So far, so good. My wifey has really bad back problems. She might need surgery, but the doctors are going to try a few things first to see if her condition can improve without surgery. The staff here are extremely nice and very helpful. They make you feel welcome as soon as you come through their door. This place is pretty big and very modern and up to date. So far l, I really like this place. Especially if they can help my wifey. She is in a lot of pain every day. She can barely stand for too long without having really bad pain. It makes me sad that I can't help her. I'm optimistic though. I am hopeful that everything will go smooth.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is because my appointment was at 4 but I wasn't called to the back until after 5. Yes, the wait time was a bit long but Gary definitely acknowledged it and apologized twice. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Gary was great! He took his time explaining everything and answered all of my questions.. The young lady who administered my treatment was very nice as well. I would recommend this clinic in a heartbeat!

I’m a flight attendant and my schedule is very unusual making really hard to schedule appointments because I’m always away from home. I had scheduled way ahead of time an appointment with Dr Bradley Baker to check and schedule an ACL surgery. This was my second time visiting him due to this problem and the first time I had my concerns about the way I was treated by his team. I left home 30min prior to my appointment and the GPS was showing I should get there in 20min. Unfortunately there was an accident at the freeway and traffic got bad. GPS started showing I was arriving 10min later than my appointment so I called right away his clinic but nobody answered, so I called the building where he has his clinic and asked to any source of communication between me and him or his team but they transferred me to a voicemail. I arrived 15min late and the receptionist for my surprise said that they had already canceled my appointment and there was a fee to be paid. I asked her to call Dr Baker or his right hand Judith so I could talk to them. The receptionist called them (they were in the room right next to the receptionist) but they said it was already canceled and I needed to pay the fee and reschedule my appointment. This Dr should lose his license, for someone that swore to take care of human beings, I felt just like a number and money for him and his team. Not even the consideration to talk to a patient that possibly was going to be in a surgery being operated by him and his team, I will never step into that place again and would never allow someone like him to take care of me, clearly I’m just a piece of meat on his operating table.

Gary Chavez was thorough and explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner. He reviewed my x-rays and pointed specifically to the fracture, explained what I could do to help aid in recovery and asked several times if I had any questions. I didn’t feel rushed. My appointment itself was fantastic. That said, I should point out that getting an appointment is incredibly difficult. I called seven different times over three days before talking to a person. I used the online appointment system AND left messages on days 1 & 2, where the system said someone would get back to me by end of business same day. That did not happen either day 1 or 2. So on day 3, after waiting on hold 28 minutes, I finally spoke with a staff member. As someone who was suffering from a fractured and displaced bone, it seems that there would be a high priority in returning messages/online requests. I was told they are “short-staffed.” Perhaps they should change their messaging to reflect that it could be several days before they call you back or get back to you via their online appointment scheduler?

If I could leave a zero, I would. Nothing great about this experience. If you are rating how quick you can get in, well, I guess, they got me in quickly. However, Is that really worthy of a plus?? How great are your services that someone can get right in? Dr Ashman was completely unprofessional, arrogant, and talked down to me. I have no confident in this mans ability to take care and compassion into the operating room. I am NOT leaving my future in his hands. When asking for a second option he stated that he refused. He suggested that I could just go pay cash somewhere else and he walked out of the room. Funny, I would rather pay cash than to ever use this guy for my health care. Sorry, not sorry I will not be going to these unprofessional people.

Dr. Z was very sweet with my child and was very tender while examining her hand. He also talked with my child including them in the conversation and I think that’s very important, making her feel comfortable too. 5 star from me for the Dr and his sweet assistant! However, the front office staff, where you check in, were not very welcoming. I had an issue EVERY single time I was there (4 times in the last month). On my first visit, no customers were at the window and I stood there waiting for about 10 minutes as they were talking with each other about retail purchases. I even looked at the young Hispanic guy who sits at one of the first desks there and I asked him if I just walk up, he said no, just wait, but he wasn’t sure why they were taking so long to help me. From a customers point of view, it’s beyond rude to make someone wait while you finish personal conversations. I wish the Dr worked at other locations where the front staff cared about your visit. For this reason, I gave this review a 1 star.

