🫤 The staff wasn’t very polite or accommodating. I felt like a burden even just showing up to take the test. I arrived 30 min early like it said and I had to wait outside for 10 min before they let me in because they’ll only allow one person in the lobby at a time. I had no idea why they wouldn’t open... People often mention test, testing, people,

The staff wasn’t very polite or accommodating. I felt like a burden even just showing up to take the test. I arrived 30 min early like it said and I had to wait outside for 10 min before they let me in because they’ll only allow one person in the lobby at a time. I had no idea why they wouldn’t open the door for me at first. I just awkwardly stood outside and hoped someone would let me in before my test started. I always felt like what I was doing was wrong. I laughed while checked in, a worker shushed me. They had me go to the bathroom and wash my hands with soap and then one minute later made me use hand sanitizer before I went in to test. Once I finished the test, I stood up quietly to stretch my back and the man came in extremely irritated and signaled for me to sit down again. I sat down then he motioned me to get back up and come to him. I always felt confused by their unclear instructions. All that being said, it’s convenient with lots of parking if you’re taking a short exam. Just prepare for the testing center to confuse you and remind you of 2020 Covid era.

As a doctor, I'll start by saying I have taken my fair share (5+) of 8-10 hour tests. I'll finish with the fact that if you are taking USMLEs or board exams for your specialty, look for another testing center, because this one is absolutely not equipped to accommodate people who are taking long and brutal exams. Pros: Clean main Proctor was very nice Provide hand sanitizer before allowing you access to testing room No noisy fans Cons: Had to wait 25 min outside (because we are small and you can't wait inside) Required to wash hands which I though was excessive since no one was wearing masks at the testing room there were at least 3 people trying to hack out their lungs There is absolutely no fridge, microwave or designated didning area, where you can have lunch. Given I payed about $2000+ for an opportunity to test, I expect at least to have a way to heat up my food and enjoy it sitting down at the table. That is NOT too much to ask for that price. Overall, if you are taking 1-2 hour tests, this mtight be OK, but Do NOT use use this cencer for board exams or other long tests

Pensacola location: The level of covid restrictions at this point and time was completely insane. Definitely choose to test at home if you can. The tension and all of the fuss being made about where I was standing every second and how many times I had to wash and sanitize my hands was lunacy. They speak to you like you are children and a staffer even said good girl after I followed a direction, I am 45, I mean that’s just not how you talk to other adults. There is definitely a power dynamic that favors them since you about to take an important exam so they get their compliance for sure but treat people with a little more dignity.

I have been to this Pearson Vue so many times but today has been by far the worst experience. The manager is so rude. She scolded me for not showing up 30minutes prior, which I had never done in the past, asking me did I have a problem getting there? she didn’t allow me to wear my jacket in the testing room and there were other testers who had their jackets. She did a few more things that I do not want to mention that had never been part of protocol before. I will never go to this Pearson again if that’s the way she treats test takers or shall I say, “certain” test takers. The other worker there was definitely more polite and nice.

Test was rescheduled due to the shelter in place from the virus outbreak. That wasn’t the problem. The issue is they tell you that it is rescheduled 1 month from the original test date, but the test center was a fake place. Not the one you were originally scheduled to take the test at. The soonest I can take it now is 4mo from the original date. Since the business is seasonal that this test is for, it will be a year before I can start it. The testing center is overly cautious about people cheating. It’s bad enough that a 7hr test gives you no lunch breaks, but how is allowing you to bring a unopened bottle of water or gum going to help you cheat? Who makes these rules? I’m guessing the same people you do the scheduling.

The mask tyrants are out in full force at this place. Please try another place if you can. Mandates we're lifted months ago, this place forces people to wear them. Clown show!

People who work there are just truly amazing! They go above and beyond to help you out with anything you need! The atmosphere is stress free that helped a lot to pass the real estate exam from the 1st try. Highly recommend this place !

I have been here several times for tests, but this is the first since Covid. First, they wouldn't allow my mask claiming it was made of mesh when, in fact, it is made of two layers of material and has a mesh outer cover. The rules on the website say nothing about mesh. Second, they do not have any water available and you cannot bring any in. So if you have a long test you will be out of luck. Third, you will be forced to use there hand sanitizer even if you have allergies. There website said it is provided but not required. Last, my test contained a meal break but I had to wait almost 10 minutes to get up then I had to argue with the staff because the said there was no meal breaks and you cannot leave the building. They finally agreed so I hurried to my car and back in. When I got back in the lady made me wait at the entrance while she logged back in to the computer. What she didn't tell me was that she actually started my test so by the time I was able to get back to my station and get my books open it was nearly 5 minutes into my test.

I have taken four exams at this location (thus far). The staff I’ve encountered here are all very courteous. When checking in for a test, they have always been positive and even humorous which helps if you’re feeling nervous about an exam. The staff also takes exam security and hygiene/sanitation very seriously, which I appreciate. The testing room is very clean, quiet, and has a comfortable temperature.
