I love all the store items here all great value but there is never anyone at the gun counter. Also ever since the snow has melted I have noticed two pee jugs as you exit the parking lot no doubt a trucker throwing them out as they drop there load off and exit the premises I hope when they pick them up they use a hockey stick as they been in the sun for months marinating. Update the sun has evaporated 60% of the jugs and the grass is hiding them now.

The self checkout isle is slower than a decent cashier ringing up the items. But has been only 1 other isle open for checkout. Other employees seem to look preoccupied and no interest in helping or know very little to where items are in store. There's only a couple longer employed people who I recognize. More frustrating lately and store hasn't been overly busy.

I don’t know if I’ll be coming back to this location ever again, on a Wednesday Night just about 20min before they close I was looking for some work paints at this location and found some just in time before they closed and as I was doing a self checkout one of the Managers/Employee came over to me and took my paints out my bag and say it was missing labels when all the labels and tags were present on the paints, the employee said the paints had to cost way more then what was on the tag labeled so he went to go check the paints and the paints were the right price after all, after that happened the employee put the paints back in the bag! It’s the fact it happened after the paints were purchased and im the only black male in there but I’ve been coming to this fleet farm sense I was 10yrs old and buy everything here and to have someone do that to me at self checkout makes me think they were falsely accusing me of stealing or switching tags on the paints by his actions on approaching me in the store in front of everyone, I felt highly embarrassed and profiled, this is a sad generation we live in to approach like that and to come to find out the employee was wrong in the beginning and never apologized to me for what he purposely did, I didn’t wanna cause a scene cause that’s not my character, and I understand you have a job duty to do but the way it was handled was totally random and unprofessional and embarrassing I won’t be coming to this location again! Plus the paints were $69.99 a piece I spend good hard working money to be profiled like that, that has never happened to me in all the fleet farms I’ve been to but this is the last time I come here

The package chicken coop was broken and easily once we returned home found the damage we live 3 hours away. The fork lift guy placed in trunk did not see that it was punctured until we arrived home

I give the store a good rating but the company a 1. They have a reward system but don't give any 5cents off like other gas stations. It's like what's the point to being a member like show your customers some appreciation.

I only go here about once a year because it is quite a ways from my house but I always find a lot of things I want to purchase. I usually go for gifts for a dice game but this year I found most of the gifts for my 4 year old granddaughter. There was a large variety of toys. I also get my Corelle dishes here and pets' dishes. They have a great variety of pet food. This year I found three shirts that were the type I had been looking for. The other big reason I go is to get their nut mixtures and some of their candy mixtures. I was very pleased with everything I found per usual.

What can you say about fleet farm that hasn’t been said before? Every time I come here I find what I need and get out of there in less than 30 minutes. Helpful staff and quick checkout times! Never a disappointing trip to shop.

Purchased my tires here and came in for a tire rotation last week. The service was quick and they had a decent seating area while I waited. Great customer service. 10/10 experience. Thanks guys!

Idk if this is normal pricing. But I was very surprised when I saw the prices of gloves. I did get the heat weaver for $20. They'll definitely be warmer than the ones for $75. Hands down fleet farm has the best gummy candy anywhere. "Guilty pleasure."

Love the puzzles and nut selection here! I know that sounds funny, but Its true! We also buy our oil here It's cheaper than Walmart! Go ahead, price compare! The Halloween and Christmas blow ups are out! I post the blow ups on my YT channel under #whatheidisees. We've never had bad experiences here at the Fleet Farm. Five stars!

Fleet farm is fantastic and has a bit of everything. From decorations, clothes, food,or kitchen supplies, or sporting/hunting supplies; you name it they've got it! The Halloween decorations we're super cute. I purchased a bag of small pumpkins for 5 or so dollars and decorationed my office candy bowl! It's a great store to go to If you're looking for affordable quality items.

Generally have trouble getting here I do like the store. Most of the products I like. Their is good help. But not are...

My only criticism is that I think they need more - and newer - powered carts for disabled customers. Otherwise, it's a fantastic place! Where else can you get a quality 50 foot extension cord, canning supplies and a wide variety of nuts?

Bought a flat of mixed annuals, cashier rings them all as one flower because that is normal and happens all the time. 2 of these flower 4 packs in the flat happened to be moldy. The associate at the front refused to exchange them for me because they did not see these flowers on my receipt. If this is your return policy, train all cashiers to scan all items. Or just handle the customer, like a good customer service representative would do.

Tried my first on-line order pick-up and couldn't have been more pleased with how well it went. The employee at the outside yard gate couldn't have been any more patient with me and considerate of my uneasiness as a first timer. Signage made the pick-up location very obvious, and my purchase was in my hands in less than two minutes. I'll definitely give this shopping option with Fleet Farm another try.

