    Had a fantastic experience shopping at bobs. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I explained what I was looking for and the salesman ray went out of his way to show me multiple options. He was more concerned I got the furniture I was looking for and that would be best for my family. He was knowledgeable on all the products and never tried to push me into anything I didn’t want. I will be returning for a bedroom set and looking forward to dealing with him again. Thanks again. Ray. Will recommend all my friends and family to you.

    Very happy with our purchase and the purchasing process. We were met by Lisa as soon as we walked through the door. We explained what we were looking for and she patiently led us around showing us several options until we found an item that we were happy with. Saved 65% on a clearance floor item and were offered 0% financing for a year. Couldn’t be more happy with our purchase.

    Came into Bobs needing a bedroom set, living room set and console. We were greeted by Michelle who introduced herself and said if we need any thing just let her know. She left us to go through the store on our own ( which is the best part) no one hounding me. We told her everything we wanted she answered our questions and wrote everything up. Then we were on our way. Michelle was a very lovely lady.👍🏻

    This place was great from the minute we walked in. Katherine greeted us and told us if we needed any help or any questions just to let her know. Unlike other furniture places we were not followed or harassed they just let you walk about and she was there if we had any questions. She was very friendly and courteous. Not sure if it was a manager who helped us in the end to go over everything but she was as well very friendly and courteous. I'm very picky when I go to furniture places a lot of it depends on customer service,warranties and quality. This place has all kinds of furniture from a low budget to a higher end budget. Showroom was nice. They offer a nicely stacked snack bar area which I thought was great, not just a bottle of water like Raymour Flannigan's and Ashleys does. I highly recommend this location if you're looking to shop at Bob's.

    Lisa was wonderful to work with. She was extremely helpful and patient with us. She was honest and worked through all of our options with us. I highly recommend going to Bob’s in Riverhead and asking for Lisa!

    The saleswoman Seraphina was very sweet, professional, helpful & knowledgeable when I was trying to make a decision on a dining room table. She wasn’t pushy at all which made this experience much better than expected. I find her to be a very valuable asset to your team.

    This review is based on the experience I had shopping at Bob’s. We are still waiting on our furniture to be delivered. We had a wonderful experience! We were not the easiest shoppers and we came along with our three-year-old daughter who ate every snack in the cafe while we tried every couch in the place! Patti and Kyle were amazing Kyle walked around with us on two separate visits for at least two hours each time, I really appreciate their help. I hope we are as pleased with the furniture as we were with them!

    I have to say typically when I go into a store like this it annoys me when the sales person approaches us and follows us around the store. This time was different. The sales woman named Patti came over to us and all she said was her name and to let to her know if we need anything. Which was a nice change. We did our shopping and when we were ready to order we sought out Patti to help. She was extremely friendly and Knowledgeable. We laughed the entire time, made us feel like we knew her for years. She was even able to up sell me on the mattress protector. Normally I would shut that down immediately lol. Afterward your manager Melissa came to check our order and confirm some details. She was also very friendly and joined in on our laughter. All in all the experience was easy and pleasant. I wish all sales professionals worked this way.

    If you were considering purchasing a couch or piece of furniture from Bob's especially a leather-like sofa do not . I purchased a six-piece sectional with the leather material. Of course as directed by the sales person it was in our best interest to buy the Goof Proof plan so we did. After about 3 years our sofa started peeling . When trying to put a claim in through the Goof Proof insurance they said this was normal wear and tear which is not covered and we needed to contact the store . After contacting the store we were told that it is normal wear and tear and is only covered on these types of furniture with this material for 3 years and that we were just over three years. So do yourself a favor and save your $3,000 and spend it somewhere else where you are likely to buy something of a little better quality , apparently they expect their Furniture to turn to trash after 3 years .

    I was so excited to know that what I was looking for they had BUT once I sat on the couch I realized quickly it would not work. Tricia was amazing in helping me find the right one. She also helped out with picking the chairs I wanted to go with the couch.I cannot wait to see the furniture in my living room.

    I love working with Patti at Bob's. When I wasn't ready and wanted to just shop on my own she allowed me that, when I told her I was ready she came over right away and helped me. She went over everything I needed to know. Everyone in the store is respectful and helpful and knowledgeable and made shopping there a delight

    Today, I visited the Bob’s store in Riverhead to check out a new sectional I saw on their website. Patty introduced herself to me at the door and led me to the sectional. She was very knowledgeable about all the pieces and the ways in which I can modify them to fit my living environment. Patty gave me time to look over the sectional on my own, and asked me to let her know if I had any questions. This gave me the opportunity to look at and sit on the sectional to get a real feel of it. Patty came back and shared financing options and even helped me locate and measure an electric fireplace I recently spotted online, too. It was such a pleasure working with Patty. Not only is she happy to help, but she’s also not the pushy type. Our exchange was so easy and there’s no doubt I will be seeking her out when I return. Needless to say, I ordered the sectional and it’s being delivered this Saturday. When you visit Bob’s in Riverhead, ask for Patty. You’ll be very happy you did. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the store manger, Mia, as well. She was also very courteous and knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Today was a good day!

