We remodeled our kitchen with Granite Center. It was a delightful experience from the beginning. Matt was very patient with the design and selection process. He visited the worksite multiple times to ensure that measurements were correct before placing an order and also to inspect the cabinets after they were delivered.

We had new quartz coutertops installed in our kitchen. They look wonderful! Staff were very helpful in the showroom, there were lots of stone slabs to choose from, and the job was completed in one day.

I can’t thank Granite and Cabinet center enough for all the amazing work they’ve done! The prices were great and craftsmanship beautiful. Even through the small hiccups that happen with every remodeling project, they were responsive and attentive. I never had to hunt them down or get tossed around from person to person. I personally worked with Mary and she was FABULOUS! She was so patient with me throughout the whole process and made sure I got the kitchen I always dreamed of! She designed the kitchen perfectly to utilize space well with maintaining its functionality. I can’t say enough good things about Mary and the Granite and Cabinet center! I will be working with them again for sure!

Granite Center is the best! I have worked with Bahri, and just recently Toga on my fourth project. They take care of their customers!! I just changed 75 ft.² of countertops to absolute black granite with Matarazzo quartzite on the 90”x75” island. Their pricing is fair. Their installers and plumbers are professionals. The installer was meticulous and cautious about protecting the backsplashes as well as appliances and flooring. Only had one hiccup on a previous job and they resolved it immediately. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Granite Center not only has a gorgeous selection, they were patient as we changed our minds several times and Matt was always professional, helpful and never pressured us. Will post more pictures once our kitchen remodel is complete, but we are SO HAPPY with the granite installation. Everyone who came into our home was respectful and made sure to be safe, as well as cleaned up incredibly well.

I did visit 7-8 stores before I narrowed down to Granite center for counter tops. They have a very good selection of counter tops which are reasonably priced. We had our full kitchen remodeled and their customer service is exceptional right from day-1. Mary, Bahri and team went above and beyond right from selection, design, precise measurements to installation. Everything was a smooth process. The turn around time was pretty quick and the installation crew did a terrific job with attention to details. We are in love with our kitchen! A new counter in less than a week! Granite Center went above and beyond to complete our kitchen counter quickly, professionally, and within our budget. Toga provided great service in determining our needs and ensuring we received the product we were looking for. The installers worked quickly and they even assisted with plumbing services to complete the sink installation. Highly recommended!

I loved working with Granit Center to renovate my kitchen. Mary at the center went above and beyond to make the project goes as smooth as possible. She is professional and super friendly; Mary worked with us through every step of the project to ensure we were taken care of. We had a wonderful experience! Mary was amazing to work with, so responsive and communicative from start to finish! Toga was excellent, going through all the options and we could tell he really wanted it to look great. The installers and plumber did such a nice job, so tidy and careful. And last but not least, we love the countertop. It is quite stunning! All around great experience!

First the good; customer service in store went smoothly and they honored an advertised special without any markups../ now the not so good. Scheduled for them to measure and the time given was 3-5 pm. The night prior to the appointment for measuring they called and asked if they could move my appointment up to 8-10 am. I said they could and called and rescheduled an other appointment I had to have brakes put on my car. I waited till 1030am the day of my appointment then called, they forgot they rescheduled me, never apologized and said they would be there by 2pm. I change my car appointment again and waited, about 3pm a different gentleman called and said he was unaware my appointment was for 2pm and would be there at 5pm. Then the day of installation the same thing at first 10-12, then by 4 and they finally arrived at 5pm. They never apologized and seem unaware of what time they have told me Each person I talked to gave a different time. Due to this I most likely will not be using them for my perimeter countertops in my kitchen as this time was for the island. I understand northern Virginia traffic but not 6-8 hours late just seem indifferent. Their customers time is just as valuable as their staffs time. I would like to add the installers did a great job

Granite and Cabinet rebuilt a new shower cabin and installed new Italian marble piece on top of wash basin. It was all done within timeline and budget quoted. And the bathroom now looks great ! I’m very pleased

This is my first time renovating a kitchen. I am not happy with the countertop experience. The sales person, CJ, never asked me about what edge I want or corner. When the gentleman came out to measure, he seemed a bit irritated CJ never asked us these questions. We wound up going with our own sink, since they were overcharging for one. When we paid the balance, they still charged us for the sink. When we called, they agreed to reimburse the $200. They did not. They only gave us part of it back, and are now claiming this is a "credit card return fee". Please. Horrible customer service.

I've worked with Mary Yilmaz on several projects, and she is wonderful! She takes all the time the client needs, and is very patient in explaining the differences between types of stone as well as different pricing tiers. She has a broad knowledge of their capabilities, and always provides top level service.

The professionalism of the team is outstanding. The entire process was very efficient. I worked mainly with Ayse and she handled this entire process with diligence, attentiveness, and great communication. I am a very indecisive person but Ayse was with me every step of the way and really assisted me on picking out our designs. Honestly, the main reason I had a hard time choosing was because all of their designs were stunning. You can't really go wrong with any of them. I had an amazing experience. I will definitely be doing further house renovations projects with them again. I wholeheartedly recommend Granite Center to anyone who is looking for a team that will make a kitchen renovation the most easy and rewarding process!!

We have had two jobs performed by Granite Center and all have been on point from the communication, promptness, quality, and installation. We had them out to measure and install a double sink along with half a bath. They worked with us to make sure we had the cuts we wanted and installed perfectly! We had a great experience working with Granite center, especially with Matt. We did Quartz kitchen counters, powder room and laundry room, and they also installed granite around the fireplace. Everything looks amazing. They took their time to measure and make sure everything is accurate. All the pieces arrived and installed without a dent or any issues.
