    I had the pleasure of working with Vincent and Carlos. The sales team helped every step of the way. From making sure I was getting everything I wanted in the vehicle I was looking for, to keeping me informed about my options, and getting my payments at a rate I could afford. They went above and beyond my expectations of buying a new vehicle. After buying 3 cars at Niello VW, I can proudly say they are a dealer I trust and will continue to do business with in the future.

    Skyler was phenomenal. The car buying experience from start to finish was beyond my expectations. He was friendly, communicative and extremely knowledgeable. Will In finance was great as well! I didn’t feel pressured, but supported! I have been telling everyone who asks about my ID.4 to go Niello! It was a wonderful experience!

    By far the best car dealership experience ever from start to finish. 5 stars all across. The sales consultant Stephen Richardson was very professional, super friendly, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable and able to answer all questions. I have already told a few friends that if they're thinking about a new car Niello is the place and he's the guy to go to.

    I'm a college student who's never gotten her car serviced on her own until this visit - so safe to say I was very nervous and unsure of what to do. But almost immediately after walking in, I was greeted by James French and instantly felt so much better. He was very nice and patient with me (as I didn't know much), and explained everything that they recommended for my car so that I could understand. Overall, I had a great first time getting my car serviced and my car loved it too :)

    Great service received from Ray Moreno- Sales Rep. He knows his cars, especially the VW ID.4- the purpose of my visit. My husband and I arrived 45 mins before closing and I was able to test drive even with limited time. I kinda had my eyes set on this car for a while now, but had not had a chance to see and test drive it. With full time job and kids on different sports activities, time is limited. I ended up buying the car. No haggle, they sell the sticker price of the car with no dealer mark- up. Will did our papers, Carlos, Manager came to meet us. Overall, excellent service received from this dealer. Ray- I give him 5 thumbs up for being efficient. He would direct me to the apps that I need to have in- between the transaction. He provided me with phone numbers already on the index card. He quickly showed me the different features of the car, before I take off with my new car. And he provided me with his card/ contact information should I have questions later. This is my 4th VW, and the best of all my VW cars. I would recommend this dealer to my friends, colleagues and family.

    I love Niello Volkswagen. I have purchased two cars from them now because service is great. They showed me every detail about my cars before leaving the lot, so nothing was a surprise. I also purchase from out of state, and they helped the registration process. They are so willing to help you even after you purchase the car. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. It was also a very short and painless process because the staff is so proactive and gets you exactly what you want. They provide the best car buying experience!

    The experience I had at Niello Volkswagen was absolutely incredible. Their staff and service was just amazing. I worked with Mike Havard and he did a phenomenal job. Everything I asked for he was able to get for me, through phone calls, text messages, and even when I showed up. They made sure I was completely taken care of and I felt like family. I will always and forever be a Volkswagen customer because of them.

    I had a great experience with Niello! I worked with Vincent and he was very helpful with getting me my ID.4 I absolutely highly recommend them and Vince personally. I worked with Alex with all the paperwork and he was so helpful with getting the price down and was so friendly. Will 100% use them in the future!

    Skyler made my whole experience wonderful. He wasn’t your typical sales person telling you what you want to hear or pressuring you on everything. I loved that he said what he was going to do and followed through. Not to mention being knowledgeable on the vehicles and knew how to answer my thousands of questions.

    They are efficient at service I called booked a appointment on the day I needed. I arrived and they immediately helped me. The car needed a part they called the insurance company and took car of everything. The video of the service preformed was a nice touch. The part arrived and was repaired as quoted. And at the end when I was paying for some non covered items the receptionist was busy on the phone but one of the service managers jumped over and helped me check out.

    Brent in the Service Department was fantastic. He kept in communication with me the whole time my car was there. He arranged a drop off and pickup. The service guys were quick and thorough. This is the best dealer service center that I have encountered in many years. You have my business!!

