UT Southwestern has the worst Emergency Department I have EVER experienced. My 79 year old mother almost died in their bathroom when she bled out from her rectum because they didn’t concern themselves with her dire situation. My 83 year old father and I drove her to the hospital because they thought it would be faster getting there. The ED nurses checked her in and then told her it would be 8 hours, at least, before she could be seen. Within 10 minutes of being there, I took my mother to the bathroom where she lost more blood and passed out while sitting on the toilet. I had to leave her and run get a “nurse” for help. As several of them took their time deciding who would be the lucky one to go, my mother was dying in the bathroom! When we, me an 2 “nurses”, made it to the bathroom my mother was completely passed out from blood loss and near death. The 2 nurses, 1 male and 1 female, couldn’t revive her and couldn’t get her up so the male went to get help. They finally believed her, brought several other “nurses” and a gurney and we were running down the hallway rushing down the hallway to save her life. This could have all been prevented if the ED “nurses” would have listened!!! Do not use this ED!!

This is the most important review of my life and I feel I have to as it might help someone. In summary, if you have Ovarian Cancer please do your self a favor and go to MD Anderson. Perhaps they do well with other things but I can't speak to this. My wife passed in September and I really do not feel they did all they could to save her. She might not have lived but at least we would have felt all was done that was possible. Complaints against UT SW - While Mychart is a good resource for both patient and Doctors. I don't think enough is documented. Often, I have said the same things over and over again to multiple Doctors. In their summaries I seldom saw anything documented of value. - ER process for Extreme Cancer patients. Many times we need a check or follow-up. Having a stage 4 cancer person who is in extreme pain waiting in an emergency room is a bad practice. They need to be streamlined in. Mostly, there are labs that need taken and pain medicine delivered. Please do better you are horrible at this. Maybe better than a normal ER but your hospital claims to be an resource for cancer patients. If you want to be considered an Cancer Hospital this needs addressed. - Timely treatments and checks. My wife underwent Chemo for months, not once during treatment were scans done. My wife's chemo was completed by July 3rd. Her Cancer was most likely evident in June. There was no plan in place, and to this date one been has not been submitted. My wife had one consult with MD Anderson and we had a plan in a couple of days. This gives you a horrible reputation as a Cancer facility. Patients trust you and expect you to give them a plan and and to act upon it. Stopping the cancer should be a priority. Instead of just having people come in and racking up their insurance for issues you no capabilities of solving. Note: Not everything is horrible about your hospital. - The nurses are very good, I would say 90% are very caring and effecient. The only reason you have a 3 rating. - Dr. Holloway who was a fellow, did quite a bit to help, but he was not her primary Doctor. - The nurse techs are pretty good, I would say again 90% went above and beyond. 5% were just there. 5% were not very helpful. - Meal services were pretty good, my wife seldom ate but they always followed up and did their best.

Overall I have been very disappointed with the care I have received from the outpatient clinics at UTSW. Depending on the clinic it can take months to see a doctor. There is no coordination between clinics meaning it’s up to you to be your own health coordinator as you are passed around from clinic to clinic. Follow up after a procedure is non existent. The “My Chart” app is terrible. It keeps getting updated but never gets better. Sometimes I can see my future appointments sometimes I can’t. Making a clinic appointment can be a real challenge. Sometimes you have to call the clinic, sometimes you need to use My Chart to request an appointment, sometimes you can actually make an appointment through my chart, sometimes you need a referral and sometimes you don’t. For basic health care I would go somewhere else.

On September 9, 2023, my father passed. His name was Wayne Waiwaiole and he was 52 years young. I just wanted to recognize the nurse that was in charge, Natassia. Even though my dad was in a coma, she treated him with the utmost respect & kindness. My dad was in & out of hospitals for weeks leading up to his passing, and he always called me to tell me how nice the nurses were, or how some treated him like a number. He would have filled the room full of stories about his life and his love for his children & grandchildren. He would have really liked Natassia. She had told me it was her first day on the job there at UT Southwestern, and she even came in on one of her days off during our stay, just to help with dad. She hugged us, and comforted us and she even took a photo with all of us, including my dad, hands up proud with a rock on sign. He was a lover of rock music, and we jammed celebrating his life. She's a rare soul. There aren't many nurses like her. Please never stop helping others. You made one of my darkest days a little bit brighter. Thank you.

