I love the Zoom Room in Trophy Club! Their individualized approach to dog training is just what I was looking for. Their initial one-on-one assessment is a great way for the trainers to get to know your dog (and you) and to figure out where to begin. The Zoom Room has a wide variety of classes to choose from. My family typically opts for the Agility classes because they are so much fun! But the other classes they offer are great too. Zoom Room keeps their class sizes small, so that they can ensure that their students and their paw-rents are getting the attention that they need. The trainers are thorough while keeping learning fun. I love that their classes can fit almost every schedule. I have a non-conventional work schedule where I would not be able to commit to something like "every Monday at 6pm." Being able to pick and choose when to bring my dogs is so appreciated. Zoom Room also has a variety of class packages/payment plans. They make it as convenient as possible for each of their pet families. Our younger pup Piper has gained a lot of confidence and social skills from her classes at Zoom Room. When it was time to renew our initial plan, we changed to one where we could share between both our dogs so that our 5 year old dog could participate in the fun as well! The Zoom Room - Trophy Club is always clean, and the staff is always warm and engaging. And if you or your fur-baby feel like shopping before or after class, they carry a wonderful selection of high quality treats and toys.

Zoom room is amazing! The trainers there are so kind and hardworking. I love this place and my pup basically grew up here. I highly recommend their puppy classes and obedience classes. They are so organized and well educated about pups.

Zoom Room has been so great for our sweet puppies! We wanted our puppies to learn from the start how to behave. So far we have only done the puppy class, but it is a great start for her. They have taught us the basics to help us with Luna. We plan on doing more classes!!

I was hesitant at first about signing one of their contracts but I really liked the agility trainer, John. He was knowledgeable, attentive during training, and both my dog and I learned a lot. It definitely felt like a bait and switch, however, not long after I signed up, he was replaced. First an area coordinator came to teach class, who was alright. Then the owner taught a class, which was frustrating because she didn’t pay attention to what was happening (my dog had never been on a wobble board and she was too busy talking to the front counter employee to answer my question about it. It was the other dog owners attending the class that coached me). Lastly, I’m not sure who the last person is that was the trainer but you could tell it was his first rodeo. He didn’t pay attention during class (didn’t tell a first timer she needed to be announcing the equipment, etc. until her second time in the pen), and took time out of my two minutes to modify equipment (remove guide wires) and offered my dog different treats to use (he told me the treats were turkey, which is fine; my dog is allergic to chicken, and then after confirming they were turkey, inspected the bag- which would’ve been fine had he paused the timer or not taken away from our training). I just find myself dreading going but because of the contract, I’m “locked” in. If you’re interested in seriously learning agility, I would suggest somewhere else. I will be RELIEVED once my contract is done and I can find a reputable trainer.

The trainers are very compassionate and willing to help you in every situation. If your dog is stubborn they have tricks to help. I can’t recommend this place more. We have LOVED every class!

I bring my dog here twice a week if I can and he loves it. He’s reactive so we’ve been in OB 2 for a few classes now, but every time he gets better. I have him scheduled for agility classes and can’t wait to see how he does. The trainers are very thorough and helpful when teaching humans on how to teach their dog.

We love taking our puppy to Zoom Room in Trophy Club! It has been many, many years since either of us have had a puppy, and we definitely needed some guidance while training Lulu. We started with Puppy Preschool and attended 3 classes before she aged out (ages 2-4 months) and we moved to Puppy Training + (4-8 months). Puppy preschool was great because it allowed us to start with some of the basics like sit and down with a few fun things thrown in there. Our favorite part, however, was the playtime built into each class! We adopted both Lulu and her momma dog (Layla) and they play constantly at home, but Lulu had never really had an opportunity to meet other dogs. She was uncertain what this time was all about at first but she quickly got in there to play and chase with the others in the class. It was fantastic! After Lulu’s last set of puppy vaccines we moved to Puppy Training + where we continue to work on what we learned previously and we are adding even more things. We have also had the opportunity to experience various pieces of agility equipment and that has been fun! The only thing missing is the playtime - that isn’t in the class once you leave Puppy Preschool. I hope to work towards the Canine Good Citizen certification and would love to certify as a Therapy Dog, but that is down the road for us! For now, we will continue down this path. Lulu does get a special reward after a class. We go to the Starbucks just down the road and she gets her pup cup.