Many yrs ago I was a frequent shopper at this Fleet Farm. Have to say it's improved w/customer service & questionable in employee training. I do have to mention, I had went in for one item only. I had to ask 3 different employees (all men) where to locate brake fluid... Took me longer then excepted just trying to find the one automotive item ..🤨

Fleet Farm, Brooklyn Park, is large & airy. Near a freeway & major thoroughfare. Well stocked. A gas station on it's property. Staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable of their store.

A nice variety of clothes and hunting gear... and I picked up some silly candy treats that were gummy gums to put in where your teeth are and my Grandkids got a kick out of them... I picked my Dad up a novelty t-shirt that has a riding lawn mower on it and some Pajama pants also...good display of Christmas Lights and displays, fun to find some odds and and things in this store!!

I'd give a 5 star review, because the immediate staff in this store is always professional and kind. But today, I think it was a district manager was in the store, and was berating the poor girl behind the counter as I sat in the waiting room. He was a total jerk. He definitely could use a lesson in professional behavior.

Sharon N. in the outdoor section of the store is absolutely fantastic. We came in looking in for Plano rolling large totes, and she went out of her way to make sure we got what we needed. Since they weren't on the salesfloor, she was able to track them down, and she made our night. People like Sharon N. are why we love shopping at Fleet Farm. The Brooklyn Park staff is phenomenal, and I highly recommend shopping here.

Pretty easy process for picking up online orders, they got my order right and I was able to pick it up in a reasonable amount of time. My only qualm with fleet Farm is that I have tried several times to unsubscribe from their email list, All unsuccessfully. I have reached out to them for assistance on that.

First of all, great staff! I found the fishing gear I couldn't find locally or online. I thought they closed at 9pm, thank you Alexa. It's 8:17pm, and a staff member strolls down the isle toward me. I expected her to ask me if I needed help, but she politely informed me they closed at 8pm. I apologized immediately, explaining how it was all Alexa's fault. She just smiled and said, no worries, they can help you up front. So I hurry up front, get into an engaging discussion about the lures, about the research I did, what they do, and of course we shared a few experiences. Great, I pay and am rolling toward the exit, thanking the staff and apologizing for holding them up from going home. Of course it is then I realize I have a $10 coupon I forgot to use. Again, I thanked them and ask if I can be an even bigger problem, explaining about the coupon. Well, they voided my order, scanned everything again and then applied my coupon. All of this was accomplished by three different employees. JUST WOW! Fleet Farm, you have amazing people! Thank you so much! Your employees made the 45 minute drive so worth it! And the drive will occur much more often. Awesome team!!!

Love the selection and OMG the clearance on clothes was amazing. School right around the corner and this helps the pocket book. Name brands like Columbia and Under Armor. Customer service lady was awesome. I forgot to scan the $10 off $50 purchase and she fixed it quick with no hassles.

I love shopping here for work boots they are so affordable. And I found a pair that looks nice and don't have my feet hurting even with standing for 10 hours

The Man's Mall is starting to become one of my favorite places to go. Staff is always helpful & cheerful. I've been there a lot since this visit, and I'm rarely disappointed. Down to earth, affordable & good variety!

A huge hardware store, you can find it all here. If I need anything house related, outdoor related you can find it here. If you can’t ask a staff member they will radio and ask. Quick and easy. Here is what I love about Fleet Farm. First, it combines a sporting goods store, home depot, and a grocery store all in one. Unlike Walmart, you will find front facing employees available to assist you. Friendly, staff that are knowledgeable, and professional. You have options to shop in store, shop online using curbside service, or shop online and have it shipped to your house. They have a loyalty program that is very easy to use either with your telephone number or your email and unlike Menard's once you get enough points the credit is issued right there at the store instead of having to fill out a slip send in the mail and wait weeks to get a rebate check back. Want to talk about customer service? You can actually call the number that's on their website and that is the number to the store where someone will actually pick the phone up and talk to you. That's for their pantry items they carry all the main things including snacks, coffees, cakes, candy, cookies. Most of their items are competitively priced with some of them being an everyday low price that beats out most competitors even on sale. As for returns I believe they have a 90 day return policy. Really can't think of any negatives.

Great selection, however was bummed out to realize they discontinued carrying there Surplus line a couple years ago. Other than that my only complaint was check out was far too slow!! 15 min+ of waiting in line with well over of over 10+ people lined up in each open lane after doing lest than 5min of shopping really killed the overall experience for me. Fortunately for what it lacked there the store's employees definitely do them am overall solid making up for it with their cheerful positivity, and and impeccable customer service! ( Now just hire a few more cashiers, or pull stock people from the floor when it gets busy to expedite the exit already!)
