for me. Thank you so much Candace!! Keep doing what you do. You are the best!

    While waiting for the bank to send me a new card after mine had expired, my gym payment didn't go through and I also accrued a fee. I called to change my card and make the payment and received wonderful customer service! She was so kind, listened to the situation, and even removed the fee for me! Being that it is literally the Friday before Christmas weekend she made sure that my payment wouldn't go through until next week when I am able to actually talk to somebody in the bank! I appreciate her so much and how she was able to help!!!

    My opinion of the company and its affiliates has went up because of this customer service call. Lauren was extremely helpful with my membership and billing questions. She made it super simple and was so sweet. The fact that she made a business call personal and cared was above and beyond what I had expected.

    For the most part, I’m impressed with the customer service representative help. It honestly depends who I speak to though. Most the time, they’re super helpful in working with you and going above and beyond to help you with what you’re calling about, but every so often, I’ll get a hold of a representative that is cold and strict and doesn’t want to help out in any way. My call a week ago, I was incredibly unimpressed with the representative I spoke to and she was no help at all and very cold on the phone call but I called again today and this representative was incredibly helpful, willing to help in multiple ways that fixed all my concerns, and very clear in the plan to get my account up to date. This has happened one other time before that it depended on the representative I spoke to on the same concern I called about and I got 2 very different results with 2 separate representatives, 1 negative and 1 positive. The end outcome results have being great each time, but the fact that I have to call multiple times before getting a positive outcome depending on who answers is where the slight frustration lies.
