Can't go wrong with a good dinner spot. Everything was good and service was great!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Johnny Rockets, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely amazing, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was delightful. However, what truly made my dining experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by our waiter, Von. From the moment we arrived, Von greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, making us feel instantly welcome. Throughout the entire meal, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. He patiently answered all our questions, provided excellent recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. Von's dedication to customer service was truly remarkable, and he contributed greatly to the overall enjoyment of our meal. Based on my exceptional experience at Johnny Rockets, I can confidently say that I will definitely be back. The combination of incredible food, excellent service provided by Von, and the inviting atmosphere makes this restaurant a must-visit. I didn’t expect too much since it’s one of many restaurants inside Arundel mills mall. However my family and I were satisfied very much with their food and service. I have visited Johnny Rockets in Atlanta several times, so I can tell that this is store serves good quality of hamburger and side menus. The hot dog and milk shake were also good.

I recently visited Johnny Rockets and had a fantastic experience. This location had indoor seating available, which was great as it was directly across from the movie theater entrance. I ordered a classic burger, fries, and a milkshake, and let me tell you, the milkshake was amazing - easily one of the best I've ever had! The food was good too, but the milkshake was definitely the highlight of my meal. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant had a fun and nostalgic atmosphere that really added to the overall experience. The indoor seating was clean and comfortable, and it was a nice break from the hustle and bustle outside. Overall, I would highly recommend Johnny Rockets to anyone looking for a tasty meal and a great milkshake. I would give them a 4 out of 5 rating - the food and service were great, but there is always room for improvement.

Nice place to stop by and get a burger. Nothing exceptionally great. That’s why I gave it only three stars. I’m ordered the chilly fries but ehhh. The server was nice and efficient I’m put up his picture (since I didn’t catch his name).

Loved the chicken and Waffle sandwich. And the vanilla iced coffee milkshake was the perfect compliment.

Great nostalgic atmosphere. Located inside mall next to theatre. Chili cheese fries, chili dog, cheese burger ordered. All dishes are delicious. Food arrived hot, server was very attentive. I have eaten at this location multiple times and don't have any complaints. Reasonably priced.

Disclaimer-I arrived late to a family dinner and my food was already ordered for me. I got the Rocket Single, which even luke-warm exceeded my expectations compared to the last time I ate here. I normally pick the garden off but figured I would try it as is and am glad I did. My son got the Rocket Double and a Cookies and Cream milkshake. At 11 his number scale was milkshake 10/10 and the burger 1000/10. My wife got the club sandwich. According to her, it was delicious but filling. We ended the meal with funnel cake fries, also delicious. Though it would be better with strawberry sauce instead of chocolate. The only hiccup of the experience was that the service was a little slow and there were only a few tables. Not sure why we had to wait so long for some things. Will definitely come back since my son loves the burgers.

I've been to this location multiple times, it's one of the best Johnny Rockets I've been to. I went there for dinner today The food was delicious. The service is usually really good and today was no exception. Our server, Jahmil, was excellent, he was very attentive and kept checking in to make sure everything was okay.

So I have 2 reviews of this place. One of which happened in 2006, and one which happened recently. In 2006, this restaurant had some of the most hilariously and spectacularly incompetent staff I have ever seen at any establishment. My God. They bungled our drinks, spilled a shake on my brother, dropped the burgers on the floor, in front of us- TWICE- and after that, we paid for what we had consumed and left, feeling furious and ripped off. Pure, uncut 0/10. But since then, it's changed a lot. I went there recently for a burger and fries. It's nothing special, burger and fries, it was fine. Service was good. 7/10.

Food is Great for lunch or quick diner meal. Staff is friendly but may make you feel rushed at times so they can get ppl in and out. Food comes quickly and is always Good food. Shakes are Yummy!!