    I went to several dealerships before coming to Niello VW and I must say it was one of the most easy going and best car buying experiences I've had in a while. Thank you to Steve Richardson for being so easy to talk to and making me so comfortable through the process, no pressure or anything. Also thank you to Will in finance and Carlos, they are amazing as well. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a car. They really work hard to get you into one!

    Excellent experience buying our vehicle here. Extremely friendly and transparent. Shout out to Cesar, Carlos, and Alex for assisting us during the whole process.     Enjoyed our buying experience with Niello Volkswagen. Jamal who was our sales person was very courteous and worked from beginning to end and made sure we got what we wanted. Made me feel valued and was a seamless experience!! All the staff were friendly, smiling and willing to support. Michael in finance team was very open, transparent and took all our questions.     The think the dealership as a whole should work on customer service and making their customers feel welcomed. The only sales associate that made me feel welcomed was Vincent. There wasn’t any complimentary beverages other than the ones Vincent provided in his office. We ultimately came back to buy the car because we loved the car. But this dealership and other niello dealerships need to welcome customers with open arms. Especially when the prices are set and the cars are pretty expensive.

    Although there were a few challenges in availability - which we were told was based on heavy customer volume nearing month end - the collective team (Vincent, Ray and Jose) did a commendable job of supporting each other and stepping in to complete our transaction, car delivery, and then follow up items in a satisfactory manner. Additionally, we did not have any direct interaction with Jose even though he originally scheduled our appointment to meet with him, but the demeanor and attentiveness of both Vincent and Ray reflected well on the dealership.

    Brandon was great communicating what we found and getting the repairs completed. Appreciate his communication. Took a star off because as I drove off the lot I heard a clicking outside the car. Turns out it was a screw. Had to get a tire repaired after it came out of service at Niello who said everything looked good with the tires.

    Niello VW exceeds expectations. Prices are reasonable, service is reputable and reliable. Everyone I have dealt with at this VW dealership has bent over backwards for my business. They pleased the right guy, cuz I’m Loyal when it comes to excellence. No price shopping, no picking up or dropping off my car, valet service right from my front doorstep by two pleasant employees. All for me. exceptional! Being an older gentleman with EDS I do well however I have more off days than on. I forgot that I needed a SMOG vert for my registration due in just a week. What did Niello do, Smog it while it was there. DMV released registration same day. It’s a fast paced World and times we live in. High Tech can often mean poor customer service. NIELLO VOLKSWAGEN receives my award for High Tech, High Touch as their Tech enhances the experience rather than deplete the human aspect. Good for you Niello. Rarely do I feel good about spending money on car maintenance. But, a VW will provide many years of use if properly cared for. I never find myself thinking about servicing my VW at Niello in regular intervals because they inspect your vehicle every time. My Technician sends me a Video of my inspection with a very detailed explanation of what they find, what they want to do to fix it and the option to approve or save until later. No surprises. My 2015 VW CC is my second CC and back in the 90’s I had the coolest green and white pop top camper van I kick myself for letting it go! Point being they are good cars especially for the value for your dollar and fun factor to drive not to mention 30+ mpg highway. I only have 45,000 miles on my 2015 and it will most likely be the last car I ever buy. If you are looking for a VW, you owe it to yourself to go to Niello first. Tell β€˜em Marty the Motivator sent you.

    Their customer support was great! I entered into a deal with them to purchase a car, and after doing all the paperwork, setting up a loan and sending them a check, my situation changed and I no longer needed the car. It was in no way a problem for them to cancel the order even though they had spent time and money on postage. (It was an out-of-state purchase). Special thanks to Skylar in Internet sales.

    The service I received from Ron was wonderful. He promised me that I would have my car back by the date I absolutely needed it, and he delivered on that promise. Also, he was very pleasant to work with and explained carefully what was being done on this recall visit for my ID4. He also set me up with an ID4 loaner that was clean and very handy to have. Unfortunately it took me 3 months to get an appointment for my car--I called in early June. This made me nervous because some of the recall notices were safety issues and really sounded as if they needed immediate attention. However, this has nothing to do with the service once I took the car in.