Poppy and I have recently started Obedience Class at Zoom Room and we love it! All of the instructors and staff are extremely knowledgeable and patient. All the steps are explained as to why they are done the way they are and we are learning a lot. Poppy can't wait to go!

Hobbes is a smart but timid 5 year old rescue. He started agility training for the first time ever. He was trembling his first class- both the trainer & the other parents were extremely kind, patient, and encouraging. After 3 classes, he loves to show off his A-frame skills & loves the tunnel (after refusing to go near it for his first class). They even spoil the puppies with donuts !!

We’ve attended 5 puppy preschool classes at Zoom Room Trophy Club with our 3 month old puppy. We’re receiving needed early socialization skills, learning commands and introducing fun agility equipment to the puppies. Each of the trainers have given good tips to help each individual puppy in class and they have an interest in helping your puppy become a productive member of your family. We purchased a class pass and have gotten a lot of value from the results and are very pleased, plus our puppy enjoys class so it’s a win, win!

Really appreciate the great trainers, cleanliness, and good guidance on training our puppy. My puppy is in basic obedience and I would recommend Zoom Room to anyone who is looking for a really good facility to train their dog!

I joined Zoom Room about 2 months ago and my dog has learned so much! He is a rescue and needed structure and a safe way to be around dogs and people. The team at Zoom room are training both of us and I'm excited to advance to the next levels. My dog loves coming to class and I'm so impressed with how far he's come already. The trainers are exceptional. Highly recommend.

Zoom Room Dog Training has been wonderful. The small class sizes work well and help with socializing, though the dogs are separated. Training is consistent with the trainers each having their own small nuggets of wisdom. We paid much more for a and At Home, one of one training, that was no where as effective. Highly recommend the Zoom Room Dog Training.

We love coming to the Zoom Room. Bentlee (pictured) is 2 years old and is learning everything so quickly and seems like he really loves it! Morgan, who is 6 still loves learning new things and the class is keeping him young and sharp! I recommend Zoom Room to anyone with a puppy or adult dog. It's a great way to build a strong bond with your dog.

I love this place. I have 4 cane corsos and we attend obedience and rally. They are all at different levels of training and I love that I can take them all to a class that suits them. The schedule is packed with amazing classes 7 days a week with a ton of flexibility. Online scheduling is super easy and they have a very delightful shop attached to the training area where I have spent way too much money on toys, treats and accessories. We will continue coming for a long time and I tell all my dog loving pals that they should come check it out!

Love being a member of the Zoom Room family! Always a warm welcoming when walking in and 1st class educational program for pet owners and our fur babies! Our puppy has been attending classes weekly for a little over a month and has had tremendous growth. Her behaviors are noticed by family and friends and they are amazed about how good she is taking instruction. I’m so proud. I have way more confidence and understanding of the best way to instruct, praise, and reinforce our little puppy's behavior! Thank you Zoom Room team for all your support in our journey with our little Trixie.

Zoom Room is an awesome environment to learn to train your dog! My 10 week old puppy and I have learned so much! The trainer and employees are well educated and super friendly! I look forward to each week working with my dog and can’t wait to see where we will be a year from now. I’m so happy my veterinarian recommended Zoom Room to me!!

Heather (the owner) and her whole crew are amazing! They give great advice in class and out! The classes are fun and help you bond with your pup. This is my third dog I have brought to them - the socialization for puppies is so important- and they have puppy preschool that is safe for them to attend. Two of my dogs I have enjoyed classes with. One much older dog, I brought in for a private session for evaluation and advice for adding a new pup to our family. So glad I did. Everything went pretty darn smooth. I highly recommend these professional and caring folks!