This rating is NOT about Jay. It is about your clinic. During this recent visit, I was given six pages of medical history to complete, even though I have been there at least a dozen times. I go back to a clinic because they know me. Why are you asking me the same questions over and over? Where is my medical history if you are keeping it? I will NOT fill out those documents again! I will walkout and not pay for the appointment, and if you bill me, I will take you to court, and you can explain to the judge and room full of people why you keep asking the same information repeatedly. My primary knows my history and you should have it after over a dozen appointments.

Organized check in. plenty of room in the waiting room. insurance/payment desk is friendly. appointment makers are helpful and know answers about insurance. Dr. Jay is very friendly. Sits and explains things until you understand and then some more if you have more questions. Never impatient, easy to talk to and down to Earth. Would recommend him 100%.

PA Jay was awesome! We got right down to the core of my issues and he came up with a solid home rehab plan for me to be get back to healthy. Also the shots that he gave me are already providing immense relief and it’s only been one day. He has excellent bedside manner and makes the most of the time he has with you. Highly recommend him! Las Vegas office - Gary Sanchez, PAC - Absolutely amazing office! I don't think I've ever been to a doctor's office & waited such short times between the being put in a room, having x-rays taken & seeing the physician. Maybe 2 minutes in between each. It was great! My total time there was 43 minutes. Gary reviewed my x-rays with me & went into details on the options I available to treat my situation. He answered all my questions. Upon leaving the office, I felt like I definitely was in the right place & was finally going to get some treatment that could help me. Thank you Gary & staff. You are the true meanings of teamwork & caring!

My overall experience was great here. I was taking care of the moment I stepped in the building. And every person was a great help from the two receptionist up front to the assistant nurse and Dr. Chavez. They all were in sync working together which made things efficient and quick. I would like to thank Dr. Chavez and his staff I appreciate each and one of them who helped me yesterday.

The receptionist was very friendly and things went well. I was very early and was able to see the Dr before my appointment time. Dr Ben was very straight forward with his information about my problem. The nurse that administers my medication was very helpful and gives information of what to expect and advise me step by step of what he is doing. I highly recommend this facility to everyone. Worst patient care. Give zero if that was an option. If you like no human contact this is the place for you. Saw doctor one time in Fast Track clinic. Only went there because they canceled an appointment in regular office without telling me. So they sent us to Fast Track. Doctor was ok but office is the worst. No one every returns calls. I final took an important form I needed filled out to the office only to be told it will take another two weeks to be completed. Still waiting after two weeks to be completed. They also make appointments without calling you. Saw appointment on Follow My Health that they never informed me of. I've had it. Time to move on. My child deserves better care.

The first time I met Dr Laroche I was so surprised to find a young man who looks like he was fresh from high school.! After reading my chart, he held my left hand that I was complaining of... He saw that my wrist is swollen & asked me how long had I been in pain. He then told me of his diagnosis and explained to me in detail why my wrist is swollen and painful. He told me that because the earlier interventions did not work to relieve me of my pain, he will then give me the injection so I will feel better. He then said.." Take care & stay safe" & he stepped out of the room.. In five minutes a guy came in the room, introduced himself as Alex & that he will be the one to give the injection. I asked him..."Is it painful"? Alex laughed and he said...I will not feel anything.. Gosh..! I am so happy to have a very POSITIVE experience that day I went to Nevada Orthopedics; meeting all HAPPY FACES from the moment I came in their entrance door up to the moment I was led to the exam room... My thanks to everyone who made my visit so warm...and well taken cared of.!

The entire staff from Reception, Scheduling, Nursing, X-ray Techs, and the Doctor not only worked together well; but showed all the same desire to give me and other patients the best care and help they could. This team was one of the most impressive I’ve seen yet. (Important side note is I have had nothing short of 22 surgical procedures in my life so I am a expert in evaluating). I was taken quickly and given perfect instructions, care and was shown and felt actual overall concern for me like never before from all. I was most impressed with this Doctor, he was very prompt, polite, detailed; he listened carefully when I answered his questions and actually cared about even minor concerns, gave clear instructions, and showed genuine concerns to my overall healthcare. I found him kind, respectful, caring, and really interested in giving me the best of his knowledge and abilities in this field.

JAY was very knowledgeable. Explained treatment options gave me choices. I chose to take a steroid injection and a wrist brace . Treatment worked well. Woke up this morning without pain for the first time in months. I have a follow-up appointment with Jay and would recommend him to anyone. Great office staff as well 👍

I have been going to this office off and on for 2 years with different issues. Dr Laroche and his immediate staff as well as the office staff have always been really good to me. They make the apt experience go so much smoother then other big names in the valley.

