    This, by far, was the best experience I have had picking up a new car, and I have had a few new cars. My appointment was tailored to my needs and everything went so smoothly. Really appreciate working with Jim. He took time to understand what I was looking for and he did not waste my time reviewing things I did not want. And of course, I love working with Cody and the others in the service department.

    I highly recommend this dealership! Everyone was extremely helpful and very friendly. I enjoyed everyone I worked with there. Specifically, I loved my salesman, Dawson. He was amazing. Very kind, knowledgeable, and just a joy to work with. Also, Denise and Mark were absolutely wonderful and made my experience so awesome. 😃 If u purchase your vehicle with these guys you won’t regret it! 😍

    My experience purchasing a used vehicle at Morries Subaru was smooth, thoughtful, and with great customer service. My sales person, Paul was kind, knowledgeable, and walked me through all the steps so I had solid expectations of what was next in the purchase process. My car was detailed and ready to go with care. It will be delivered to my home as well, which was an added touch that really saved us time. I also left with a replica stuffed Subaru toy for our dog. If you’re looking for a Subaru or, a car they have for sale, check them out. From beginning to end, 5 stars!

    I bought the car from Morrie’s Brooklyn Park, full service oil change…this time it is for a recall. This is my second time bringing the car in for a recall and am very satisfied each time. The representative explained what needed to be done and whether anything was needed. For my case only the safety check on the chain to make certain all is working the way they should be. Very competent group of people I have been working with since purchased the car almost 3 years ago. Very happy with all the inspections and diagnostic. Their maintenance software is alway very good, up to date service schedules and service performance. I would buy another car there again when comes time.

    I had bought a Subaru at a Luther dealership and had a horrible experience and hated my Subaru. I took a chance at Morrie's. Saw the vehicle I wanted online and called them. They had the vehicle ready for me when I got there. Traded in my Subaru for another Subaru but the good experience at Morrie's made all the difference because I am happy with my Subaru again. I paid for the extra warranty which is spendy but I literally don't have to worry about any major car repairs for the next 10 years.

    We bought a 2019 Outback in early November and overall the experience was disappointing. The car was certified pre-owned, but once home I realized the oil was overfilled by at least half a quart. The dealership had just done an oil change, which is a major concern. Employees were also very unhelpful as our temporary plates were about to expire. At least three told us it was ok to drive with the expired plates and were unable to direct my call to someone who could provide more information. The plates did show up shortly thereafter, but they were sent from the dealership with USPS tracking. The employees I talked with had no idea they were in the mail. Finally, Morries did not respond to an email I sent them outlining these items, so they really failed on multiple fronts.

    If you're in the market for a new Subaru, do yourself a favor and just go to Morrie's Subaru in Brooklyn Park. Every step of the process was clearly laid out and easy to understand. The sales and finance folks were never pushy and made thoughtful recommendations based on my specific needs, not trying to make an extra buck on superfluous or unnecessary accessories or packages or warranties. They also take the time to schedule time with you after your purchase to do a vehicle overview, covering some of the little known features that make the already pleasurable experience of being a Subaru owner even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team at Morrie's Subaru for putting me into my favorite new car to date.

    I had a question about one 2024 Outback Limited listed on Morrie's website that was in transit from the factory. Morrie's provided the answer and told that they could add the accessories at the store. Jim, Sales Manager, gave us a fair price for all. We reserved the Outback which came in almost 2 weeks earlier than estimated. Luke, a Product Specialist, was professional, friendly and made it a fun experience for us. We thought that Morrie's was very appreciative of us buying another Subaru.Other helpful support staff finalized the deal and we drove our new Outback home that afternoon. We were very happy with our experience at Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru!

    My experience with Morrie’s @Brooklyn park was average. The selection of vehicles was decent, but I expected a bit more in terms of customer service. The salesperson was polite but not very knowledgeable about the cars. Overall, it was an OK experience. 🙂

    Horrible. My car always came back with issues after it goes in for a service. It’s like they have inexperienced mechanics or a bunch of teenagers working on my car. Someone needs to investigate this dealership. Gave me a very dirty rental car. Is this how they treat their customers? I don’t want to go to them anymore. They keep breaking my car to get more money out of me.

    From easily making an appointment to walking in the door, it was a perfect experience! Dennis N. was the car salesperson you can only hope for. He was easy to talk to, and after telling him what we were looking for, he took us on the lot and there was our new car! He explained how EVERYTHING worked on the car in very easy to understand language. We had brought in our cleaned up trade in, got a great deal for it, and took our 2023 Autumn Green Forester home that day! What could have gone better? Thanks to Dennis for the wonderful experience. He has customers for life here.

