    All I can say is Thank you!! I appreciate the staff at HeadQuarter Honda for making my experience purchasing my car a pleasant and rewarding one. My sales rep Kenneth Tavarez displayed true professionalism and customer service. I also like to thank the Finance manager for everything as well. Again, thanks everyone for your services, it was very much appreciated.

    I have been looking for this specific car for awhile and I spoke with Tyler in the beginning of this transaction. He was very kind and provided me with much needed information for me to make an informed decision. After much though, I decided to buy the car. I am from out of state and I was picked up from the airport by a representative from the dealership. Mr. Santana was very pleasant and guided with the rest of the car buying process. Mr Pippins assisted me with finalizing payments and making sure I had what I needed for the car. Through this process, I did not feel greasy or felt like like I was being mistreated by trying to hide information. They were more than willing to answer any questions. I was very impressed with how they treated out of town buyers. I would highly recommend buying your car from Headquarter Honda.

    Great customer service and communication skills. No rush, no pressure. Mike did a wonderful job, good presentation of the car. Clear communication, questions answered honestly. Kenneth is fantastic, loan process was smoothly and easy to understand. Thank you so much to both of you. would recommend this dealership to anyone.

    04/01/2023 Take my 2023 CR-V in for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited about 2 hours until they called me saying that the car was ready. I asked him if everything was fine with his CR-V, they told me, the oil change and the tire rotation is done. when I went to my CR-V I realized that they had not done the tire rotation for which I paid and they charged me for, they had deceived me, they were scamming me and stealing my money at Headquarter Honda, I called the manager and asked him to return all the money and also the oil change. I have the tires marked and they did not change them. Headquarter Honda steals from its customers and rips them off. Don't trust them. Inspect your vehicle before leaving from the dealer. Totally disappointing with the entire team at Honda Dealer. Now I think about how many more clients he scams and they don't know anything about this.

    Exceptional experience! I was referred to Jamal, he definitely knows his onions.. On the other hand, Kenneth helped with the financing - explained my terms in great detail. I was in and out in a jiffy.

    Unbelievable maintenance service. Cars transmission went out so I had it towed to Headquarter Honda. Found out Honda had an extended warranty on the HR-V’s transmission so it was a free fix which saved a ton of money for use. They got the warranted transmission repair approved and installed in 3 days from the day it was dropped off. Never have I seen a dealership work so efficiently with great communication. Sergio was the best and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to have service done!

    Nkosi and Joseph were dedicated to help with my car. Their service was efficient quick and professional. They're detail oriented, my left light was out, 2 mechanics tried to fix it from other places they couldn't. It took Joseph 5-8 minutes. I was impressed ....Excellent Job! They deserve more than 5 stars each**********. Thank you both and Merry Christmas😉

    I have been wanting another vehicle saw the Honda HRV sport one day went here, met Dennis Luciano he was thee best long story short the vehicle I wanted was not there so I left he kept in touch, wasn't over bearing. And I just happened to be in the area and he text me my car was there come test drive. Let's just say I got my car and the process with Dennis was smooth you want an honest, not pushy, understanding person to help you with your vehicle purchase Dennis is the man to go to.     I just bought my 5th Honda from this dealership and I am very pleased with how the whole process went. Mike Janangir along with his manager bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and put me in the car I wanted. Even the financing went smoothly. I'm sure they were all tired as I was and everyone I dealt with was friendly and respectful and never rushed me. I will definitely recommend you all to anyone I know looking to buy a car.

    My first time at Honda clermont . I can say this was my best experience at a car dealership hands down. Carlos Martinez was great! Very respectful and professional. He knew his stuff when it came to the car I wanted . Always made sure if i needed anything(water , snacks) really liked the hospitality. Helped me get the car i wanted with no issues at all. For anyone looking to get a car I would highly recommend Carlos Martinez !

