You can park overnight inside but it’s very limited .. in you arrived a day before you can park in the middle of the street. I will recommend to stay in the street . Walk to the receiving shack.. or else you will had to walk all the way to the back and get truck back out and go into first gate . Save yourself the hassle.. hefty lumper fee .. expect at least 5 hours or more to unload .. You welcome Sysco

I don’t know, I got here early with Appointment 10:30am and given a door 7 and got done 840am. No overnight parking but can stay in the middle of the road not a problem they open early morning. A little bit tight but If did it you can. Good luck!!!!! I wish they could leave the empty trailer for the drivers to be able to dock up. Gracious!

Truck driver here. Very nice people at the receiving office. There was a gentleman there who was very nice to help me out. I had 2 drop-offs earlier that day, and this one was my 3rd drop off, which I was late because the previous warehouse took 6 hours to get done with me. My broker somehow changed my appointment date for the next 3 days, but this gentleman at the receiving office was very nice and was able to accommodate me. I TRULY APPRECIATE THAT! Got a door and was unloaded in less than 45 minutes. The yard may seem a little tight because of the other dropped trailers, but if you set up yourself right, you won't have a problem backing. To get to the receiving office, follow these steps: 1)Enter by the North Gate 2)Drive all the way towards the end and park by the staging area. 3)Walk across their employees' parking lot and find the receiving office. It is located towards the Building's entrance. 4)Give them your paperwork. 5)Go to the lumper's office right across from there. 6)Get unloaded. Cheers!

hi I have been a trucker over 10 years and I have never seen so much race schism. The guy at the guard shack gave every guy back their bill of lading with a signature told them when the green light comes on that they can leave however, he never returned my bills. He never signed my bills, and then told me when the green light comes on and that means nothing I don’t understand how a company like Sysco can hire someone like him. I really feel that you guys need to really evaluate your customer service and the race schism is very real. Now I’ve been sitting at the door since 645 checked in at 5 o’clock and now it’s 8 o’clock.

I just tried to check in. I was told to come back in a hour because I can’t check in 2 hrs in advance like some in these reviews said. Mind you, no one was in front of me. No one behind me in that line to check in. Just me. Ah well. Unfortunately that nice lady was not there. This guy sounded a lot less friendly. Edit: “This guy” was very fast and not unfriendly. I didn’t mean to give that impression. That lady I met there before to check in was just very nice.

Lumper service (capstone) who would have thought? They screwed up my paperwork with another truck and cost us both valuable time. An hour and 15 minutes for me. Made me 40 minutes late to my next load. On a good note the 2 in the receiving booth were friendly and helpful. Capstone is dumpster fire nationwide. They need to do better. Added sysco to my do not deliver to list.

Avoid this place guys. This place is one of the worst ones you can go for a delivery. 9 am appointment, check in 8:45 am. Got a door at 11am , its 2:30 pm and i am still sitting on the door waiting for my paperwork. 6 hours and still counting. Woke up at 2:30 am so that i can make this delivery on time. Sysco, You guys want us truckers to respect your time and be here on time, but you don’t respect our time. If we can be at your location at the given time irrespective of all the situations on the road, why cant you do your stuff on time. thanks to you i missed my pickup appointment and will have to wait for it till tomorrow morning, this is so disappointing you guys wasted my whole day. One portable washroom no one would like to use. Such a SHAME.. $ 275 lumper fees. To my trucker friends i would say These places just NEED us but they don’t WANT us at their locations.

One of the truck drivers hit my car while it was parked in front of St. John Catholic School on Wednesday (5/24). I was unable to identify the driver, and it is a clear moral issue that they left without acknowledging the car owner. Fortunately, I have several witnesses to support my account. Due to this incident, I have decided not to conduct any further business with them and strongly advise against working with them! I have attached a picture of my car, which was damaged by the Sysco driver. I also called Sysco Seattle many times, and I couldn't reach any one. Please be cautious if you spot a Sysco truck nearby and keep an eye on your own vehicle.

Despite other reviews I've found quite the opposite. Yes the parking around the fuel pumps is very difficult, however they have spotters who helped me out tremendously. I drive a full size tractor with sleeper and a 53' trailer. Those spotters know what they are doing. Very fast and efficient unloading and got me my paperwork completed from dock to unload within approximately an hour and a half.

North gate entrance opens a lil after 4am so you can park in staging area. Parking on street overnight. Lovely check in lady I wish I could take with, and have her at all my delivery check ins ! A little bit of a walk from staging to receiving, but if a fat ol man can do it, you can too. Multiple meat cuts delivered, so took awhile to unload. All and all a good place to deliver.

Poor management! No parking available, they have some "wise" rules written on a sign right before the entrance, if it's night good luck to try to read it! The whole street is usually backed up and you'll most likely not find a place to park! Do you think they really care? Hell no! How in the world you expect to be respected when you don't give a s*it about drivers delivering for you?

The lady at the receiving is wonderful and professional. Everything goes smoothly. Appointment at 8 am checked in at 6am got the door at 7am. Got paper work at 8 am. I have a small issue with the guys working at the mechanic shop when I asked nicely if I can get some tape water. But he was rude to me and asked me to leave. There is a sign said heroes entrances. I think I’m not one of them because I don’t have a blue eyes and golden hair. Shame on you. But no worries hate will diminish one day. Attached photos where the two mechanics works that day 09/02/2022 afternoon shift.