    Brought my mom to get her some furniture for her new place. The sales team was patient and gave us our space which is appericated when needing to feel out what you like. Prices are very fair, furniture looks very nice, felt comfortable in showroom. Deleivery times were very fair. We did well, and this sales facility is recommended.

    Bob’s in Riverhead is set up so a customer can see the furniture and test the furniture. I always work with Patty, a Customer Specialist, and she is wonderful. She listens to what you’re looking for, points you in the direction to look, lets you browse then comes back to you( no hovering). The staff you work with to finalize your order (Melissa, manager; Diana , finalizes order in the system for deliver; and Nancy for financing if needed) are great too, they make you feel like family.I purchased two accent chairs recently because I needed support for my back (see pic). I love them.

    I went to Bobs to purchase a desk for my daughter. Jessica approached and as if I would like some help looking for something specific and I said yes. I’m looking for a desk for my daughters room. She showed me all of the desks they had and I chose my favorite one. She even tried to encourage me to sign up for the Bobs card so I could buy a couch I was admiring. She was very detailed and also very sweet. I enjoyed having her as my salesperson.

    Neil the salesman is excellent. I walked in and new exactly what I wanted from doing the research on line. He showed me the collection and didn't try to sell me anything else. I knew which delivery method I wanted and he didn't argue with that either. Melissa the manager is a great person as well. The computers were down and she knew exactly what to do. She was personable and understanding. She should be moved up the chain of command as rapidly as possible.

    Made initial contact with Patti and she was terrific... spent a lot of time with us picking out furniture and giving us decorating ideas. We couldn't order the same day because of our recent move and not knowing when the painting was going to be done, etc. Went back a couple of weeks later, and Patti was not there but a very, very helpful salesperson, Lisa, took over our order. She was amazing, helping us with deletions and additions to our order. The transition to a different salesperson was seamless and everything was ordered that day for delivery a few days later. We love Bob's in Riverhead... it's a great place to buy furniture and accessories... and what really makes it special to us are the people there. It felt as if we were talking to family and friends. An amazing experience. By the way, this is our third major purchase in 6 years... and as you can see, we went back to the Riverhead store. And if we need additional stuff... which we will... we're going back. Thank you.

    Salesperson, Lisa, very pleasant and knew the products and the store layout. Unfortunately, there were very few choices in table lamps - worse in floor lamps that fit my needs. I did find a table lamp. Could not find a coffee table that fit my space requirements. If you do not care that Bob’s is not top of the line furniture, they have some nice looking stuff, large selection on floor (sofas, chairs, etc.). Question is, how long will it last?

    I go to the Riverhead store and I deal with John , he is very nice and very helpful, very knowledgeable about the furniture. Is always a pleasure going to this location and seeing him makes it even better. All of your sales reps should be like him. The last time I was there Someone else helped me and my experience was not good. He rushed me through out all the process and pretty much forced me to get the bobs card, that’s not a bad thing but I wanted to pay cash that day. Overall I love this store

    We walked into Bob’s in Riverhead looking for a couch, we were greeted by Patti who immediately told us she was “not going to follow us around” but if we needed her she would be available. As we were looking she was checking in with us and showing us some features from some of the things we were looking at. She was so friendly and sincere and so personable never once being pushy. We actually wanted her to walk around with us because she was so knowledgeable about everything in the store. We made a decision and she made the process so easy and fun! We really had a great experience! The manager Mya was also so friendly and extremely helpful! We usually dread going into furniture stores but Bob’s was great, everyone was friendly and how can you not love it especially their snacks are back! Patti is a gem and Bob’s is very lucky to have her!!

    My salesman was Neil was very good. He knew exactly what I wanted no pressure. The manager on the other hand wouldn't take no for an answer for the extended warranty. Four or five times I told him no and he kept on trying to explain why I needed it. I hope that's not the way he treats women when talking to them. No means no the first time. I like Bob's and will definitely use them again though

    Jessica was great and very friendly! She has a eagerness to help you get exactly what you want and to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. The rest of the staff was very helpful with Jessica as she is new and still learning herself. It was a very great shopping experience. We are looking forward to getting our furniture delivered in a couple of weeks.

    Lisa and the staff were amazing! We had a house fire and life has been hectic. She was great with my mom, who is 82 years old. Lisa found exactly what met our needs after listening to our concerns with my mother’s mobility. Everyone was warm and made this a very pleasant experience!     We were looking for a couch. The exact couch was $100.00 less at another location. Bob's wouldn't price match. They refused to ship for free. The shipping cost was $159.00, $99.00 if you put it together yourself. We purchased the exact couch $300.00 less at the other store. It was on sale. The salesman at Bob's was nice, but who isn't when you're trying to make a sale! The couch is pictured below.
