We - or, I guess, our dogs and cats - have been patients at the Hanover Veterinary Clinic for almost thirty years. Although the original great doctors have retired, they have been replaced by similarly skilled practitioners, wise and compassionate and smart. Their staff are wonderful - special shout-out to the current Office Manager! - as well. They have always been thoughtful, kind, and flexible. Through 3 generations of dogs and 2 generations of cats, the Hanover Veterinary Clinic has been our trusted and reliable animal home.

Hanover vet clinic has been taking care of my three dogs and each time the experience has been positive, thorough and above all caring and empathetic. This goes for each vet, vet tech and receptionist in the practice. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Hanover Veterinary Clinic. Dawn and Krista at the front office are extremely nice and super helpful. Dr. Faris has been taking the greatesr care of our eldwr 12 year old labradore Bella. The are so caring with her and they always make time for her when we need it. All the technicians also treat you like family as Dr Feris and everyone at the clinic. We are so blessed and appreciative of all the staff! Amazing people. I always get great care here. They are so patient with my anxious dog and you can tell they care very much about all the animals. Highly recomlmend. I came here once because my other vet was closed and completly switched vets because they were so great. I drive an hour to come to this vet and it's worth it. I've compared their prices to other local vets and they win for best prices.

Exceptional Care - Professional, Kind, and remarkably empathetic staff helped care for my 14.5 yr old golden, durning our month in Hanover. On Sunday Maia was fine, but Monday morning she exhibited symptoms of a stroke. While we have been preparing for this day, it was sad nonetheless. Fully expecting her terminal diagnosis, based upon her symptoms, Dr Rowe explained this may be (vestibulitis) something related to the inner ear, commonly referred to as "old dog syndrome" and that she might make a partial to full recovery. Dr Rowe, and his tech Meghan, patiently described what might happen over the next two weeks, and we created a plan for Maia. A few days went by with gradual progress and now, after 7 days, Maia is mobile, active and recovered to 85%. We are hoping to see gradual improvement over the next two weeks. We value the way this Vet Office welcomed us (Thank you Wendy) as non-local patients ... and provided just enough care in an honest and cost effective way. We didn't go down the road of x-rays, blood tests or expensive antibiotics ... instead it was a practical diagnosis and a wait-and-see approach with frequent calls from their office to check-in on Maia.

From the ease of making an initial appointment to meeting the doctor and staff, the process and atmosphere could not have been more pleasant or professional. The Veterinary technician, Sam, and Dr. Rowe were both phenomenal. I am happy to drive from Springfield, VT to have my companion animals be treated at Hanover Veterinary Clinic. I have complete confidence in this outstanding practice!

Love this place! Dr. Rowe has terrific interpersonal skills. During my first visit, he took ample time getting to know me and my beloved golden. He anticipated many of my questions, answered all of them, and spoke slowly & clearly. He also did something I find rare in doctors these days: He paused after answering my questions, giving me time to become aware of my follow-up ones. I have never left a doctor's office feeling quite like I did leaving Hanover Vet: heard; armed with knowledge; confident there is a medical expert who, as needed, will be there for my best buddy :).

Could not ask for more friendly bunch of people all of them have been nothing but kind to me and my Casper always make us feel comfortable and never have they made me feel as if I have done anything wrong. Each one of the dedicated team members have been determined to figure out what is going on and that means the world to me because I love my Casper and I know that they all love Casper too. I am here working as a travel nurse and I had a hard time finding a veterinarian office that was accepting new clients but Hanover Veterinary Clinic was taking new clients and they were able to get my Casper in pretty quick. They have been absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an amazing loving and caring place to take their pets this is the best place by far and I must also say that the cost is very reasonable for the area actually it’s more than reasonable in my opinion compared to other places in this area. I appreciate all of the people who work there and they all seem to genuinely care about the animals they work with like Casper. And they take time to call and check in on their clients and make sure that they’re doing well and that goes a long ways in my opinion. I give them a ten out ten and I think they have been the best ever with Casper!!! I don’t have one bad or harsh word to say about them. The Hanover Vet Clinic is outstanding. After struggling with other local clinics to get my cats in, the Hanover clinic not only seamlessly got my cats on their schedule for an annual visit, but were able to fit my cat struggling with an eye issue on the books in less than 48 hours. The vets, techs, and front staff were all kind and showed great care during the visit. The vet is highly knowledgeable and able to clearly outline treatment options and plans. Very appreciative and happy to have them caring for my animals.

I did everything related with my cat's care here. They are fantastic, friendly and care for my cat. I also prepared international traveling documents for my cat here, and they are superb during the whole process. Dr. Rowe is very familiar about the whole process, and the staffs there are very helpful, and they care! I would definitely recommend this clinic!

The care they give and have given to Bella is amazing. Dr Faris, Wendy and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make sure Bellas health is the most important factor in her care. There is such a personal feeling when you walk in and they call you to follow up when your furbaby is not well. The best vet clinic I have ever been to. Professional and caring is what they are about.

Love the place love the people. I new nothing about taking care of a puppy and the staff they where so nice and caring my puppy Chloe who's husky and Germain Shepard mix is so full of energy and they handled my baby like it was nothing she got her physical and her first shots Katie the vet is the bomb Chloe didn't feel anything 💓 and tu for suggesting the puppy chow Chloe loves it. Super helpful with my kitties. Even my more "opinionated" cat behaved pretty well, though she did say some nasty words to the techs. They explained everything they were giving to or testing for in my cats and also gave me some helpful tips to keep them healthier. Very friendly service, and it was easy to get set up with them from our last vet.

Staying in the area temporarily for work when my cat came down with an issue. I called FOUR other offices and no one could get me in. Hanover Vet was absolutely amazing in getting us an appointment and coordinating with my home vet. Staff was very pleasant. Dr. Rowe addressed all of my concerns and was very thorough. I'd definitely keep this office as my vet if I was local.

The Hanover Veterinary Clinic staff are very kind and patient. I have a VERY nervous shepherd who has always gotten upset during vet visits. All staff are always so calm and kind to her and are very understanding, while still managing to get her least favorite things done (nail trims, vaccinations). This is an amazing place filled with amazing people! Our dogs have always loved coming here. The vets, vet techs, and front staff are all caring, wonderful people. They have helped us through illness, injury, and the recent loss of our 10 year old lab as well as helping us with raising a new puppy who is now 3.