My change my mind - been waiting for over four hours with chest pain and TIA symptoms. Still have yet to be seen by a provider. My blood pressure has stayed high and have said I’m in pain. It doesn’t matter. If there is another ED visit it won’t be here. In a room at 2am after walking in at 8pm the night before. I still have not seen a nurse or provider since being in the room for almost an hour. There is also a portable potty chair in the room with urine still in it. I’m pretty ticked about this situation.

My spouse had surgery here in the Neurology Department and let me say that despite her going through the process the Complete staff from the Valet, Receptionist, Attendants, Assistants, Nurses, Doctors, Technicians and Surgeons were all outstanding and very helpful, supportive and caring. I loved the setup and process of letting your love ones be there for the patient through out their journey. Thank you University of Texas Southwest for everything!!!!

Dr ordered an ultrasound "stat". It's been over 16 days and still hasn't been done. Finally after 10 days an appointment was scheduled but then 2 days before that date it was canceled because the scheduler scheduled it at the wrong location. I've explained the sense of urgency but they have zero empathy for patients.... No one cares at at. They act as if they are doing us a favor by answering the phone... Work is called work for a reason. UT Southwestern, do better. Smh

I can guarantee you that many of the 5-star reviews are from friends and family of hospital staff. UT Southwestern is a perfect example of how America is undergoing a rapid pace of deterioration and ruin. Specialized doctors are content with a steady source of income and doing/performing “maintenance work”. What’s worse is that many of these doctors have multiple roles (such as directors, ethics committee, etc.) that they are NOT competent to hold. There’s an old country saying that, “Not all money is good money.”

My appointment for diagnostic nerve root block was canceled without asking me. Medical personnel decided if insurance denied payment than patient sure cannot pay out of pocket. Isn't it they suppose to be patient advocates?! The problem was some ignorant person incorrectly filed claim and insurance denied. When they refiled claim correctly insurance approved, but 2.5 weeks in advance appointment was already canceled. Now I have to wait weeks before this doctor will have open space for me. How dare they canceled my appointment without asking me and without investigating the problem? Without considering that I'm in pain and was waiting for this root block for many months.

This hospital is amazing. We drove in from Arkansas for my wife’s heart surgery, which was going to last five days. Originally, we were told that kids aren’t allowed, so I planned to get a hotel for the four of us while she was in the hospital. Once we arrived not only where we told that the kids could see her, but that we could spend the night at the hospital too. We will have to get a hotel the day of her surgery because she will be in a different room temporarily. On top of that, we were also able to get a guest meal tray for only $10. This comes with an entree, three sides, soup or salad, dessert, a drink and snack. While it did have the somewhat bland hospital taste, it wasn’t that bad, and we’ll worth the money. Not to mention, we didn’t have to fight traffic trying to find a place to eat. There was enough food between mine and my wife’s, that all three kids (7, 10, and 12) shared and had plenty. One of the best parts about this hospital though, is that her surgeon is the one who created and perfected, the procedure she will be having in less than 48 hours. While I can’t wait to get back home, it’s not as bad of a trip as it could have been.

My hospital care and doctor was great. But when it came to billing... the way they did my diagnosis my medicare would not pay. I called several times trying to get it resolved and never had anything done. So, before you have surgery be sure to see how they are going to do your diagnosis. They said mine. was just an observation. I spent the night and I was put to sleep and had surgery. But that is not the way the hospital saw it. I am still very disgusted over it!

Not sure what has happened. We have been patients here for 3.5 years. Care was always wonderful but these last 6-12 months it has been steadily going downhill. They are always too busy and too booked to take care of urgent matters and they seem too rushed to read patient charts and know the patient’s situation like they used to. And the staff you can tell are tired. I try to be understanding coming out of a pandemic but it’s affecting care more and more. I wish it could be the level of quality care that it used to be. My trust is slipping.

I would give zero stars if it were an option. They lost my referral letter about five times over the course of three months and numerous phone calls. When they finally got my referral letter, I was told the doctor no longer works there and was given the wrong hospital as his new place of work. At this point, I'm incredibly glad I no longer have to deal with their gross mismanagement of people's time.

