    Bob at Bountiful Mazda is great. He got us a great deal and we are super happy with our purchase. Their used car selection is respectable. They bring in good cars and won’t give you a bad car. Since our car is being worked on they were kind enough to give us a loaner. Won’t buy a Mazda anywhere else

    We live in Idaho and were able to easily order the part we needed over the phone,the person we spoke to was super nice and helpful,the ordering process was very easy and the part came within a few days! We put the part in and the car runs great now! Start to finish it took less than a week! We really appreciate the fast friendly service and would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

    As usual, I love taking my Mazda to the bountiful location. They always perform the best service and in a timely manner. I love all the staff there. I gave them a huge job to do. After getting two large dogs and asking them to do a complete detail. There wasn't a dog hair left. And the golf bing in the hood was removed. I never have to worry about the work getting done correctly. Great job as always!

    My experience with bountiful Mazda has been like a roller-coaster ride since Nov 2009 but, after all the excitement I'm always greeted with kindness and respect. I'm on my 5th Mazda with them the sales staff is awesome and I trust no one else to service my Mazdas Scott, Michael and Ryan always make sure my Mazda is being serviced by the best tech and in good care, i love my Mazda team their my family everyone should have, I love you guys thank you for all you do...

    The best warmest and kind service I have ever received. I usually hate going to the dealership for the smoozing and blah blah blah but Rex in the service department is top notch. He was polite, greeted and acknowledged me when I pulled into the bay. I really appreciate the human kindness and respect he approached me with. Thank you for your help and consideration of my time.

    Came here on the last week of June at 7pm one hour before they closed looking for a new SUV not realizing they close at 8pm yet they treated my wife and I with respect and with such positive energy the entire time. Rafael took his time telling us about the suv and was not pushy to gain an extra sale or sneaky at all. I can’t say the same thing about Tim Dahle Mazda Murray or Sandy. We were in and out of there within a short amount of time with paperwork and keys in hand. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this dealership and recommend working with Rafael - (English and Spanish).

    Mike B and staff in Service were great! Got me in at a convenient time for lube, oil and filter, and free tire rotation. It took just 45 minutes, as they said it would, and then carefully reviewed with me what they did and answered all my questions. Good price, good service! Friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!

    10/10 I will send every mazda owner to Bountiful Mazda. I've never been a fan of dealerships doing repairs or even basic oil changes. When my Mazda blew its engine, Rex in service was very good to work with. They found a new engine and installed it at a reasonable price, it even came with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. Bountiful Mazda just gained a family of loyal customers.

    Every encounter with Bountiful Mazda has been great. Scheduling an appointment is simple, they are prompt when I arrive, and friendly. They make recommendations for additional services based on manufacturer guidelines but aren’t pushy. In fact my vehicle app was recommending a service and the technician, instead of taking advantage, was honest and said that was a scam and not needed. They are the only ones I trust for service on my vehicle.

    I have always loved Bountiful Mazda and would recommend them to anyone. However I recently went to get an oil change and tire rotation at the service department. There were no concerns with my car addressed and after the appointment I ended up getting flat tire on my car while driving on the freeway, nearly wrecking my car. Upon returning to the dealership the next morning to replace the flat tire I discussed some concerns about the remaining tires as they were wearing funny. Upon inspection the remaining tires had some issues from incorrect alignment and the dealership ended up replacing the tires and realigning my car. This should have been addressed at my initial service appointment and was neglected. They did the right thing and made things right and because of that I will be returning to the service department for future services.

    The entire team was great! I had been shopping for a car for over two months and had ran into lots of pushy salespeople that made the whole experience uncomfortable. Luis and the whole team worked hard to make the whole process easy and comfortable. The team stayed late to make sure I could drive my car home the same day and not have to come back the next day. I highly recommend working with the team at Bountiful Mazda!

