I've tried CVS three times over the last 10 years since they're a block from my house only to get met with circular logic and nothing but headaches. I bring my prescription over to this Walmart in before I can leave the store they have it filled with no problem. Outstanding crew!

Horrible customer service. I have had a standing order for awhile that requires me to do certain steps like draw blood and have a dr appt as well as take a test online.. then I have 5 day window to pick up my prescription ; otherwise I’d have to redo steps 1,2&3. There has been more times than not where they have had problems with them doing their part getting the order I needed in the timely manner. Always get the same run around BS excuses. They don’t seem to know what they’re doing or care about their frequent customers AT ALL. Such a headache with these people

Horrible horrible service. If there were no stars, this is what they would get. I went to see my doctor a week ago, all of my prescriptions got sent electronically, and while I understand they got sent on a Friday at 12 pm, they should have gave me some type of notification that they needed further clarification from my provider and therefore my prescriptions would be delayed. They failed to communicate with my doctor regarding what information they needed, clarification on instructions, and I ended up not getting my prescriptions until a week after I saw the doctor. I was supposed to start antibiotic that day or two after seeing my provider, but everything was delayed due to the pharmacy not communicating and me having to do all the calling back and forth. My providers office reached out multiple times and they still couldn’t get things right. As I stated, it took a week for me to get all my meds. This is unacceptable and if you’re so overwhelmed then please let customers know there will be a delay in processing the medications. Due to the lack of communication and professionalism on their part, I will not be returning to this pharmacy and will take my business elsewhere.

Called because a refill was supposed to be ready but wasn't. Was placed on hold. Once timer hit 20 minutes, assumed they forgot about me. Hung up and called back, was placed back on hold and told "now there's two people ahead of you." Customer service reps are always irritated and often unhelpful. Please tell me this is the worst pharmacy because I can't imagine dealing with a worse one.

Crowded, allows grocery checkout at already crowded lines. Rude staff. Prescriptions never ready on time. They do not rotate staff so closed during peak lunch hours. Phone is rarely answered and dont expect a call back. As a retired Hospital administrator I was shocked by their lack of knowledge, professionalism, courtesy and timely refills on important items such ad insulin. We moved all our business to CVS.

It's Walmart.....2 1/2.. Half the staff is rude, the other half is doable. Either the lines are long n waiting or it's just waiting. Or they don't have it in stock. When trying to ask for assistance on over the counter, they say it will be in aisle.... Only 5 star about it is, it's the cheapest pharmacy around.

So slow. Even if you're next in line you could be there 30 minutes still. Every single time. It's definitely not more convenient to pick up your meds while you grocery shop. Going to switch to a real pharmacy.

I used to get all of my family's prescriptions filled at a different Walmart location and received amazing customer service. This pharmacy is lacking in the customer service department. I've never been to a pharmacy with such rude individuals working there.

Terri the pharmacist was awesome tonight . Picked up an expensive med that my plan wouldn’t covering was in a down mood and she managed to put my smile on me and told me she hopes I win the lottery . She was very sweet . i went again on 10/24/19 at 6pm for my meds , there was a mix up with my insurances but the ladies took care of it, once again very impressed

1 star because I can’t rate below a 1 star. There’s many issues with this pharmacy, lacking the basics in courtesy and customer service. Prescriptions are never filled on time, no communication amongst themselves and your prescriptions don’t get ordered until WEEKS later. Always a line and never a simple “I’ll be with you in a moment”. Somehow they gave me someone else personal insurance information and insisted it was my sons. Every time I come and fill a prescription it’s the same issue, they never updated his insurance information and his prescriptions aren’t place to be filled. By the time the order is place you’ll have to stop by a several times because they don’t get filled in the numerous times they told you they would be ready in. Staff desperately needs training or bring in all new pharmacists willing to do their job correctly. Switching to CVS. Never again will I refill at Walmart

Staff and technicians and Pharmist are top notch...worked hard to get a much needed prescription transfered...

I came in the afternoon to get my girlfriend’s prescription medicine and these nice people literally turned me away at a hair before 1:30 saying they close at 1:30 to 2:00 for lunch I asked what time it was. They said it was 1:30 as he’s lowering the shutters all while finishing up with another customer at a different checkout terminal. While this Great Value Clark Kent dude tried to sound apologetic statingthat they only have a half an hour for lunch I was unimpressed. Seems pretty unreasonable to me they feel it necessary to be so hard line about it. It must be because they’re short staffed perhaps? They for whatever reason just can’t be bothered, I looked at my phone after this exchange and as I raise my phone the time clicked from 1:29 to 1:30. Lames… So whether they’re bunk staff or Walmart management strains them to the point of outright apathy is kind of up in the air. All I know is I really don’t feel like wandering around here for half an hour waiting for them to stuff their faces. Unfortunately it doesn’t make much sense to go anywhere else either. If this weren’t my lady’s designated pharmacy through her PCP I’d straight up never come back to this location, not that they’d care anyway. Ugh. So I guess I’m just stuck here. Thanks I hate it. At least I burned up 10 mins typing this out while narrowly avoiding collisions with shoppers as I aimlessly wandered while writing this review. This whole store needs more space for people it’s surprisingly narrow walking lanes are less than adequate for what seems like an underwhelming amount of people. 0 out of 10 stars. >_<

Very unprofessional and unhelpful. The pharmacist blonde woman just complaints about how many hours she worked, "tired and been working since the morning", she just do not care about people there, she lies about why the prescription aren't filled timely. She is very impolite, if she hates so much her job she should not be there dealing with people who need their medications.

Tech kk is incompetent and NEVER gets my perception right.never helpful and has a attitude when questioned.she doesn’t need to be there.i am finding a way to get the district manager phone number to file a complaint

They have taken care of me for three years.Everyone is polite,professional and it does not get any better than Walmart Pharm!

You can tell everyone in the pharmacy is working extremely hard keeping everything in control. They could use some more tech help and that would help a lot of the issues in the pharmacy.

Had 3 or 4 employees at the door. 6 minutes till 11 pm. All I needed was one thing and would have been out of there. Said they were closed and wouldn't allow anyone in.

Terribly rude people working at this pharmacy. They don't care about anyone that comes here. They don't order prescriptions that need to be taken daily because it's not available in their preferred generic brand. If you believe as I do that your health matters, take your prescriptions elsewhere. This has got to be the worst pharmacy in the city of Tucson.