I am so disheartened. I love my urologist here at UT Southwest and am due to have surgery but have lost faith and trust in the staff here. I’ve been waiting for three days for someone to simply call me back about an issue. The only people I can get through to is the answering service. The nurse, Amber Neely, flat out refuses to call me. This week will determine if I need to find a new doctor all together. I really trust my Dr and I hate this but don’t feel cared for or safe with his staff.

My wife was diagnosed with early stage breast cancer. Of course, she (and we) expected state of the art medical treatment from the start at UT Southwestern which occurred from day 1. What was unexpected was the EXCEPTIONAL and compassionate care at EVERY level from the physicians - surgeon, radiologist, oncology - to the nurses, radiology technicians, parking valets, administrative personnel, EVERYONE. Over nine months of treatment thus far, she has interacted with over 100 UT Southwestern employees and this exceptional patient care was demonstrated by all. For example, they try their utmost to see each patient within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment. Last month, my wife (I was there too) were waiting about 20 minutes. In comes the nurse apologizing for the delay for the very busy surgeon and then offered us a selection from a basket of snacks she brought in. Amazing. Another example, my wife had to have several MRIs which is very difficult for her as she is extremely claustrophobic. EVERY time the MRI techs and physician on duty (different ones) worked with her very sympathetically and patiently. We heartily recommend UT Southwestern both for their state of the art treatments plus their extraordinary patient focused care.

I live in ft worth and drove to Dallas, because of UT South Western reputation. The nurses and doctors in ER were ok, but the pharmacy staff made a huge mistake. They gave someone else medication and had to drive back again the next day to get my medications. The pharmacist wasn't really concern about the mistake. Not enough staff and multi tasking. I didn't received the service I expected 😕. I don't think I would drive again all the way from ft.worth, not worth it!! Next time I will go to Baylor.

Visit to the ER on 12/19 and 12/20 We had a horrible experience we were not seen after waiting 3 hours on 12/19, and over 6 hours on the 12/20. They moved her from the main waiting room into the 2nd waiting room.😞 After I told them to remove her IV so we could leave, the nurse had the audacity to tell us if we leave the doctor doesn’t recommend it. What doctor who spoke to my daughter for 2 minutes in the ER to tell her they couldn’t do anything until she was in a room. Then I called the chief executive Mr. (Gerald Adams) he was very dismissive. He was rude, lack any concern or empathy for my daughter. It is unfortunate some patients are not valued here. I asked him to transfer me to someone else, he placed me on hold. Finally someone answered and gave me a phone number to call. Meanwhile she has health insurance-Aetna , I can only imagine how we would be treated if we didn’t. I had to share our horrible experience for a hospital rated #1 it has the worst ER patient care. We left without my daughter receiving any treatment for her illness. Very, very disappointed!!!! Can we make this make sense, please?

The nurses are nice and very attentive to my mom. We are on the 8th floor and they have only cleaned the waiting room once in a week. You want us to wear mask in a dirty facility make it make sense. But medically it's a great place

I don't have words to express my frustration. This is only to make an appointment for my wife as a new patient that referred by her doctor. I didn't ask them any personal information about my wife, I know every situation about my wife, because I am the one who taking care of her. I gave them all the information about her and I told them she is in a therapy center and the time she came home they will be out of office but still they don't want to give me an appointment date unless they speak to her. She needs help but they are talking about hospital policy and no common sense. I will ask my wife's doctor to refer us in a different hospital other than UT Southwestern. They don't deserve one star.

Waited several weeks for a referral to final make it through the system only to be told they are now no longer accepting new patients. They could have posted that on their website or told me before the referral. They must be screening which patients are worthy of their help. Finding it hard to find decent care in Dallas at all.

First off I would like to say that my visit went well and I felt very respected by the doctor that I saw. My problem is with the billing practices of this hospital. I drove 2 hours to see them and spent a total of 15 minutes in the actual room with the doctor and nurse practitioner. I received my bill a month later and immediately paid my copay. A month after that, I started receiving new payment notices that said I owed another copay. The agent and I reviewed my MyChart info together and she could immediately tell that there was only one invoice and one copay payment required to be paid but it it had not been applied. She then said she would look into it and get back with me. The next day she called and told me to look in my MyChart and there was another bill in there that was not there previously and she said it required a second copay. Even though I only had one office visit that should have required a single copay, she stated that this was a "hospital facility charge" and that their system had to bill for them separately which is an absolute fraud. While I was happy with the care I received, I am posting this so others who are in perhaps the hardest times in their lives don't go to this facility and get taken advantage of as well. Double check all billing statements and make sure you actually owe what they say you owe because they are scamming people and I don't want this to happen to others out there.

