    I have nothing nice to say about this place. So I will say this. LOOK AROUND find a small business owner and give them your money. Had to take my car back twice. Iā€™m sure this review will get pushed to the bottom with all the fake positive reviews. So you have been warned with my 1 star. They mark up their parts so high, literally when I showed my diagnosis to the other mechanics they laughed and couldnā€™t believe the prices. Not including that they claim to use ā€œeliteā€ parts I find it odd that I had to take my car back twice because they used a repurposed part. When I complained because I was told it would be new she informed me that they ONLY use ā€œeliteā€ parts. Hmm doesnā€™t sound ā€œeliteā€ if I have to take my car back twice within a week span. Remember people companies like this will push small business owners out and then you wonā€™t have a choice but to pay high dollar prices. I do have to say the lady who called me only called me just to tell me that they arenā€™t over charging their customers, but what else was I expecting. Apparently their ā€œeliteā€ parts NO one can get just this company. I guess there is a place that makes ā€œeliteā€ parts for just them and no one else. I couldnā€™t help but laugh, $1300 for a tune is I guess normal. Keep in mind that the parts are more expensive then the labor. Thank goodness one of THEIR employees called me and told me that I should go somewhere else after I got this last job done. Appreciated that and grateful that 1 of their employees had a moral stand. SO if you want to be OVERCHARGED and have to go back again and again, WELL THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Iā€™m sure their response to my 1 star will be itā€™s my fault and they didnā€™t do anything wrong. But I say this, we need to stop supporting these outrageous companies that charge outrageous amounts. Why didnā€™t I go somewhere else u ask! Because no one would tough my car after I told them I had it diagnosed from CB! Because believe me I didnā€™t want to dish out the 6k to this company. Literally had a mechanic tell me yeah we canā€™t work on your car, like they were afraid. I canā€™t help but laugh. Thanks CB for reminding how corrupt companies and how people will follow with no accountability. Good luck to anyone that goes there.

    Gave a reasonable estimate and stuck to it even though a rookie had underpriced it. Appointment was easy to make. Time estimates for repair was accurate. All staff professional and very courteous. Would definitely use them again and plan to in the near future. One quibble, their courtesy shuttle car needs a thorough interior cleaning and sanitizing.

    Took my car in a few weeks ago because of a rubbing noise on the front side of my car, I had previously popped a tire because rubbing occuring on the inside edge of the tire. I made the mechanics aware of this problem and they kept my car overnight so they could test drive it the next day. When they called me back they said they put it on the stand and spun the tires and couldn't determine what noise I was referring to; they never test drove it like they said they would. The quacks at this shop said it was entirely due to the brakes being unevenly worn between the driver side and passenger side and wanted $700+ to replace a single brake. I replaced the brakes myself but today I woke up to a flat tire and when I took it into the tire shop they pointed out again wear occuring on the inside edge of the tire and the tire needed to be replaced. The mechanics here don't have the knowledge to fix cars and they are clearly too lazy to do their jobs correctly as they didn't even come close to diagnosing the actual problem and they didn't follow through on what they said they were going to do (test driving the car). Save your money and don't take your vehicle here, they are a truly terrible shop. Also I wasn't told that it was due to a different tire size, and both front tires needed to be replaced, the owners reply is inaccurate and they're just trying to cover up their mistakes, the car was also never test driven.

    Very professional team. Loved the attention to detail on customer service. Took the time to answer all my questions with patience. Especially, liked the free 28 point check inspection, courtesy shuttle and the little cookie/water treat left in my car at pick up with an uplifting bible verse attached to it. Will definitely do business with them again and refer family/friends.

    Very communicative about what was going on with my car. It took a while for the part to come in that was needed, but when it did they took care of it very quickly. Up front about cost and answered all my questions and were very nice. They even left a cold water and some cookies for me in my car when I came to pick it up.

    Really disappointing. Somehow they messed up a brake change multiple times. Had the brakes changed, noticed issues a few months later. They replaced the brakes and rotors. Quickly noticed a weird noise. They checked them out and told me they were fine. A few months later had to have both brakes and rotors replaced again and they wanted to bill me for more repairs. Never again.

    Iā€™d say they were great, but then they would get even busier! Took my truck in with a parking brake issue. They had trouble getting the correct part from the supplier, but got it back to me on time for Balloon Fiesta. Awesome service is their standard.

    The Christian Brothers Automotive are trying their to resolve the issues with my car, but my Endurance Extended Warranty people are sending compressors that are faulty. Wesley is doing the best job they can along with their mechanics and i rate them in excellent customer and are frustrated with Endurance. I trust Wesley will resolve this and it is unfair to their team who are trying to tell Endurance they have a problem !!

    I Took my truck in for electric repairs and constant engine misfires! It is a 2012 Ram 1500 5.7 hemi...from the beginning i knew that fixing this truck would be challenging to say the least!! I worked on this truck myself before taking in to shop! I'm definitely not a mechanic but i am technically inclined, I didn't have very much confidence in shops working on my vehicle because of past experiences I have had! So from the beginning I was met with professionalism courtesy! I was kept in contact every step of the way through the entire process! Fernando was my service advisor and he was Amazing to work with! My truck was there close to 3 weeks in total. Electrical problems were found on the harness and was repaired, also my pcm had to be replaced! Parts were hard to find especially coming out of covid and the parts on back order caused delay, but no fault of Christian Brothers shop! In the end things were fixed and I was able to get my truck back! They have restored back my faith and confidence! Hands off to the entire team that worked on my truck!!

