I had Linda and Elizabeth helping me prepare for my travel. They were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, and sincere in their service. Even though Passport Health won’t bill my insurance, I was provided an itemized bill which I plan to submit as a claim to my insurance and this extra step is definitely worth it for the amazing experience I had with Linda & Elizabeth. The office is immaculately clean, and they even let me take a pic of their huge wall map to get me excited for future trips!

Great place to prepare for travel. Kind people and they help you consider what's necessary alms recommended and how to get coupons if possible. Warm, friendly staff. Plus, they gave me this "cocktail" drink for one of my vaccines. 🤣🍹

Donna is superb. She is kind, caring, warm, and welcoming, and was very helpful and informative when advising on the medical preparation for my trip to India. I appreciate her explaining each vaccine and medication thoroughly and patiently. I was impressed by the preparation, and the printed documents provided are also very informative and helpful. I appreciate that there was no pressure to purchase anything or get vaccinations on the spot. When I asked about the best next steps, Donna shared sound advice and guidance for me to be best prepared for the trip. Highly recommend visiting Passport Health prior to travel. I travel frequently and underestimated the need visit a travel clinic, but this was absolutely essential in the preparation for the trip. Thank you Donna!

Linda was a big help. Staying safe while traveling can be a big stress and she helped me a lot with all the information I needed on vaccinations and staying safe. While they don’t deal with insurance they make it easy to send the paperwork in yourself (if you are covered). Thank you Linda and Passport Health!

International travel is very stressful for somebody who has not done it before, especially the part that involves harmful and potentially deadly illnesses. I had a lovely experience with Passport Health. I worked with Linda, who was very knowledgeable and explained things in very clear terms. She suggested the best options for me, but nothing was pushed onto me. The information packet provided to me was also very helpful. The office was clean and welcoming, and the shots I received were seamless. I would definitely return here for another trip.

This was my first experience with a travel/medical office. Linda (RN) was prepared, knowledgeable and gave clear explanations of the medical issues I might encounter in India. She gave me an excellent overview of illness risks and left it to me about whether to proceed with immunizations (i.e. provided excellent guidance vs pressure). I was most impressed with the overall experience. She wrote a few e-prescriptions, gave me a take away folder and information specific to my trip needs. Linda was terrific. I would highly recommend Passport Health. It was well worth the time and money.

Excellent customer service! The nurse "Linda" greeted me and we sat and discussed where I was going and she went thru the different vaccinations that would be helpful for me. And she told me so many tips I never knew. She was so nice and answered all my questions. Also gave me a nice booklet that I can use as a resource. I left feeling educated on new things and confident that I made the right choice by coming here. I will return as I visit other countries in the future. Great experience!

I am planning for a trip to Nigeria and needed some guidance on what was needed as far as immunizations. Located Passport Health on the web and I have to say I’m glad I did. I was attended to by a Registered Nurse named Michelle at the Naperville location. Michelle provided me with a personalized booklet, Health and Safety Plan, for my travels that included very thorough information about vaccinations, parasites, local laws, local embassy information, documentation requirements and lots of other useful information for that area. She took a lot of time going over this information with me. We discussed in detail my vaccination status to make sure I had received all required vaccinations. Michelle was very nice and knowledgeable I felt as if I had my own personal travel planner. I went in there only expecting to get Medications for Malaria prophylaxis but received a lot of very useful information. I HIGHLY recommend this service. A1 service all the way.

Passport Health was recommended by my doctor. I couldn't have been more pleased. It's tucked in just south of Ogden on Iroquois. It was much more thorough than passed immunization experiences. Linda did a great job explaining the vaccination requirements for all the countries I am visiting. She gave me options to consider in some situations. It was great to have a choice that was good fit for me and my itinerary. In addition, she went through some of the more mundane aspects of travel, like insects, water/food prep and a few flight tips I haven't read in any of my pre-trip education. Very helpful! Incredibly informative! I was on the fence spending the money here or seeing what my primary care doctor could do. I feel much more comfortable about my travels now. They were not pushy about getting all vaccinations just went over the need and let you make your own informed decisions!

We visited the Naperville, IL location to review a trip to East Africa. Making the appointment was easy with a lot of availability to get an appointment quickly. The nurse specialist went over all of our vaccines thoroughly and reviewed each country we would be visiting for risks. Plus went over remedies for travelers diarrhea and was given prescriptions for antibiotics to take with us in case travelers diarrhea set-in and also prescriptions for malaria prevention medication. All recommended vaccines were at the facility plus other safe travel products were available for purchase. The visit far exceeded our expectations with the thoroughness of reviewing our vaccines and the invaluable travel tips. Would definitely use again for big trips to foreign countries.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Passport Health. The Nurse explained with a visual presentation what vaccinations we would need for our upcoming trip. In addition meds for travelers tummy and serious mosquito repellent were advised. The Nurse practitioner was very gentle in her administration of the vaccines we received . We recommend this practice if you have foreign travel vaccine needs.