I have been seeing UT doctors for years to treat a chronic health condition that affects a lot of organs and body systems and I seriously can't think of one negative thing to say about anyone there. I have always been treated kindly by every single person I've ever come in contact there. All the staff, the nurses, the techs, the very attentive knowledgeable caring doctors. I moved and no longer have the privilege of going here. I will sincerely miss this place as a place i always felt secure knowing I'd be met with compassion from everyone and knowledgeable doctors who take pride in helping the patients get better and stay better.

Flew in from Colorado for an appointment. Had a 50 min drive to get there. It was raining and there was an accident we were caught behind. We had allowed 15 extra minutes for the drive but due to being trapped behind accident for 30 min we were 15 min late. They cancelled that appointment. So the specialist was only going to allow 15 minutes for the visit and couldn't see me. Had to go catch a plane. Very hard core. If you are looking for a place that cares and will take time for you, look elsewhere.

Never recommend this !! I wanted to share my recent experience at your medical center where we will be scammed. Improper Communication: I found the communication both before and after my appointment to be lacking. Clear and timely communication is crucial. Incorrect Charging: There were issues with the billing process, resulting in incorrect charges on my bill. Lack of Knowledgeable Staff: I encountered challenges at the front desk and with your customer service representatives. Misleading Appointment: I felt that the appointment I booked did not align with the care I received. There was an issue where my concerns were redirected to different than expected, causing confusion.

I waited to post this review as I used to work here and didn't want my review to be biased. UT Southwestern is one of the BEST hospital systems/ medical centers in the world and is highly ranked on the list of best hospitals not only in the U.S. but in the entire world. You WILL get exceptional care here and there aren't a lot of places that are better than UT. Almost every single speciality here is top tier. The only real complaint I have that's in line with pretty much every other hospital in America and isn't unique to UT, is the ED experience. Waiting 5-6 hours or more to be seen by a doctor is an absolute nightmare. As I said above, this isn't too much of a knock against UT as it is against the health system in America, but waiting all night to see a doctor when you're suffering in pain is just laughable in a first world country. UT doesn't do anything to try to mitigate this at all. During our latest trip to the ER for my wife, there was a woman who was HYSTERICALLY crying in pain for close to 2 hours and no one did anything about this. So many things could be streamlined in the waiting room but the policy about being in a room first before receiving care is idiotic. If someone is coming in due to being dehydrated for throwing up the entire day, there's no need to have them wait 6 hours in the ED before assigning a room. Just hook them up to an I.V. while they wait in the waiting room. Patient comes in with 8/10 or 9/10 pain? No problem, give them something in the waiting area to hold them off until there is a room available.

After two months from the time my doctor sent in a referral I finally got a message saying to call and set up an appointment. I get a message saying they are busy and instead of waiting they would call me back. Left my number and no call back. Did this ever day for a week. Decided to wait, 65 min wait and a woman answer and I get disconnected! Next day I call again and wait 70min to get a live person. Yay finally get a appointment made. I thought I was going to a place to get help but instead I get judged and laughed at by the doctor, I've never felt so disrespected. I have so much to say but I'm not wasting anymore time with this place. I spent 8hrs to get no results. I guess they got another check from the insurance, that's all that matters. I see they don't care about their one star reviews 🤷‍♂️

I am a former patient at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas Texas. I was seen by Neurologists and Neurosurgeon at the hospital. My advice to any new patient will be to seek a second opinion before making any decisions that may effect your future. Failed Neurosurgery has turned into 4 surgeries with problem still existing. I am not here to speak negatively about this facility as a whole because some departments may be better than others. If this facility would like to question my review I am most willing to cooperate and discuss it openly on this message board or privately. I will provide all contact information if the facility desires. I hope to hear from this hospital soon. I am a blessed person.