Took the time to listen to all my complaints and concerns. Made me feel like he actually cared and wasn’t just trying to get me in and out the door like so many other doctors. Came up with an amazing game plan that helped put my mind at ease. Highly recommended.

Took me 40 mins to fill out paperwork (a lot of paperwork involved) listed all meds and amount I was taking just to be asked the same questions again. Lady who took me to get my X-rays done didn’t seem very friendly mind you I’m in pain and was nervous enough. I saw Dalton Laut, he made me feel more at ease. Been trying to schedule my follow-up 4 days, 4 phone calls, and 2 voicemails later I still haven’t even been able to speak to someone about scheduling my follow up.

Better than five star care at every appointment from the front desk to X-Ray and visits with the doctor and everyone involved with my care and recovery! Jay Zurfluh, PA-C provided excellent treatment which facilitated the full use of my arm and hand! Very unprofessional! Making appointments on a text message through their website I go to my appointment and then they say I don't have an appointment. Drove over 40 minutes away. Left 22 messages with their voicemail never heard from. They don't answer their phones lines. That plan is a joke. Don't waste your time there

I have really enjoyed each visit here, “ Jay” has made me feel so at ease each time I go in, he even explained to my daughter my condition the treatments and possible out come of surgery should it come to that.

Everyone was polite from the point of entry to exiting. Extremely helpful and there’s no long wait. If first time, request online form fill out. That was my only wait. Dr. Jessica Russell was very nice and helpful with my issue. She took her time explaining everything in detail and made sure I didn’t leave unsure of anything.

I spoke with a doctor Jessica yesterday. And she exclaimed everything to me very well. I I was very happy with everything that she explained to me. On the procedure and this morning I feel great. I was seen on a Saturday morning; they took X-rays of my foot in about 10 minutes flat, and the tech was super kind and gentle. Dalton showed me my X-rays and recommended the least invasive treatment. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel like a person and a partner in my own care.

Dr. Rasmussen and the staff at Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center are wonderful. All of my concerns were attentively heard, and I quickly got the answers I was looking for, in addition to the detailed plan needed to rehabilitate. I called after a trip to urgent care at 4:48 (they closed at 5) Jessica got my daughter a appointment next morning! They were very efficient,staff at check in are friendly. Nevada Orthopedic is a great place to find a Dr who listens and advises you. Everyone here is awesome from the young lady at the door making sure everyone is protected. The receptionist are all very nice. I can’t say enough about the back staff. They are the best I have ever encountered. Jay , Dr Taylor’s NP , is so nice. He asks you how you are , checks to make sure i could move my thumb. Gave me some exercises to do and advice on how to help heal stronger. He asked about my other thumb and recommended I see Dr Taylor in 3 weeks to set it all up. The Best in the West❤️

This is the 3rd doctor, I have seen here. (Insurance) . I saw Dr Reynolds remiemmi ( probably spelled his name wrong, sorry) yesterday. I have to say after reading his reviews I was scared. HOWEVER !!. From his nursing staff, to a very short wait time ( less than 5 minutes). Dr, came in talked with me about the treatment, and ordered 1 more test. I didn't feel rushed or hurried in any way. I was very impressed with his attitude,and that of his staff.

I am very satisfied with the care that I received. It was very professional,knowledgeable and to the point. From the moment I walked in the facility everyone was nice,kind, and ran smoothly and systematically. It was only my first visit but I look forward to continuing receiving the care that I need to get back to a normal lifestyle.

In my opinion, Dr. Kim is an excellent surgeon! I had rotator cuff surgery after having extensive damage and the results have been fantastic. My range of motion immediately following the surgery was incredible according to my physical therapist who also said Dr. Kim is an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend him and would definitely go to him again if ever needed.

The physicians are good besides being sometimes in a hurry but office is not always consistent with being on time. Frequently seems to be running behind despite no one else waiting. Also please get someone else to answer the phone, I know it is busy but people shouldn’t have to wait on hold for appointments like calling into a tech support place. Otherwise fine.

The center is big allowing everyone to be 6ft apart. They attend to the patients in a timely manner. The PA Jay Zurfluh did a good job. He was very caring and attentive. The only thing I did not like is that the center is located in the backside of the building and the directions to get to the back of the building are not all clear.

