Those folks are always super friendly whenever I pop in. Seriously helpful and full of positive energy every single time. I genuinely enjoy supporting their business and would totally recommend them to anyone. Had a little hiccup once with a defective item, but they fixed it up without any fuss. That was just one blip among many awesome visits!

This shop is my favorite of about ten different shops I have actually been to. Their store isn't huge but they have a good variety of quality products--including some of my favorites--at prices that are the lowest of all the places I've been to. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and give nice discounts like they did for my firefighter friend. Also, if you buy a product regularly they make sure to actually restock it in a timely manner. I find that not all places do this and it's super annoying. Finally, and it's pretty standard, but they do offer a rewards program and it's always a nice extra. Gotta love getting five bucks off or a percentage off the entire purchase for being a loyal customer! Check this place out, they are great.

Staff are amazingly friendly and accessible without being pushy or intrusive. They nearly always have my preferred vape in stock, and if not they'll work with me to find an adequate substitute. And above all, I was looking for good quality wooden pipe for costume/prop purposes and they specifically searched their suppliers to find one at a great price-point! Stellar service every time and in every way!

Definitely great shop from everyone who works there to their input on products when asked about it. I do sometimes wish they had more variety in some brands but when i ask for it they do try just hard to get things and i understand that. I do go to other shops when looking for specific things, but I always end up coming here first. Cam helped me the last time i went in but ive had interaction with multiple team members each time ive been and all are amazing but Cam definitely hit homerun with my interest in a product i inquired about.

I always have a great experience when I come here. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of their products. They always make sure to answer every question I have and take their time helping me. Today when I came in I was helped by Cam and Dev who were both wonderful, greeted me when I came in, apologized for my short wait, and gladly went into the back to get more edibles options for me to choose from because I had a specific one I was looking for. There’s a great selection of products here so even if I somehow can’t find what I came for there’s always something else cool I could try out. I always have a nice experience here and that’s why I always come back

A lot of the team members are extremely helpful every few times I have been there but the assistant manager has no personality. I consistently told him my issue and all he could do was argue with me stating how long he had worked there as if it was some contest to what I had a problem with. Too expensive and not customer friendly. Will not be returning.

Absolutely love Fuego Smoke Shop and everything they have to offer. They have so many options to choose from and most of everything they have is very unique. From glass pieces to pendants, anything and everything you can think of. Julie is absolutely amazing, very friendly and super knowledgeable. She is very attentive even when the place is busy. I always walk out a happy gyal with anything I buy from there. A big thanks to Julie for the stress free experiences I have EVERY time I walk in there and for the awesome customer service she provides.