This is a review for the Emergency Room care. Avoid going here at all costs. My mom was taken into the ER by ambulance complaning of chest pain. She was placed on a rolling bed, in the hallway of the ER. She was lying in the hallway for 7 hours while they slowly completed the scans and labs the doctor ordered. After 7 hours, they still had not gotten all of the lab work done that was ordered, including one test which needed to be completed 4 hours ago to be valid. The new doctor finally said most things looked "probably OK", and we could leave, or wait in the hallway until they finish the tests. The ER waiting room was packed, btw, and the nurse said the average wait to get in is 8-12 hours. This is a pathetic Hospital and ER.

UT has the Best Drs . It is a leading research facility . The Drs are all up to date on latest treatments available. I recently had a major Foot Revision Surgery by Dr Georg Lui. I have had 22 surgeries in my life, Mostly torn muscles. I was treated like royalty in the Surgical Unit. Best experience I have ever had. It just keeps getting better and better. The anesthesiologist pulled up a chair and spent 20 minutes with me explaining everything and listening to a major issue I had with a nerve block at Carroll Clinic for my knee replacement . Everybody was Fantastic!!. I see a few complaints here about people visiting the ER. All I know is almost ALL ER's are swamped and slow. Last Summer I had to go to 2.-- Presby in Plano and one in New Braunfals. I spent 6 hours before someone could look at me. Thank god I did not have a stroke lol. I love UT Southwestern

This place has deemed it appropriate care for a doctor to murder a 4 year old girl by doing a second bubble test just to record it on video. This test had already been positive and there was no medical indication to repeat it. This appropriate care caused a little girl to have a heart attack in front of her parents. This appropriate care killed an innocent child who had survived so much. We will not be silenced!!! Justice for Willow.

I have nothing but great things to say about this hospital . My husband came from a very sucky hospital “ medical city heart and spine “ where he was waiting over 5 months to get a valve repair as soon as he stepped foot on this place he got surgery 3 days later . All the nurses and all the doctors , surgeons etc are incredibly NICE AND SWEET! He is now recovering and is better than ever! Big shout out to the cardiologist team I am so grateful and blessed to have transferred my husband to this hospital where they listen and do something about the pain he had . Thank you so much

I regret EVER using UTSW. It all began in December 2018. I met with a pulmonologist who scheduled me for a lung biopsy in April 2019. (Anything at this place takes MONTHS.) The tests were basically inconclusive, but they didn’t think it was cancer. Skip ahead to life during Covid as a 28 year high school English teacher with a Master’s degree in gifted education. The school district asked us about any health issues. I told about my lungs. The district required notes from the doctors. More scans were done. I met with a “renowned” lung oncologist and robotic surgeon. This was THE WORST MISTAKE of my life! I had two robotic surgeries with this doctor in October 2020. The second one on October 13, 2020—my life will NEVER be the same! I had to figure out what happened on my own. Oh yes, his nurse’s assistant quickly signed me up for physical therapy of my choice and speech therapy through one of their otolaryngologists. Fortunately, the physical therapist wasn’t associated with UTSW. He ran tests. Yes, he said there is nerve damage. I began researching and realized what happened. I went through my PCP, my own neurologist, cardiologist, and gastroenterologist ALL outside of UTSW to confirm what I had to determine on my own. All tests proved that I was right. The vagus nerve was damaged. The “expert” surgeon cut my vagus nerve. My voice, my heart, my stomach, my bowels, my body sensations on the left side … all were damaged. When I think about my last appointment with one of his nurse practitioners, I feel great anger. She apologized for what happened to my body, but she said “It’s a risk inherent with the surgery.” That was October 2021. I was upset then, and I still am. It’s now almost December 2023, and it’s still a daily struggle. I lost my job as a 28 year AP and IB English teacher for gifted students in 2021 because I had to retire due to the irreparable damage caused at this facility. Lesson learned—I do NOT suggest UTSW for ANYTHING! Run, don’t walk, to the nearest exit!

I've been told I can get an earlier appointment because of my ER visit a few times but I keep getting pushed around. The earliest appointment being months away. The ER visit itself took 8 hours to see a doctor. If my family member was dying I wouldn't take them here

If you have periods, 𝘥𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘨𝘰 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦. I have never been so insulted in my life. The doctor I saw completely dismissed my concerns and mansplained to me how periods work. On top of all of that he did a joke of a “pelvic exam”. He inserted the speculum glanced in and said “Yep you’re fine.” Prescribed a hormonal birth control that I explained to him I couldn’t take for other medical reasons and he prescribed them anyway. I ended up going to a different hospital that said I was severely dehydrated(I went through 60 regular tampons in 3 days), and after doing several tests found out what was actually wrong with me. Then when I left I had to come back TWICE because my arm was so poorly wrapped I kept bleeding from where my IV was. I had to catch a nurse in the waiting room and practically beg her to wrap my arm as I was still bleeding.