    Called around for quotes to get best price and started to get frustrated because same car may have several options and everybody request appointment to take a look at it which was just more time without a solid quote. Christian Brothers ask me for vehicles ID and thought it was a pain, but once numbers were plugged into system, all the guess work was removed and ordered parts right away saving more time because they already had parts when I show up to drop off car. Also, the diagnosis show me in detail with pics of some things I know need to be fixed and few things I misdiagnosed. I feel really good when leaving with the additional information to make my car run better. Not to mention, they drop me off in the morning, finished same day andd pick me up. Lots of added value for competitive price.

    I scheduled an appointment to take my vehicle in because it was smoking under the hood. They scheduled me an appointment for next day service. Once the diagnostic was complete they emailed me my estimate and followed up with a phone call to describe my issue. I gave the go ahead for repair and it was done early the next day. My down time out of my vehicle was very minimal and it is all because of the timely manner CBA conducts their business. They were kind and very professional! I will ALWAYS take my vehicles here, now my go to place! Highly recommended

    These guys were so helpful and timely! They explained the repairs on a level I could understand without knowing a ton about cars (The information was confirmed to be correct by my husband who works with cars as a hobby, but didn't have tike to do the repairs himself.) They were kind, courteous, and respectful which can be hard to find in mechanics sometimes. Thanks for the fix Christian Brothers!

    Quick, efficient, friendly, communicative, and HONEST. Seriously a fantastic experience, they were forthright about what my Mustang needed and got the repair done and me back in my car in 2 days. There original quote was for a whole clutch kit + labor, I really didnā€™t feel like I needed it, and was slightly higher then the quote for same clutch kit + labor from Ford (which I expected,) however, when I questioned it, they threw me a quote for the work I said I thought I needed (just the clutch.) Given the price I took it to Ford, which was an awful experience, in part cause they refused to entertain that I could possibly just need a clutch, and were insistent I HAD to do the whole kit. Took it to Christian Brothers, I told them, what we had discussed, they assured me, they would look at it and send me pictures, and advise me if they thought I needed the whole clutch kit. I got the pictures of my fly wheel, as promised, with detailed notes, and they installed just the parts I wanted. Total cost (based on some estimates Iā€™ve seen via google, a discussion with a family friend who was a mechanic at a Ford dealership, and the extra things Ford insisted on charging me for on top of the work that was required) I spent less then I would have at Ford. Will absolutely be going back if and when I need further work done, and I 100% will recommend them to anyone.

    I would recommend this autoshop 100 times over any other shop I've been to! Not once did I feel like they ever tried to take advantage and over charge or over do the work that needed to be done on my car. I was told by another auto shop that I had a blown head gasket. Took it to Christian Brothers and they were able to find the real problem that didn't cost me nearly as much even after I told them what I thought the problem was. They didn't ever just take that and go with it and replace it to get more money out of me. They stayed in contact with me always letting me know what was going on and even finished the repairs on my car way before I expected them to be done. Very friendly, courteous and professional. I will never take my car anywhere else!

    I personally worked with Eric (k?) and he was wonderful. Initially it was thought my driveline would need to be replaced, I was looking at 2k just for that on top of other repairs needed. Honestly I was distraught, but he later called me and said that he had worked with a few other colleagues to determine my problem could be solved by replacing the support bearing which saved me $1200. I know labor is not cheap, but he went out of his way to find the root of the problem which saved me an arm and a leg. I truly feel they are an honest shop and have your best interest at heart. The cleanest auto shop I have ever been in. A very welcoming environment. While they did recommend quite a few repairs, I never felt pressured and he let me know which repairs were pertinent to my vehicle running properly. Great shop, great customer service and great employees! Thank you guys so much.

    Excellent service! They completed my brakes in record time. All while keeping me updated on the process. Even gave me a courtesy ride home and then picked me up qhen my car was ready. All in all I would absolutely recommend them.

    Working with CBA was great! I had a bad torque converter that needed to be replaced. They gave me an estimate but ultimately charged me $900 less when I wouldā€™ve likely not known the difference had they charged the full amount. That was real nice of them! Will use in the future again if any other issues arise. Would recommend!

    Fernando kept me informed during the repair process, and the bill was not a penny more than quoted. Everyone at Christian Brothers was kind and courteous. I even got another estimate for things that needed to be addressed for my older vehicle, in order of importance! These guys know what they are doing, I'll be back!

    I am new to the area and needed maintenance on two vehicles. Christian Brothers was fantastic! They are courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. I was sent pictures of work that needed to be done. There is absolutely no pressure for repairs. They make the suggestion and you decide. Leaving a cold bottle of water and Oreos in your car when you pick it up is also a nice touch! I will continue to do business with them.

    I've been using Christian Brothers both in Denver and Albuquerque for many years. The results are always good. As to this most recent visit, I had maintenance work performed and it was completed professionally. Service Writer Fernando explains everything in complete detail including the reasons why or why not and a best estimate of the costs. They keep in touch while your car is in the shop providing completion time estimates or if it is going to take longer. A winner for me is the complementary transportation. In my mind, always professional, always fair and at a good price. Thanks!

    Exceptional experience! CBA referred me to Hooked Towing as my car was completely dead. Within hours Hooked was at my door. Brian from CBA let me know that they would have to work on my vehicle as they had time because their soonest appointment wasn't for another week. By the next day Brian had called to tell me the results of the diagnostic testing and also some recommended maintenance. My vehicle has 145k miles on it and I plan to drive it another 100k. They were up front about the repairs and the cost, telling me that if anything changed they would call me back. That same day, Tuesday, my car was finished and CBA sent a courteous driver to pick me up and take me to the shop. After settling the bill, which was exactly the quoted amount, I left to find my car parked in front of the door with the AC running, a cold bottle of water and a small snack in the console. I've used CBA for repairs on my daughter's car as well and have not been disappointed. They are the epitome of customer service and I highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their vehicle.