Dr. Rasmussen is very pleasant and caring. Answers every question I have, even the trivial ones and is aware and thoughtful of my insurance limitations. The office staff is friendly and my visits are quick. Highly recommend him and his clinic.

Highly recommend! I had an appointment with Jay Zurfluh PA-C about a wrist injury. The office was efficient, spacious and clean. Jay was really nice and informative. He gave great care and explained everything very well. I was able to get xrays with readings immediately and was given a cortisteroid shot. My experience was really refreshing because most doctors visits have become a people mill of short appointments. Not that it's the physicians faults, necessarily. However, it was so nice to be heard and cared for. Thank you!!

I found him very attentive as well as understanding as to what has been happening since knee replacement. Highly recommend this young man and will happily have him as coverage in the future.

Had to wait a little while in the lobby, but seeing Dr. Bradford was worth the wait. He is gentle, doesn't rush into a surgical mode, but offers conservative options first. Listens to what you have to say. Staff is like a well oiled machine. Very efficient. Don't remember the name of the tech that administered the cortisone shot in the knee, but she was very gentle; told her that I was a "chicken". Did the shot in a New York minute and I was on my way out of there.

We went to the walk in clinic when my 3 year old needed a hard cast from a broken arm. It was quick and the provider was nice. He was transparent in not seeing children often. The tech was kind and efficient. The nurse was the shining star she had brunette short hair and was so sweet to my kiddo. Great experience.

I was pleasantly surprised! I read a few negative reviews but I always have to find out for myself. I highly recommend others to choose Nevada Orthopedic & Spine. Ben was wonderful as well as the nurses and receptionist. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable and easing my anxiety.

Went to the Walk In Care here. Everything went well except that I arrived at 2 pm when I was told they take an hour for lunch from 2-3 pm. Wish it would mention that on their website somewhere. Front office was nice. Lots of paperwork to fill out though. Doctor was good. Appreciated that I could get in quickly once lunchtime was over.

I brought my 16yr old son to get his hand checked out from a football injury and although we received season ending news..... the quick service and knowledgeable team at Orthopedic & Spine made the experience bearable. My son got the X-ray, received the results from the x-ray and was cast all in about an hour which trust me is amazing 👏🏽!!! We have a follow-up and 4 weeks and I wouldn't want me son to be under anyone else's care!!! Thank you O&S team

I found Jay to be extremely personable and super professional! So happy for results of my visit. He immediately put me at ease even though i was a first-time patient. I was able to explain the problem i was having with my shoulders and he explained what was wrong and went about the necessary treatment. Im doing great now and no pain. I would gladly and enthusiastically go to him again.

The service is 10 but the paper work you review and fill out is 0. Way to voluminous, repetitive and unnecessary to fill out. Took over 40 minutes to get signed in to have a shoulder specialist to review and discuss my alternative potential corrective procedures. The MD was especially professional and informative during the consolation. I've already recommended your facility to a friend.

Finally found an orthopedic surgeon who I am so comfortable with!!!From the moment he walks into the exam room Dr Michael Bradford makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable On my first visit he has given me hope of getting out of my wheelchair and walking again I am having a total hip replacement in one week so I will update and let you know how it goes So far he has answered all my questions and made me feel prepared for my surgery

The staff here is very friendly. However the office has many different providers that help patients here. One particular provider I wouldn’t recommend is Dr. Dalton he did not try and help me at all he wanted to just put a band aide on my issue by pumping me with medication that was not helpful. I expressed my frustration with that and he then referred me off to another physician who was not available for services. When ppl go to the doctors office they usually want a solution to fix the problem but in Dr. Dalton case it was not!!! I’m rating the doctor a zero but my overall experience here 3.5 because my issue hasn’t been resolved.

They seem very disorganized and I waited 2 hours to get in and I had an appointment. The receptionists need to work on people skills. On the other hand PA Dalton Laut easy awesome answered al my questions had patience and made an otherwise marginal experience tolerable.

