πŸ‘πŸ‘ Absolutely lovely experience. Very European feel with amazing homemade food. Everything is to die for! The place has indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a quaint supermarket area. They also serve beer. Most definitely coming back. Just drooling thinking about what we ate today. I'd give 6 star... People often mention Lithuanian, good, delicious, nice,

When you're looking for some real and authentic Lithuanian cuisine, look no further for a dine in experience that'll make your heart warm with its atmosphere as well as your tummy full of the comfort foods we all enjoy from our home country. They also have a cute grocery store attached to the restaurant as well and be sure to check out their fresh baked goods...the bacon buns are amazing!!!! Oh and the dumplings they carry here, you can find them at many different places that are probably going to be close by your home is you can't get to Cafe Smilga; they're better than any ones tried previously, and are out of this world with crispy bacon/onion bits on top!! Enjoy!!

Mushroom soup and "Men's Dream" (see description in photo) were both very good. Service was mediocre. The tiny grocery store in the restaurant had lots of interesting Lithuanian products."

Excellent service, wonderful waitress and great food. Really liked the meat crepes and the cold beat soup. The cepelinai, sausage and sauerkraut and cabbage rolls looked amazing. Looking forward to coming back.

We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and super nice service. Potatoes, pancakes, chicken Klumpo, stuffed schnitzel, the side salads, and donuts were all tasty!

We placed an order for lunch today. I had a Pea Soup (gorohovii soup) after i ate that i started feeling dizzy, my stomach started aching. I went home from work and I’ve been trowing up for the last 3 hours. Called the place to tell them what is going on , the lady on the phone told me β€œ I ate that soup and im fine .. what u want me to do ?” So arrogant, unprofessional and obviously they dont care about their customers well being .. didn't ask when it started ? Or any other questions, she just didn't care . Avoid that place !!!!!

This place was amazing. They brought our food out very quickly, and it was nice and hot. The waitresses were very focused, and made sure nobody left this place hungry. You won’t be disappointed. 5 stars.

Staff was unmasked as a fair warning before the mask mandate was lifted. I did , however , enjoy the potato pancakes with meat. Incredibly delightful and crisp. Would like to try out more on their menu.

Whether you're a Lithuanian looking for a nice local store, or someone who is interested in the many cultures like me, this is a nice place to go & have your fill. From traditional food, to beers & drinks, or for a quickie Lithuanian grocers, this is the place to visit around this neighborhood. Friendly staff, cozy place, and a nice patio for the summer days. Come & visit this place!!!

Only one waitress in the whole place. Food was really good. The choice of potatoes were all wrong with our entrees.

Very delicious home made food! A lot of national Baltic dishes, friendly service and attractive prices! I will definitely come back! Also, there's a little shop where you can buy European souvenirs and some groceries 😊

If you like Lithuanian food, this is the place to go. They do have other entrees, which I'm sure are delicious. Very casual atmosphere.

The staff make this a fun experience. The food is pretty good. Some dishes are excellent. A bit too small for a restaurant. Concept is not the best. Nobody needs a market with small dining areas but that seems to be the system Lithuanians like to use in Chicago. Love talking to the people here. Check it out. The soups are excellent.

Absolutely delicious food! The menu offers a wide assortment of choices, some in full and half portions. We order the combo platters so we have leftovers for an extra meal. I live in Florida and we always make a point of eating here when I visit family in the area. If you like Lithuanian food, you'll love eating here.