It was our first time at this particular JC location and we asked to eat at the counter. Our server (wish I caught her name) was friendly and quick. She took our drink order shortly after we were seated and shortly thereafter our order. Our drinks and food came out very quickly. Everything tasted great! I had the spicy Houston burger on wheat (substitution) and it had great taste! I had a side salad and a strawberry milkshake which were also great. Initially I had ordered a Pepsi but it tasted very flat so I asked to change my drink order to a milkshake. I will say my server seemed hesitant especially after I did not want to continue drinking Pepsi even when she offered to change it out. But she did do what I had asked and changed my Pepsi to a milkshake and all was well. My husband had the double bacon cheeseburger with fries which he said was very tasty. We enjoyed our lunch and hope to come back.

it's been over 6 years since I've been here. still great food and service. jalapeño burger and route 66 burger with onion rings and oreo strawberry milkshake and chocolate strawberry milkshake.

Von did an awesome job serving! He had a great attitude and his personality was great! Wish we had more employees like him!! The food was good too! LOL. A good size serving. I recommend stopping at Johnny Rockets at the mall here in Maryland.

Very good and tasty, Chicken wasnt that spicy which is great for me cause spicy is to much for my mouth haha. Also recommend the mini burgers the meat was insanely tasty dipping it in ketchup made it crazy good. Shoutout to our waiter Mo. Bro was insanely cool

Good place. Not a great variety of foods, mostly just a nice place if you're looking for some burgers and fries. Still tasty either way if you're a fan of fast diner food. Pretty decent pricing as well.

My best friend and I had our first date here decades ago and it was terrific! We decided to grab a couple burgers before our movie tonight and WOW the service from Kyle was amazing. His attention to detail made us feel like this is a 4star restaurant! The food was even better than you can imagine! NEVER change a thing 👍🏻

Wow after serving our great nation overseas the first thing I had to do was visit this astonishing Johnny rockets. When I arrived I received the waiter of my dreams Tyler. The way he brought out my food with discipline, professionalism, and a positive attitude was just honesty impeccable. God bless this young man and I know this younger waiter could possibly take over this Johnny rockets one day and thrive off the amazing ownership that currently runs this johnny rockets establishment!

Even though they have vegan options, please beware they are not. I ordered a beyond burger lettuce wrap and vegan shake and it literally made me sick. I have learned to sick strictly with vegan because of cross contamination of meat by product. I will never do this again. I am totally raw vegan. I told the waitress I am vegan and I know I received anything but vegan. Even cooking regular food with vegan is cross of products. Don't do it and don't do it here. Other wise my family enjoyed their food.

We had a pretty good dinner here. We were seated immediately (4 of us). It was a Saturday so the mall was packed. The server was kind and efficient. They do have high chairs. We ordered and the food came in reasonable time. The food was okay, I've had better Johnny Rockets. Milkshakes were odd the chain though. The fries were kinda bleh. Chicken sandwich was good. Burgers were goof according to the hubby. We would return.

Wait from the time we were seated was a while before anyone came by, but it was 1 pm on a Sunday, so fairly busy. Once we ordered, food was quick. I made a few modifications to my sandwich and it came out right. Fries were good, other food was ok, but too much sauce on the cheeseburger and overall flavor was not something that would make me return. The staff were friendly. For a quick meal in the mall, not bad.

Nice retro experience and the burgers and appetizer were good. Service was a little slow,but not complaining as restaurants are having a hard time with staffing currently.

Food was decent, service was slow. The restaurant was fairly crowded, but we did not get our water until the food came out. Was them only given refills when I hunted down the waitress. The food was typical burger fare, maybe a little overpriced. The Oreo Milk Shake was very good. Overall a good enough meal but could have been better.

Always a good spot for burgers, dogs, fries, and shakes. Vintage atmosphere, friendly service. A great place to refresh while shopping. Fast, clean, not too loud. Fries are always hot and crispy. Burgers are tasty with not too much grease. The chilli dogs are great plain. But you can add onions, relish, and condiments as you please. A great family place and experience.

The shake and burger was really good. Excellent service here. I absolutely appreciate the kind and speedy service of the employees here. Only reason why I'm not going to give it 5 stars is because I think the menu could be expanded a bit. I really like it here and the food is also reasonably priced. Good place for the family not to mention the convenience of the mall and it sits next to the movie theater.

I found this place to be a pleasant surprise. It's basically just old school diner food so if you expect much beyond that then you may end up disappointed. The staff is friendly and attentive and I enjoyed the good. The wings were fried a touch harder than I would like/expected. The french fries were good. Overall, and easy place to grab a bite before a movie.
