Drove all the way across town at 8pm Wed night Feb 8th. Not open, don't advertise 24/hr online if you arent even open for simple dinner hours.

Beware of up charges without being informed of them! I regularly order enchiladas with extra red sauce and have NEVER been charged extra. I noticed on my receipt tonight a charge of $2.00 extra for sauce!? The cashier did NOT inform me of this charge when I placed my order. If she did, I would have told her to hold it. She said they always charge for it. Well I’m there 2-3 times per week and I have the receipts to show that they never have before. I understand a little upcharge is acceptable. But $2.00? That’s crazy! Most restaurants charge $.25-.50 for extra sauce and they always inform you of extra charges up front.

This place should be crowded. What the hell are yall doing at taco bell. Pancho's is the real authentic mexican food drive thru. More quality and quantity than other drive thrus

Every time I go here they mess something up. I ordered the panchos plate there is pretty much no meat besides a few tiny pieces. Waste of time and money

They are charging 12.99 for a small portion with no flavor or juice I should of known better

Was the only one in line so it didn't take long to get 2 yummy ham breakfast burritos while the world was still asleep. I got 1 for now and 1 for later. They r huge for about $5.50 each after tax. Menu was a bit too brightly lit for sensory sensative folks. I took some comedic pix. Enjoy.

Recently back open. 24hrs daily. Only got half my order correct. Dairy allergy 😫 put cheese on my rolled tacos. So sad had to throw away. Chimichanga was hot and fresh. Guacamole was artificial.

The birria tacos were amazing. The chicken burrito was good and large portions of both. We ordered delivery and the food arrived warm and tasty!

Ordered a grilled chicken burrito and 3 rolled tacos... all garbage.. chicken burrito was 80% onion and lettuce. The rolled tacos tasted like they were premade days ago and the meat was cold.. To top it all off.. they somehow messed up the Verde sauce. How do you mess up Verde sauce???

Ugh.....for real, you guys could easily post that you guys aren't open while you're changing locations so that people don't waste their time driving all the way to your establishment for no reason. Also, way to not let your loyal clients know when you'll be back too BTW....You all NEVER answer the phone- ever- so are you just expecting me to drive all the way back to you to just hope you're open again some day? 🤷‍♀️ Cool. Oh, and a super big thank you for the option to order ahead in the past when you and I and EVERYBODY knows that even when you do that, you STILL have to wait in line for like 40 minutes...so, really, what's the point of that option? Your food is about a 3.5 but your customer service makes me wanna pull my hair out.... Oh, and you guys ALWAYS forget sour cream on your special chicken burrito that claims it comes with sour cream, chicken, peppers and onions. Why can't you serve it as offered?! It's delicious that way!! Seriously, you did it for me twice like that 2 years ago and everytime I have ordered it since its like you've forgotten what ingredients go in your dishes!! Ugh! You all can be SOOOO GOOD. So please be better! It's a delightful experience when you are.

There is really only one bad thing to say, the drive thru time can be slow and painful; outside of that, it's awesome. The combo "plates" are generous portions, and the food has got some flavor. It's certainly better than most drive-thru fast food places, and it's plenty of food! Just wait for it!

It may look like a fast food Mexican restaurant, don't let the looks deceive you. This little locally owned Mexican restaurant serves up some of the best and also authentic Mexican food you're going to find anywhere, even the sauce that they make is so good that it's almost addicting. Highly, and I mean highly recommend this place.

I pulled up thinking I had money in my account,ordered,he ran my card to only say it was declined,I was almost in tears and said " I'm sorry I must cancel my order." The man at the window said " the food is made, just take it and cone bk another time." What a SWEET KIND HEART! AND the Foid WAS DELICIOUS!! GREAT COOK!

I regularly make the 30 minute drive from my house to eat the food from here, hands down favorite, the drive through takes longer than you'd expect from taco bell or McDonald's but that's because they're actually cooking food with personality the right way!

To put this review in context, I LOVE nachos - they're a food group to me. 😉 With that said, their nachos aren't that great... not enough cheese, too much meat, not enough other toppings like tomatoes and cilantro. Yes, I'll go back and try other items. But, based off the nacho experience, I can only give them 3 stars at best. My hubs enjoyed the fish tacos and would get those again.

This is my best favorite, if the supervisor or owner is reading this, if you change your birria plate I would be ordering or stoping to eat more often. In my home town where this is originated, we never eat the birria dry and with beans. You will bring more customers if you change this plate to a bowl and no beas please. Just google it, it is not just me.

I have become addicted to the quesabirria tacos 😬 I usually get them delivered, but tonight I went through the Drive thru. When I started eating I dipped my taco in what was supposed to be consomme... But it is definitely just the grease from the meat :( usually the consomme is delicious and a ton of flavor but tonight is just grease. I'm still gon eat my tacos but I'm missing my consomme!!

I went there last night and was given a total of $ 27.25 and my debit was charged $ 28.35 I think they took out a tip and wanted to say it was an extra fee for using my debit card. They never done that in the past and when confronted everyone wants to get their story straight in Spanish then say it's just a extra fee. NEVER AGAIN.

Pancho’s is a great place to eat. The food is always fresh and taste great. Order it through door dash if you want. Enjoy. Very clean inside The California and the Kansas burrito are the bomb.

Fast drive-thru service. Decent price. Supreme carne asada quesadilla was exquisite.

Honestly hurts me to give a 1 star review because I love their food, but I had the most horrible experience as a customer in my life tonight. LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER LITERALLY YELLED AT ME. When I was ordering my food the woman obviously could not hear me through the speaker therefore unsurprisingly didn't get the whole order on the ticket. not her fault i just politely askedq for the item to be added and paid the difference. After she left to get that item I noticed something that WAS on the receipt and paid for was missing as well (meaning i literally got one taco and drinks so far after paying about $21) when i told the woman at the window she started yelling at me saying I didn't order it and didn't pay for it. I could barely get a word out while I scrambled to find my reciept and I was left shaking after the encounter. She was wrong. I did pay for it. And even if it had been my mistake there is never an excuse to literally YELL at a customer when they have not been at all disrespectful to you. Why??? Because you're bitter to be working on Valentine's day ? And now you want to ruin my night ? Honestly disgusting and I've never hoped someone was fired before but after years of coming to Pancho's she has made me want to never return.

Hadn't been here in over a year usually go to Rancheros. The staff weren't polite they tell you the price take your payment waited awhile on our food hands it to us and that was it she thank you or anything. Was not impressed with the food Rancheros is number 1 for drive thru Mexican food

Food was good and hot and she let us add in to the order at the window. The only reason why I'm not giving it five stars is because the corn tortillas fell apart so it was like eating a fish taco and pieces versus a full taco. Other than that will definitely be there again

This grilled chicken burrito smothered in white queso would of been delicious if it don't have 100 raw green peppers inside of it..... Very disappointed at this Poncho's in Independence Mo ☹️

Three times a charm. Ordered Steak burrito and ended up with a veggie guacamole burrito. With a sprinkle of steak. Price went up and quality went out of the window. Take the extra drive to Blue Springs location. Definitely worth it. Avoid 24 hwy location.
