Beautiful gardens' volunteers are super friendly and knowledgeable. The butterfly house is so cool. I cannot wait to visit again and volunteer.

This place was a beautiful garden! When we stopped there was a yoga class going on with a guy playing music and everything. The flowers were lovely, there were so many pollinators (bees and butterflies/months). It was a delight

A wonderland garden with beautiful flowers and butterfly house. Great space for peaceful viewing, meditation or just taking in the lovely smell of flowers.

This is a magical place right in the middle of a neighborhood. Simply park your car along the street and enjoy this free offering that is beautiful and meaningful in raising funds and awareness with their flowers, vegetables, and event space. We went to enjoy Tai Chi and will definitely go again as the garden itself and what you can do there is ever changing.

This is a very nice community garden ran by very nice people. They are always looking for volunteers to help them improve the garden every day, at the same time they hold yoga classes under their gazebo which I myself play my steel drums for on the weekends. Come out and take a look, volunteer, or join a yoga class!

A garden oasis with multiple paths that take you through towering plants and flowers, beauty and color at every turn.

This place was absolutely our VIBE. A perfect blend of professional and hippy, we loved working with Nancy to find the perfect native plants and flowers for our wedding. My wife really liked the idea of a ‘feathery’ bouquet - something that can be a little tricky while only using Michigan native plants - but Nancy worked it out and the bouquets turned out to be so gorgeous. My wife and I really wanted to use native plants because the year or two before our wedding we got really into native gardening and replaced our whole garden with them (we had just moved into a new place… sorry, not sorry previous residents!!). We’re both incredibly eco-minded so supporting Nancy and Detroit Abloom just felt right - it still gives us the warm and fuzzies more than a year later. Speaking of a year later, on our anniversary I called Nancy back up and asked if she could make up a similar bouquet for the anniversary date I was planning and she did! It came out just as wonderfully as before and it was a perfect ‘nightcap’ to a lovely anniversary (we picked it up at the end of the night so that it wouldn’t roast in the car during the date). If you want to support your local ecology and a local business, look no further than Detroit Abloom. With Nancy, you (and SE Michigan) are in good hands.

This is a great concept and community project. We got an area here for the 1st time and can't wait to work it. The area is quiet and zen like with other Gardners sharing space and ideas. Every community should have an area available to grow your own food.