Its not a real bad place to deliver, i give it only 3 stars because theres no overnight parking there on site and no place near. They need more room in the dock area. The lady in the security building is nice. In and out within a couple hours, but i also leave on green, dont have to wait on paperwork.

Sure wish there were negative numbers I could give. The bullpen is OK, however to give OTR trucks with little turning and backing radius some of these docks especially when there are docks that are safer open. I tried for 38 min altogether different ways to go into door 25 in between 2 trucks in 24 and 26. There is a sysco small truck in the way and a concrete building taking up too much room directly in front. Which gives you only 1/4 of a trailer of space in front of you. After almost hitting one truck and coming close to that sysco small truck, I walked about a quarter of a mile telling them I could not back it into that dock. All the bad attitude person say was everyone doesn't have a problem with that door. When I hear that you are lying to me. They finally just moved one of the trucks and it still wasn't easy. Just safer. Told my company I won't go here again.

Continuously blocks access to bus stops; uses bus zones as unloading zones and I missed my bus for the 3rd time in as many weeks. I’m disabled and require use of public transportation.

No parking in street. U hv to stay in line if ur appointment is at 5 because they open at 5 and line starts at 4:30. While i was in line police left a ticket with my truck. Where to park for checkin they dont hv enough room for trucks at back. Never coming back here if im guna lose money while park outside for check in..

The warehouse staff was professional and courteous. The unloading process was very fast. I was in and out under 2 hours.

It’s frustrating to be waiting so long when your clock is running on your logbook and the next broker is calling you constantly and threatening to take away your next load. We only have a specific number of hours that we can work and when that’s taken away, we lose a lot of money for the week. Arrived at 6am and was given paperwork at 11am. The lumper was sent over by text within the hour however, they have to count everything and it takes forever. Office staff is amazing. I didn’t speak to anyone in warehouse, just backed into a door. Management, please look into this to help us drivers out. There were others complaining over the CB about being there for 3 hours and empty.

Had a 10AM appt. Checked in at 8:30 got a dock right away, done by 11AM. There was plenty Of parking in the back to park before check in. Pretty fast and friendly. Nice place to deliver.

This place is an a complete breakdown of commonsense and fails 100%in communication. This place is a clock killer. Make sure your ps4 or xbox remotes r fully charged cuz yr gunna be sitting awhile. Also good to keep calling into yr broker to have them hurry up the pace FYI.

Total disregard for public safety by delivery driver on Banner Rd se Olalla Wa. 98359 This road is 10,000 lb weight restricted with narrow 9 ft lanes no shoulders. Driver ignoring two weight signs two weeks in a row. Maybe new poorly trained driver. On August 08 1pm probably made delivery to Olalla Recovery Center at 12850 Lala Cove Ln signage Wa. 98359. There is posted truck route. From Banner Rd to Willock road to Orchard road then Olalla Valley road with posted signage. We have cameras that monitor violations on this slide prone roadway. Very fragile with a tight S curve.

Good place to deliver. But, first you have to find place on the street to park,or in their very small staging area inside. Lots of signs to direct you. Then you have to walk to check in office. Look for the wind sock. Got a door right away. Plenty of room. Started unloading in about 45 minutes, Capstone sends link for fee. About hour after they finish unloading, got a call saying papers were ready. Checked in @ 0800, out by 1130. Full trailer. Wouldn't mind going to this place again.

You can stay here if you arrived earlier. It seems to me that the driver registration system was invented by a five-year-old child with developmental delays. First you park the semi truck, then you go to the doghouse where people with God syndrome are sitting, you fill out a paper form and give it to the window, the most important thing will be your phone number. Then you take the accompanying documents to another booth, which is 5 meters from the first one, because in this place they haven’t come up with cloud storage and a scanner or email and something convenient for communication between departments. You give BOL as collateral, if you still remember which door to park in, then you go to the truck and go to park, then a miracle and technological progress, CAPSTONE, sends you a message that the employee has begun to do his job and you need to get ready to pay for his services, then when you children and grandchildren will appear, a message will come to rate this stinking application, because you have nothing else to do but advertise the application for free. And now you’ve grown old, winter, autumn, spring have passed, and you (you’ll never guess what happens next), and a person with dyslexia or something that prevents him from speaking clearly calls you to say that your trailer is unloaded. That's right, they send a message that you need to pay, but they call you that the trailer is empty. I’m even surprised that it’s not a Ghanaian on a horse and with a spear who invites you to get away from the noble land of the warehouse owner, but a venerable worker. I’ve been thinking for a long time why it takes so long to prepare documents after unloading and I have only one idea. Probably these people, right now when I am writing this message, are learning to write and read in order to fill out a simple paper form and give it to me. To the administration of this wonderful place, I wish only understanding drivers with a rubber log book who are not subject to FMSCA rules and who care what their children eat, as long as the workers of this warehouse feel comfortable. Thank you for your attention. Good luck and prosperity to everyone who read it.