I fell and have a break in my ankle. We are visiting from out of town and they managed to get me in same day I called took X-rays and got me a boot so we could make it back home. My appointment with Dalton and everything else went exceptionally well. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and I walked out hopeful that I was finally getting my MRI.. I’ve waited over 5 weeks and have been checking in during this time with the clinic via text regarding the status of my MRI. I’m told “We’re still awaiting authorization from your insurance company”… Today, I call my insurance company and they have never even received an order request for an MRI. Apparently the MRI was never ordered. So for the 5 weeks I’ve been calling to check the status, I have been lied to.. How can you check the status of an MRI that’s never even been ordered?? Update: Because of severe pain and inability to work I have been demoted and lost my lead position at work, all while waiting for an MRI to determine what’s wrong with my arm.. I was promised by Dalton that the clinic would notify me when the MRI was approved.. 6 weeks later and still waiting.. At least I have an appointment now for it, so hopefully it’s not too late.. Things are in such a mess, all because of negligence and incompetence from this clinic for two reasons: 1. Never sending the order to the imaging center for MRI, and 2. Repeatedly telling me “we’re waiting for approval from your insurance” during the entire 5 weeks that I frequently called/texted the status, when in fact the MRI was never ordered.

I complain about PA’s. HAVE NEVER had a good experience until today. Jay, is EXTREMELY EXCEPTIONAL. From the time he walked in the door. Looking forward to seeing him again. Thank you!

Such an amazing doctor! My daughter (8 y/o) truly felt comfortable with him. He was knowledgeable, caring, and engaged! 10/10!

Went to the fast track suite 150 a half hr before my Apt as advised. I already completed new patient paperwork online and had a little to do when I got there. After completing that I was told my online paperwork was not found and had to complete it all over again. After sitting there for 45 mins the front desk staff said I had a copay. I informed them I already hit my deductible and out of pocket. I then walked out after being there for almost 50 mins and going through this painful process. I never saw a dr and was not helped in any way shape or form. My insurance changes next month so I’ll just wait and go somewhere that has it together and actually care about the patients.

Gentle but straightforward. He empathize with my pain and pushed me just enough to have a starting point for my treatment plan. It was very encouraging to know that he wanted to use surgery if it was ever needed as a last resort, and was very willing to discuss other treatment options if I wasn't better by my follow up appointment. Oh yeah my condition is in both shoulders and I have what they refer to as calcific tendinitis. It has decreased my range of motion a bit and is very painful at times to do something as normal like folding clothes. I will be keeping my follow up appointment regardless because if I do get better I want to sat thank you in person.

We have had good experiences with Dr. Rossidis and Dalton PA-C and the check in staff were kind and helpful. Highly recommend you complete the digital paperwork sent via link (text or email) day or more prior to your appointment to save check in time. It was very helpful to not have to complete all the packet in the waiting room.

She is by far the best provider I’ve seen. Definitely recommend. She’s kind, takes her time to listen and certainly explains everything regarding symptoms, surgery recovery, etc. very friendly

It was very satisfied with front desk, nurses and doctors. They are very nice and I like the way they explained things to you easy and simple to understand they’re great thank you for your help and for serving with respect, and I like their kindness… I would really recommend them…

My mother is a patient here and has gotten the worst care from Dr.Bradford’s team. They are so rude, Desiree and Rona have been so inconsistent and unprofessional. They are refusing care. My mother has had to call her health insurance and make complaints multiple times just to get a call from anyone at that office. When Rona finally did call my mom months after leaving her a message she was so disgustingly rude to her. They should not be working there if they are so miserable at work.

Had a post visit with Jessica Russian this morning. Jessica did evaluations on my knee replacement. Big improvement and continue theraphy. Jessica always listened, showed empathy and sympathy during my visit. She show concerns and affection. Those are the 2 important professional character I like from Jessica. Easy to talk too and she feel what I’m going through. Hoping every PA is like Jessica Russian.

I appreciated my experience at this clinic today. I was in a lot of physical discomfort and was able to get staff who cared and processed my appointment efficiently. I was able to see the PA in a short period of time And received the medical treatment I needed desperately.

This place was very clean and big. Was able to go in and get checked in and paperwork immediately. Just a long wait to see the doc even when we’re early then waited quite some time in the room for doc also. Other than that it is a good clean environment and friendly staff.

I was absolutely blown away at how friendly the staff was and how fast the process was. From check in to diagnosis to cast. You can really tell the staff is passionate about what they do. It was a very pleasant and comfortable visit. Mr. Morgan was very professional he examined my situation with absolute care and concern, also he was trustworthy singled out my discomfort and immediately found the best solution for situation.