    I had a great experience! I recently ordered a 2023 Outback limited. David, my sales person, was wonderful to work with! Wasn’t trying to upsell me, but wanted me to find what was best for me! I tried a few other dealerships before ordering here. Key take always: 1. No commission on salesmen here. 2. Friendly staff and made it a fun buying experience. 3. No pressure sale. I would highly recommend looking here. They were top notch and are constantly getting new cars in.

    Very simple, no hassle buying experience. Friendly people in all segments of their dealership. I was especially impressed with Isabella, the newest member of the sales team. She is very personable, knew the right questions to ask, was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and most importantly (to me) was never pushy. I did not finance the vehicle I purchased, but the cash transaction process was very smooth, and didn't take an eternity so that was also a win. I would also add that this is the cleanest car dealership I've ever been in. This purchase was my 16th vehicle and I've been in many car dealerships over the years, and end to end, this buying experience was absolutely the best I've had.

    Seth here, and my experience at Brooklyn Park Subaru was phenomenal. We came in just looking at ideas. My wife and I went inside and we were greeted by Dennis. What a great salesman you have. His style is unique, and very methodical. He was very thorough, and spoke to my wife and I evenly, which is rare when a women is involved with the purchase. Even when my son came in, he was greeted with high energy, and enthusiasm. What a great guy with a bunch of knowledge. My wife has a Honda, and I have a Toyota. An idea turned into a purchase of a Subaru. I will come back to Dennis, as he has earned my respect. What a great knowledgeable guy! By far the best salesman I have ever worked with, and I’m 54 and have bought a number of cars in my life! Keep it up. Pat was great too, as he kept us informed during the process, and handled my trade very nicely. Dennis and Pat work really well together, and it shows! Great job.

    If I could give -29 stars, I would. Dennis and his manager Tim worked with me for an entire week on buying a used vehicle. It was a week long process because every time I was going to go in to get the car, it wasn’t ready because a part never came in. Long story short, Tim told me that he would hold the car for me since I was driving from the St. Cloud area. I had an appointment to purchase the car a few days after they received the part, so they could “ensure it was fixed,” and then an HOUR before my appointment, they told me they sold the car. They also didn’t have the decency to call me back and apologize and explain what happened. I even have the texts saying that they were going to hold the car for me.

    Had an amazing experience at Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru today! I went in to get warranty service done on my parking brake switch. I was told that it would take 2-3 hours. It ended up taking a little under 2 which was great! While I was waiting I got to experience their beautiful waiting area which was comfortable and inviting. The best surprise was a video of their inspection on my vehicle that I received via email while I was waiting. I even got a call after I got home following up to make sure I had a good experience there. 11/10 would absolutely recommend! May have been the best vehicle service experience I've ever had.

    This is an AWESOME team! Their Manager, Pat, introduced me to Sarah. She was polite, professional and so helpful. After a few questions, she found the perfect car for me. Pat stopped by to make sure I was still doing well if Sarah was away doing something else for me (like getting me some coffee) and when I went in to sign paperwork, Ben was great! Ben was more than happy to answer all of my questions. He helped me protect my new car AND stay on budget. Before I left, Pat took the time to stop what he was doing and really thank me. I have THREE people who I can call with anything I need for my car. I’ve never had a better, EASIER, car buying experience.

    First experience ever purchasing a vehicle through a dealer. Came across a really nice Subaru Outback for a great price (made a 7 hr drive worth it) and I am extremely satisfied and happy with the car. I felt the same way about the buying experience, as I mainly worked with Dennis, Carter and Michael as they were all extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Very friendly service. Every time I walked through the door an employee was there to assist. Was awesome seeing the small town service I’m used to in a larger area. I would definitely recommend anyone who’s in the market of a new/used Subaru to check them out.

    Purchasing a new vehicle from Morrie’s was, overall a positive experience. During the ordering process, David (aka: Chef) Hendricks helped me work through vehicle options in a way that helped me decide which I did or did not want and without any evidence of sales pressure. He also gracefully endured countless questions. Thanks, David. The prices are up, but I understand supply and demand. That said, I did not feel they were gauging me, and I also felt I received a fair price for my trade. A negative (truly offered in an effort to help) was that even though I arrived with all paperwork in hand, it still took more than 2 hours ( not including financing) to go through their paperwork process with David having to fill out, what seemed to be, countless pages on-line. This was frustrating and appeared to be a process whereby 90% of it could have been done in advance by administrative staff thereby eliminating the need to consume the time of valuable sales staff; to say nothing of having the customer be forced to sit through it. Quite honestly, it really took a lot of the excitement out of “that big day you get to go pick up your brand new car.” The financing paperwork process was handled flawlessly and efficiently by Carter. He is a skilled craftsman. They are in the middle of a major construction process which, as we all know, usually means things have to look worse before they can look better. However, Morrie’s seems to be managing the process in a manner not in any way unsightly or intrusive to the customer. Overall, I would highly recommend Morrie’s as a dealer to be trusted and able to put your interests first and foremost.
