Joining LRB in mid-June of 2021, I was weighing over 280 pounds and since then I lost over 42 pounds. Becoming a member at LRB, I learned to gain confidence and never giving up mentality that is definitely expressed in the gym atmosphere for any class. Knowing I’ve never like doing burpees or any core workout has now push me to do it for fun and to become a better me every time I take a new class each week. I love how LRB gym members/instructors are so friendly and welcoming, definitely great people to get to know inside and outside of the gym. Everyone in this gym is very encouraging and you will never feel discourage or out of place. You will definitely be having fun throwing combos and sometime shadowing boxing with a partner. LRB is an awesome place to be in Pittsburgh.

The staff are friendly, and always willing to assist. The workouts can be customized if needed and each trainer brings good energy. You are able to work at your own pace. It's never a dull moment. I have enjoyed my exercising much more now that I have added Level Red to my routine. They are a great group of people!!!

The family you didn't know you needed!! I moved to Pittsburgh recently and wanted to try a new gym. Little did I know, I would make life long friends and get in the best shape at the same time. From the first class I took, Level Red employees, both desk and coaches, welcomed me with open arms and made me feel right at home. I had no boxing experience and I wasn't sure what to expect. The workouts truly can be tailored for each individual, regardless of your current level of fitness. I highly encourage people to sign up and try something new! The coaches all have their own style and it makes each class new and fun. You will be hooked from your first class, just like I am. Thanks Level Red!!

I've been attending classes at Level Red since 2019 and love this studio. If you're considering, here is a quick breakdown: Classes: They offer an ample amount of options ranging between 30-60-90 mins from early mornings through the evening, which make fitting in a workout as easy as possible for you. The classes are intense with no minute wasted, but you're also welcome to go at your own pace and modify as needed. Teachers: They have a lot of instructors who each have their own style. Some are more advanced and quickly-paced while others cater more to beginners. The variety helps keep things fresh and challenging. Community: The studio makes great efforts to build a positive sense of community. Just watch their social media; they're constantly cheering on their students. The membership is also diverse, which personally makes me feel extra comfortable and welcome. The studio also sets fun monthly goals with a reward to keep you extra motivated and accountable. All in all, really can't recommend them enough!

The instructors and staff members at LRB are genuine. They always motivate you to reach your potential. They also cheer every new member after the completion of their first class which is very welcoming. Regarding the workouts, the classes are non-repetitive, challenging and fun. They teach you to jab, defend, shadow box and maintain boxing stances apart from the HIIT and core workouts. Overall, one of the best workout experiences I ever had.

Level Red is awesome! Today was my first class there and I was referred by a friend to the gym. Kayla was my instructor and while I know her outside the gym, she brings a whole new energy to her classes. She is knowledgeable and was so patient as I learned the combos and moves! Pushed me to my limit for sure as this was not a "gimme" class! the checkin process was so easy, and Erin at the desk was great in introducing me to the space and helping wrap my hands. overall, 10/10 experience and I will be back!

Really fun way to get a workout in. The instructors are motivating/friendly and take extra time to get you set up and learn the moves during your first few classes if you’re new to boxing.

What an amazing introduction to the World of Boxing I’ve had at Level Red Boxing! The crew is so welcoming and helpful as you begin to navigate your way through your first few classes. Yes, it’s only 6 punches. But the combos make you think and keep you on your toes. Fellow class members introduced themselves, making me feel at home there. Susie, the General Manager has extraordinary Customer Service skills and gets all new clients off on the right foot. I’ve burned an average of 550-600 calories a class according to my Apple Watch. That’s a great burn. My core strength is amazing too thanks to the last 10 minutes of core work in class. I highly recommend Level Red to take your fitness to a new level!

This is the place that I've been looking for! I was searching for somewhere that offered kickboxing/boxing, and I'm really glad I happened across Level Red Boxing. I've been to four classes so far, and I always get an intense and varied workout. All the instructors I've had are wonderful, friendly and motivating (shout-out to Justin, Susie, and Chris!), and very importantly, manage to make class fly right by. It's also really fun and encouraging to see just how much work you get done with each workout using the app and heart rate monitors. There are people of all different fitness levels, and if you're new to boxing, everyone is really nice and helpful about getting you settled in. So come on by and give it a try!

