I had a wonderful experience here. The night before I did my credit check and sent my license and insurance company info and was out the door with my new car in less than two hour’s. There was no haggling to buy extras. The car was sold to me at msrp. It is a BRZ (hard to find) that they could have marked up and gave a million excuses for it, but they didn’t. An amazing experience. Everyone at the dealership was helpful, caring, and willing to answer all my questions. There was no sales pressure at all from our sales rep Dylan, who definitely went above and beyond for us. Everyone there even took the time to help entertain my very rambunctious 3 year old while I did all the paperwork which, if you know active 3 year olds, is no small feat! Kristopher was great! I was dreading the whole experience, but he made my purchase of the brand new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek fun! My brother who was with me is even considering going to him for his future car purchases/trade in. He gave a tour of the dealership including parts and services where I met Sara who dealt with car maintenance like oil changes and what not and she was also super friendly and informative. I felt very welcomed and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for any new car purchases.

Really great experience. Such great customer service here. I didn't feel rushed, or pressured into buying a vehicle. The price was right. Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. Kris was knowledgeable with the crosstrek i was looking into. Michael was great in explaining the finances, and not intimidating from the money guy. Lol. It was a breathe of fresh air from the last Subaru dealership I went to a few towns over, which I had an awful experience at looking at a new vehicle. Iryna was my salesperson and an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She never pressured us and treated us with dignity, professionalism and non bias. As new owners to the Subaru brand she made herself readily available to answer any questions we had about the car. We had a very good experience with her and the dealership in general.

I must say, without any reservations, that Subaru is by far the best experience I have ever had. Upon arrival of my scheduled appointment, I was greeted with smiles and professionalism. Vito was the gentleman that assisted me, and he was very professional and friendly, he even took the time to show me around to the waiting rooms, even though this was my first oil change, having been there a couple times, he still took the time. As to all the other employees, they were friendly and courteous, never wavering. They were accurate it the time specified for the duration of the visit, and Vito even sent me texts to let me know if the progress. Keep up the amazing work!! After all said and done, he went over all that was done and showed me that everything else mechanically with the car, was in tip top shape. If you buy from Subaru in old bridge, I highly recommend, for any services, come what may, I recommend the dealer itself.

There were a few snags that I caught, mileage on the car was 3k more than posted on line and on the day i was picking up the car the internet price was $1,000 less. All significant things to catch. However, we spoke with the head sales manager and made some negotiations and they made good on all of it and the trade in we were doing. Overall nice doing business with them

Just buy a 2021 Ascend Of course the car is awesome, I’ll hope to say the same after 200K miles. My sales guy was Lou, and my finance guy was Mike Both of them were great all the way through. I really appreciate your help, patience, and honesty. Great place to buy a great car.

I had a great experience purchasing a WRX from Dennis at All American. After looking for a car in a ton of other dealerships for the past 3 months, I was starting to lose hope that there were any decent and trust worthy dealers left. Luckily, I gave all American a chance and I’m very glad I did. Dennis was professional, straight forward and made it a fun, haggle free experience. Lawrence and all of the staff took such good care of me and my car. I had 4 new tires and had my Forester Deluxe Detailed . Lawrence explained about the tires and then suggested a Loaner car for me so I didn’t have to wait. I was able to drop my car during the week, then pick it up on Saturday! Nice and easy. Overall, we had a good experience. They were knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Our salesperson was great and very patient. Unlike most other dealerships, they had vehicles in stock to choose from and did not price gouge or take advantage of the current car shortage. We’re very happy with our choice of car and dealership. When we picked up the car, however, none of the necessary paperwork was ready and things were very unorganized, despite the fact that we had an appointment. It took a very long time to finalize everything, with the least amount time being spent on actually getting acquainted with the details of the car. This was a bit frustrating.

Mel was as usual very polite, professional, and genuine. She was very accommodating when I needed to schedule my service appointment. She went over all the work performed, and what was recommended for future visits without any pressure. Mike the service manager as always greeted me, and asked if I had any issues or concerns. In my past, I tended to stay away from dealerships for routine maintenance. But with Mike and Mel, and the crew at Subaru Oldbridge, I look forward to taking my vehicle there. They do the work right, the prices are fair, and I feel confident with their service and honesty. Six stars go out to All American Subaru!
