Drivers be ready to wait few hours to get unloaded. Had an appointment at 11am showed up 30 min before waited almost 2 hours to get a call and get a door and almost 2 hours to get unloaded . NOT RECOMMENDED

If I could've given NO stars I would have! Everyone at this facility is rude and is not helpful by any means. If your a woman truck driver or rider, there is NO suitable restroom for you to use! They have a horribly disgusting porta-potty that you won't want to even enter besides sit down in and they refuse to let you in the building to use their facilities, even though you are there to deliver a load and not just anyone off the street. Also, being a disabled woman, I had to walk ½ mile to use the restroom at McDonald's. Pathetic service and what wonderful treatment of the disabled! Oh and if you have an appointment, don't be even a minute late or they WILL refuse you!

Check in at the guard outside. He is very polite and helpful. Come near your appointment. Check in starts around 6:30 am for 7 am appointment Unloading is fast. Docks are tight but manageable. No restrooms only bad for this facility.

Appointment at one called they told me to be there by 10:30 got there at 10:30 told me I had to park on the street until one don’t tell the driver to come and then show up there and then tell them they have to wait until one

The absolute worst customer service ever! They will not confirm an order. They will not call you back. They will not reply to your email. Heck, they will not even answer the phone! If we did this we would have ZERO customer.. How does this company stay in business!

Worst place appointment time is 8.am and now 11.30 still they said we don’t know when start unloading and it’s docks are very tight so be careful

Docks 1 and 2 are super tight thanks to all the cars parked. If you're given one of those docks, and there's someone in 1 and 3, it's going to be an extreme challenge. No bathrooms. If you look at this place from satellite view, assume all those parking spots are filled with cars.

Very rubbish warehouse, the empty space is not allowed to be used, it will give you a unloading port where you can't park at all, extremely rubbish!

Oh my God, 1 and 2 no Dock is very Tight and pls come on appointments car parking blocks making turn to docks staff is ok , if you come before appointments there is one street just opposite side of where house you can easily park overthere. Thanks

Nice folks here, best to park outside the facility walk in to the far window for pickups they can take your phone number and call you when they are ready. It's real tight parking in the docks and there always moving trucks best to have your doors open before you enter the yard.

I checked in at 6am, got in a door at 6:30am and was done by 7:50am. Staff was helpful and professional.

They r on appointments.take only 30-45 mins for unloading.but they have very tight docks

Tight spots and no parking you have to park in front street appointment at 10am they load me at 12pm Be careful while back up

Is the only way to back into the dock a blind side ?