I am so happy a boxing studio has opened up closer to my work/home. I love coming to Level Red. The instructors really motivate you to push yourself. I have been going for three weeks now and I feel more energized. The schedule is great for those who work crazy shifts (I am a RN and work 12hours that rotate days to nights). I would highly recommend anyone to try a free class.

I’m big on inclusion, and this place makes you feel just that. Glad I found this gem. The Motivators are awesome and bring great energy to every class. Susie was my first point of contact. She’s welcoming and always pleasant. Highly recommend, 10/10!

me and my friends recently joined level red boxing - we really enjoy going to LRB. All the instructors are very good in communicating, teaching (both technique and power skills) and importantly, it is fun to do workout with them. I highly recommend everyone whomsoever I planning to do intense work out but in comfortable place.

Level Red is awesome! The instructors are all very knowledgeable and encouraging, and the environment is very inclusive/friendly. You’re able to go at your own pace, so even if you’re new to your fitness journey, you’ll feel comfortable here. I always leave feeling strong and motivated. Definitely recommend.

Level red is the most inclusive and inviting workout I’ve ever been to! It has changed my mindset surrounding movement, and I feel excited to go back each week. The coaches are motivating and encouraging, and they make it both beginner friendly and challenging for existing members. I’m so happy I found Level Red!

Never a dull moment at LRB! All the instructors are wonderful and classes are always high energy. Great for beginners and for those who have been boxing for years!

I joined Level Red for the year after taking my first two classes in November. Not only is everyone so friendly and helpful but I found this class to provide the best balance of boxing cardio, weights, and core exercises. When I schedule class I always look forward to attending instead of feeling it is a chore. I highly recommend joining or checking out a class.

I moved to Pittsburgh not knowing a soul, and LRB became an instant home and source of community! Before LRB, I had never found a consistent workout I enjoyed or could stick to, but after 1 class here I knew I had found my new favorite workout spot! The instructors are so welcoming and eager to help you learn. They made me feel right at home from the start when I knew absolutely nothing and had no experience. I couldn’t believe how quickly they even learned my name. It really feels like family! The class is perfectly approachable for beginners, but as you get more comfortable you can level up your difficultly and technique. This makes it motivating to keep coming back and getting better! With a variety of instructors and classes to choose from, you’re never bored with so many options. It keeps it engaging and fun! The environment is so fun with hype playlists and the energy is just contagious and motivating! No matter what your skill level is, you can find your place here and work to get better. I’m so thankful I found a gym home in LRB!

The environment and culture here is amazing and knowing I'm going to have fun while blowing off steam and getting a challenging full-body workout is makes this boxing studio such a gem! The staff are always kind, friendly and professional. Everyone that works here is very knowledgable and experienced in boxing but break down the form and techniques in a modified (if needed) and understandable way for all experience levels. I thought it may only be an upper body workout but the classes are structured to give you a great lower and upper body workout along with core. I always leave sore and empowered after these classes!

Awesome boxing gym, great for beginners. The trainers are all fun and skilled. I really like that they don't do a monthly class allowance instead of a monthly subscription with any leftover classes carrying over to the next month. Definitely makes sure I get my full money's worth. Highly recommend.

🫤 Wasted potential. Lots of things that could make this a good gym. High ceilings wide open feel. But the execution is a total fail. Even basic stuff like temperature control is beyond the ability of staff here. It’s about 95 degrees in here right now. A couple of the old guys are looking a little uns...

😐 I paid membership, set up the account in person , and even put my credit card on file. My card did not work and I had no access to the gym. The first two times I came in, the guy at the front told me it was likely cause I had just gotten it activated it and to give it a couple days. Finally, the mo...

👍👍 In my mid-fifties and with chronic pain up and down the entirety of my right side, I started Group Spin Cycling at the Thelma Lovette YMCA. A doctor had tried to sell me a shiny new metal hip replacement as if I was at a used car lot, and a dye-injected scan revealed I have little to no cartilage in...

👍👍 The fitness factory has to be one of the most unique gyms on this earth. As soon as I walked through those doors I knew the workout was going to be something different.