    Got my Accord Sport L Hybrid 11/25/23. Walked in and met with Sales Manager Paul and Salesman Carlos. Everything was “very Professional “ and friendly. The buying process was painless and fairly quick. My financial consultant was also very friendly and professional. Carlos made sure I was well versed in the electronics systems. Also a very clean and comfortable place. No complaints. My Accord hybrid is just awesome and a sporty experience.

    We really enjoyed working with Dylan Hartwell to buy our new Honda accord hybrid. Dylan was very knowledgeable about the model and showed us all the features of the car. He never pressured us to buy or finance the car, which we sincerely appreciated. We would definitely choose to work with Dylan again for purchasing our next car.

    I had a nice experience buying a new CRV Hybrid car today at Honda of Clermont. Deron Lewis was patience and answered all my questions. He didn't pressure me to buy. I would recommend him if you are in need of a car. Kenny, the finance man was great. He answered all my questions and broke the numbers out so I could understand them.

    Ruben was awesome! While waiting for our car to arrive he kept us advised of the status. He was ready when we came in to pick it up, and celebrated our excitement with us. And George in finance made it smooth and quick. We drove all the way from Tampa, passing several Honda dealers to purchase from Headquarters. It was worth the drive!

    My vehicle was disabled on the road and I had it towed to this dealership in Clearmont at about 3:30am. Nicole Ellis a Manager at the auto service department called me first thing in the morning to find out what and why the vehicle was doing there. Upon given her the information she was able to help me through the process of getting the car fixed. That same afternoon she called to tell me my car was ready. As a result I was able to get back on track the very next day or rather hours after the breakdown which was great. I just want to say that the customer service I received was excellent and I am much appreciated. I am grateful for the help I received and highly recommend this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

    I had the best experience with Mike Jahangir!! He was so sweet and really took the time to hear my budget and work as best he could to get me to where I wanted to be. He assisted me with trading in my old vehicle and got me into a brand new Honda accord. I could not be happier with my experience at Headquarter Honda and would highly recommend giving them a call!

    The car buying experience isn’t typically a very nice one but thanks to the good man here named Carlos Martinez my experience here getting what I needed and wanted was made much more pleasent. He was very attentive to our needs, was honest with us about everything, and was a very personable guy. Make sure if you go to this Honda dealer that you ask for him cause he will do his best to make your car buying experience much less of a chore!

    Had a great sales rep, Dylan. Very knowledgeable and really knows his cars. Took two test drives a week apart, and he was so patient with me and all my questions. Traded in a 16 year old car, and was not at all familiar with all the fancy new stuff on cars these days. Can't believe I'm driving a hybrid now and getting 50 miles per gallon! Thank you, Dylan and Headquarter Honda for your excellent service!

    Always a great experience with service at Headquarter Honda, but today I had a chance to see the sales side of things and walked away with a new car that I love. Everything about the experience was great, and Andrew helped us through the process with a great deal of grace and ease. We were fortunate to have him as our salesman and can see very clearly that he loves what he does. Overall, this was an amazing experience, which is why I will always go back to Headquarter Honda!

    This was my first time using the tire package that I purchased when I got my Accord (if there are any add-on packages to get, this is the one). Once I was greeted by the service tech, the process was quick and painless. He scanned my VIN, and then I was asked to wait inside. Matthew gave me a heads up to let me know that my car was being washed and would be back shortly. His customer service was excellent and all of my questions were answered. This was my first service experience at Headquarter Honda, and from start to finish, it did not disappoint.

    We visited Headquarter Honda recently for the second time in search of a new vehicle and this visit was just as pleasant as the first. Ruben helped us not only get into our 22' CR-V, but also managed to get us the color we wanted despite stock being in such high demand these days.     I had a great experience at this dealership. I worked with Mike and he did a fantastic job at showing and explaining the cars to me. The process of securing the loan through Honda was also quick and easy. The customer service was impeccable. I felt heard and not pressured to buy a vehicle. Mike’s communication was also clear and honest which I appreciated. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, they truly go above and beyond. So happy with my purchase!!