After 50 years of buying cars here and there from different dealers around the valley I finally found Someone that has an entire staff of sales service and technicians that actually care about the cars they sell and about who is buying them.     Elwood was amazing! He was super happy to meet with us multiple times and listened to what we were looking or and searched until we found the right car! He was great at keeping in contact with us and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car, go to Bountiful Mazda and ask for Elwood! He took the time to get to know us and even after purchasing the car is still happy to answer questions and help with all of our needs! We even included him in the I just bought a car photo!

    The service dept at Bountiful Mazda is superb! I've been going to them for 5 years now. I love how I'm always greeted by name when I pull in. They send a video of what they did to your car to you. Everyone is so nice and I have never felt taken advantage of (as a female, this is huge). I trust them completely!

    This was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone at Bountiful Mazda was helpful and courteous. We couldn’t have asked for a better sales person than Elwood. He wasn’t pushy at all, got us a great deal and kept the process short and sweet which was the best part! Scott was a huge help too, giving us options and helping us save money. I dealt with another Mazda dealership prior to going to Bountiful Mazda and it was a night and day difference. No gimmicks, no patronizing, nothing you don’t want at Bountiful Mazda! Thanks for the great experience!

    Raphael was really patient and generous. I left feeling like I was treated so well and given a fabulous deal. Working with Mike in financing was a pleasure and they both made the process lovely and simple. I appreciate that they took the time to make sure all of the physical details of my car were taken care of before I took it home. It was a really great experience!

    We had the best experience buying a used car. Weston was so helpful and even had the car ready and waiting for me to test drive the minute I arrived on the lot. He made everything easy and seamless and was very straightforward and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Weston and this dealership.

    I had a great experience buying from Bountiful Mazda. Elwood was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. A number of staff members stayed late after hours to wrap up our transaction. I'm hopeful to have a trusted dealer in Bountiful Mazda to continue working with for the foreseeable future.

    The Service crew greeted me warmly and promptly. They got right to my appointment- no waiting around unnecessarily. They sent me a video part-way into my service to update me. And the service took less time than expected. I needed to work while waiting- they have nice tables and chairs and area for that. Explanations for what was done and what needs to be done in the future we’re clear and concise - they speak to me with confidence and respect, which I really appreciate. I don’t ever dread going in for my service.

    Best car maintenance and repair experience around! Make an appointment, pull right into the garage when the automatic door opens, then I’m greeted by someone who is expecting me. I can come a little early or late and they always accommodate me. To top it off, they have free soda, snacks and coffee while you wait! They also just started sending a video of your car repairs. It’s awesome!

    I have only had Mazda service my car since I bought it. I received a 100% tires for life contract at purchase because my car was being used by the dealership owner and had 20,000 miles on it. That contact was tied to a 6 months/5000 miles service contact. During COVID I did not drive my car and went a year without service- thus I lost the tires for life option. It was down graded to a 50% off tires. OUCH. I have been loyal to Bountiful Mazda and at the first sign of missing a time or miles they decide to not be loyal back. My husband still wants to use the Mazda service to keep the car in good running order. He is a good guy. You win.

    Always fast friendly customer service. Been coming here since I purchased my second vehicle. This one running 11 years now. They always greet you when you arrive. Waiting is easy in their remodeled lounge area with automatic coffee maker and free bottled water. Comfy chairs and big screen TV. People are always friendly there and the service is detailed and accurate when they explain what they did. The video presentation they send to your phone tells you what they found and what they are working on. Pretty cool experience. Thanks for being Fun and Friendly.

    Very nice Mazda sales center. Financial Manager (Mike) works fast and works well. If you've gotta finance, he'll give you the best option he can (even if it's not Mazda's financing). Servicing Manager (Scott) is efficient and clear with car delivery, options, and scheduling. 10/10 their core services required for car purchases are reliable. If you want a recommendation regarding trustworthy salesman on the floor, I'd recommend asking for Luis (I believe his last name starts with a G). He's a little new, but he can be trusted to be straight-forward. He'll answer Yes/No questions with Yes or No. If you say you don't need something or inquire to an adjustment, he'll do it for you if he can. Feels more like a guide or aid rather than a salesman, and patient to boot.
