We went here “just to look”. Drove away a couple of hours later, in a brand new car. First time in this dealership but I can assure you, they are my new go to car dealership in central Florida. It was inviting, clean, friendly, relaxed, professional, comfortable, courteous yet business like. You were never pushed or hassled but the minute I had a question, it was fully and understandably answered. Paperwork was smooth and hassle free. Our new car was inspected, prepared and cleaned while we were doing the finish paperwork. Then Wendy spent well passed her finishing time making sure we were all set up and understood the workings of our beautiful new machine. A+ dealership, everyone in there was superb.

This experience from start to finish was a breath of fresh air after having a horrible experience at a Kia dealership. First off my sales rep, Jade was great to work with. He never once pressure me into a sale and was very thorough in explaining the car features to me. Ron, the sales manager was also great to work with. The whole car buying process at this dealership is very easy since they don’t have all those dealer fees. It’s straight forward pricing which makes the whole process much less stressful. Best dealership experience I’ve EVER had and everyone knows car shopping is horrible until I came here. It was a team effort between Barry Banks, Jill Banks & Ron Thomas. First car I’ve bought on my own came from here, Jill Burks helped me so so much and was incredibly friendly and personable. I had the best experience purchasing a vehicle from this location. I was given the round around from a different brand dealership and almost chose not to purchase a new car. When I walked in, Patrick W greeted me and listened to what I was wanting in a new car (truth be told, I didn't know much about Hyundai's vehicles, and they were across the street from the dealership that I originally went to) Patrick showed me a Tuscon Hybrid SEL Convenience and explained the differences the Limited trim would have. With all the information I was provided with, I knew I would want the Limited trim, so he made sure to explain the key differences for me so I could have make an informed decision. I was able to test drive a vehicle to see how it handled and it was a smooth ride. I really wanted a vehicle in the color blue (not to be confused with the trim Blue) and Patrick was able to look up when the next vehicle matching everything that I wanted would come in. I put my deposit down and Patrick kept me informed throughout the entire process of the vehicle arriving. I was lucky enough that someone backed out of a vehicle that was a 100% match to my dream car. Patrick notified me the vehicle was on the lot and I could purchase that one instead of waiting the two weeks for the one I put the deposit down on. The process of filling out the paperwork was quick and easy (as easy as it realistically can be). Anthony was the finance person and he was friendly and helpful explaining all the nuances of the paperwork. Patrick made sure the vehicle was inspected that day, detailed and filled up for me. He walked me through how the electronics in the vehicle worked. My previous vehicle had manual locks and windows, so all the bells and whistles were new to me. There was no hidden costs, for once I didn't feel talked down to or pushed into a vehicle I didn't want. I was so impressed at this dealership. Buying a car can be a stressful, complex, and frustrating process; however, I had a such a great experience here. From the very beginning, there was 0 pressure for me to make a purchase. Quintin helped me, through the process and was extremely knowledgeable. Every question I had, he had an immediate answer to whether it was about a car on the lot or financing. I think I left and came back two or three times, just because I wanted to go back home and do more research before I made the decision to buy. I was never rushed into making a purchase. Once all of the charges were printed out, Quintin went line by line, explaining each number and each charge. There really are no dealer fees here either which is quite something. I was also impressed by the finance side of the sale. Luke helped me and he was also very detailed and open through the process. He explained exactly what the charges were, and made sure I knew what I was going to be paying for. The customer service here is 10/10, and the prices are more than fair.

Ray Garcia was the best in guiding me into a gorgeous Genesis G70. After going to multiple dealerships looking for both the right car and the right dealership, Im so glad we came here. Barry was an amazing person to work with. He was very helpful without hovering or pressuring my wife. She picked a vehicle and went through the process only to realize it wasn't the right car. She was able to take it back the next day and change it for the one she realized she wanted. Barry and his wife were so nice and helpful throughout the whole process and everything was so smooth and upfront that I would definitely recommend coming here first when you're looking for a car. There were no weird vibes from the dealership or staff, the prices were great when compared with True Car and Autotrader sites for the same vehicles. I wish I had saved a few days of car shopping and just came here first even though I may not have appreciated the service nearly as much had we not gone to so many other places and had one thing or another just not be right. I cant speak for the other sales team members though they all seemed great but Barry, his wife, and Paul (he helped us with questions online and met us when we came back in) are amazing to work with.

I really liked her approach when we first met, she kindly asked if we had an appointment to meet with anybody, which we did not, she then asked us if she could help us find what we were looking for. Best Hyundai dealer in the state of Florida! Saul made the buying process so easy, they didn’t have the vehicle with the specifications I wanted at the moment, but he was always in contact with me till we found the right one, he made sure I had the change to test drive the same model, and once it arrived the process was quick and simple. Keeping in mind that the vehicle arrived almost 2 weeks than expected. Even if they don’t have the vehicle you want in lot, they always have plenty in transit. Couldn’t recommend Hyundai Central Florida and Saul more! Excellent service, no dealer fees and low markup. Worth the 3 hour drive.

This is my 3rd car from Central Florida Hyundai in 3 years and there’s definitely a reason for that. This was the best experience so far though, Tony greeted us after we had come from Kia, we couldn’t believe the markups and just wanted to look. He asked to grab our previous salesman, and we told him we wanted to start new due to eh service. He went to grab waters and listened to what I wanted enough to grab keys before coming back out to keys for the car I ended up buying. Before that, I was coming to look just curious to see what markups were and their availability on the lot. We test drove two cars and then decided to run numbers. He was super easy going, didn’t feel like we were in any rush, and made it by far the easiest process I’ve gone through. Will come back to see Tony again and will recommend him to anyone going to Central Florida Hyundai!