Do not trust UT Southwest with your care or your money. Mistakes can be made and rectified. However, I was straight up deceived and cheated. Two times prior to an appointment with Dr. Michele Alkalay in the G.I. department. I checked with her nurses to verify that she was able to perform a celiac plexus block. Yet, when we arrived in the office, the Dr. Alkalay had not even reviewed my daughters chart and said that I was there for a second opinion; I immediately corrected her that we were there for the celiac plexus block that her nurses said she could perform. She had never heard of the procedure. Three additional times I had to correct her during the visit that we were not for there for a second opinion, but to have a celiac plexus block performed. She did not even know who to refer us to for it, and was just taking shots in the dark, and sent referrals out for various unneeded things. She had to leave the room for a 30 minute period to actually look at my daughter’s chart that she had not reviewed prior to seeing her. I immediately called billing and filed to get a refund because I was lied to that the doctor could perform the procedure related, which she could not. However, a month later I still do not have my money.

My wife has been struggling with gastrointestinal issues for 2 years. During that time we had to wait over 6 months for an appointment with UT Southwestern. After finally getting in and explaining her symptoms the doctor pressed on her stomach a few times and suggested she might be depressed and prescribed anti-depressants. We pushed for additional tests and were at least successful in getting a blood test which showed issues that are now being treated but are unrelated to her gastrointestinal issue. It has now been 6 months and we just had her follow up pushed another 3 months. No improvement with her issue and what made me write this review is because the last time she was in, she was told, and I quote… “Have you considered finding religion? It sounds like what you are dealing with is evil in nature and perhaps that might help.” I don’t know what is going on in the medical field but this about sent me through the roof. Unwilling to diagnose unless it is black and white out of a text book and if they don’t have an answer, why investigate? Just tell them to find Jesus. What a joke

I don't know why anyone would give less than a 5 STAR rating to the UT Southwestern Medical Complex. I have been treated for lung cancer since 2019, and I can not give higher marks to the Simmons Cancer Center (both the old location on Inwood, and the new location on Harry Hines). The staff are among the best in the country at treating cancer patients. I believe that the quality care I have received has contributed immensely to where I am today in my journey. This research facility hires leaders in their specific fields to provide the best care available. They do everything they can, going above and beyond for their patients. The even have a peaceful Meditation Room on the 9th floor.

I haven’t even seen a provider yet, but Juana— the new patient scheduling coordinator, I believe— was genuinely one of the kindest, most helpful, most encouraging, and most compassionate people I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to! When I told her that I wanted to see one provider, she immediately knew exactly who I was talking about, and kindly let me know that for my specific issue, this Dr wasn’t going to be the best specialist they had for it. She went with me through the process of finding the right one, the perfect one for my needs, and assisted me with sincere joy, and extreme patience. She made me feel sincerely cared for, and now, I am completely confident that the new provider we chose together is going to actually figure out what’s going on with me. To me, that security is invaluable. Thank you, Juana, for making me feel so prioritized, and for caring about your ‘new patients’ enough to steer someone like me in the right direction, rather than just doing the ‘quick and easy,’ ‘bare minimum’ and letting me see the wrong provider, just so you could get on with your day. UTSouthwestern truly couldn’t have a better representative answering their phones and assisting their new patients.

My husband was transferred here from another ER 3 hours away. We went to this hospital after our ER Dr called all the hospitals in our area and THIS hospital accepted us and knew we were on our way and what needed to be done. We arrived and sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours. Most of the staff there is very unkind and act like they would rather be anywhere but there. They definitely need some classes on how to treat patients and if they hate their job as much as they act they might need to think of another profession. After making us feel like we were wasting their time he was released in worse shape that what he was sent there in. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is the worst Allergy Clinic I ever went to, I was being asked for referral before scheduling any appointment, and being asked for bunch of information that they could’ve just emailed me, and they never called me for appointment scheduling even if in the message they said they would. I’m just feeling very disappointed and dissatisfied about my experience here.
