The park is beautiful and well kept. I live nearby, in Arden Parks and the quality of their parks is almost the same as the Arden Manor. They Staff have really turned the parks around in the past few years. The pool is nice and the deck has just been redone. The astro-turf soccer field is perfect for kids, seeing as its closed off and away from the busy street. Its amazing to see how far they have come in such a short time. I look forward to seeing how the parks keep improving.

No bathrooms...seems to ce the norm with our parks. Which parks get a bathroom is a mystery. Does Sacramento wish to become like Frisco just because they won't allocate funds for HYGENE AND HEALTH? Here comes disease if they don't. The for-profit health facilities will have a hayday.

Nice playground with swings and smaller play area for toddlers. A few picnic tables and large shade trees. A large swimming pool with diving board and slide and a smaller pool. Also a community room with small kitchen. The pool and community room are available for rental. Deterding Park serves as the District office for the Arden Manor Parks. The pool is also home of the Arden Manor Pirates swim club. There is also a turf enclosure for soccer or the kids play football.

Not the best park in arden

the people who work there don't know what theyre doing, they have been unable to fix the sprinklers in the park for two years in a row and the lawn is brown and dead and now the beautiful 40 year old redwood trees are dying too, nobody there will take responsibility, they have horrible customer service and an employee named tyler said that watering the park was not their priority!! yet out tax dollars go to pay for ??? for what I don't know if they cant even water the park, what else could their priority be? Nobody knows how to adjust a sprinkler timer? its ridiculous!

they should really have restrooms, it's 2023. not enough parks in the area and no restrooms or water fountains makes it difficult to visit. grow up, Sacramento!

Nice and quiet but parks and recreation center was not open to the public mid day.

Grandchildren love this park. We all had a great time.
