I just discovered Outdoor Warehouse. I decided to commit to a huge project regarding my landscaping. I went with Colorado River Rock. The product is superior. But the commitment and professional help I received is second to none. Alec, Dakota and Chance, made it happen. Not leave out Rony with a Greenland lawn and landscape. Thank you all for making my vision a realty!

First off BIG THANK YOU to Jonathan!! Since I first arrived at O.W.S he was nothing but extremely helpful, courteous, and patient. I probably asked too many questions but he answered each one and with a smile. I decided to tackle my front yard myself and appreciated all the knowledge as well as advice he offered on how and what to do or not to do. The prices here are affordable and the selection is amazing. Aside from Jonathan, thank you to Jose, Adam and all the other guys outside that were great to talk to. YOU outside guys make a business great!

Selection and pricing was great. They communicated well on delivery. The driver was very polite and answered my questions. My reason for 4 stars is because many of the rocks broke as they tumbled out of the cargo area. So now have lots of smaller stones - not what I wanted. Perhaps lower the bucket that collects the stones so they don’t have that far to fall when released. Hope that makes sense.

Excellent communication, very competitive pricing, and on-time delivery! Very happy working with Dakota and the team at OWS. They took the time to explain all pricing (which compared to other places we looked at was very competitive), they generated multiple quotes for us showing the different options available to us and didn't try to add-on anything we didn't need. Delivery was super easy and was only $150 for and entire truck. We will definitely be using them again.

Was looking for someone who could deliver about 5 yards of potting soil and everyone were booked for about 2 weeks out. Only Outdoor Warehouse Supply was able to deliver it in about 4 days.. The whole process was very streamlined and hassle free. Called them up, they confirmed availability and took the payment over the phone. Got a text message the day before delivery and also before the actual delivery. The delivery guy was a bit patient as our driveway was a bit curved and delivered where we wanted. Will definitely reach out for my gardening needs in the near future.

Helpful and friendly sales people (thanks John!), great selection of landscaping stone and very reasonable prices - about 15-20% less than big box chain stores. . Will definetly be using Outdoor Warehouse supply for landscaping needs moving forward.

The OW folks let me wander around the stone selections and made purchase and delivery of exactly the pallet of my choice super easy. Delivery time was well communicated, and drop off was streamlined.

Great experience with delivery and good selection of materials and pricing

We purchased $2K in materials last summer and had a good experience + delivery. We are planning to do another section of our yard and went to make a similar purchase with delivery. I was informed they will not deliver the giant cubic yards of granite/soil. I clarified I would be buying stone pallets as well but was told they will not deliver the cubic yards and I would need to get a trailer for the granite/soil. I’m confused considering we had no issues last year, the website clearly states “this product is available for delivery”, “If you do not have access to a truck or trailer we do provide delivery services for our DFW customers and our sales associates would be more than happy to work with you on scheduling a delivery” and there are recent reviews that had granite/soil delivered. So either the website needs to be updated or retrain this employee. The biggest difference in order was that my husband placed it last year and sent me this time.

Ordering was very easy! Friendly and helpful staff. Wide selection at the stone yard. Delivery was prompt and fast. What more could you ask for?

I ordered 9k pounds of outdoor stones for my backyard from outdoor warehouse last month. Not only I love the beautiful colorful stones in the backyard but the whole process of ordering and delivery was very smooth and efficient. I like enhancing my backyard and front yard with beautiful plants flowers and stones and will always call outdoor warehouse for any future needs.

I'm in McKinney and drove twice as far as three other well-known independent nurseries. THREE times in the past two days. Quality plant material and bagged soil. John and ??? in the office and especially Jonathan out on the lot are all exceptional. Central Xprswy is Hades for old folk like me who hate to drive. But I'll endure it to shop here.

With the freeze from last year, we had to redo our landscaping. The person we hired said to pick out what we want. NO CLUE!! There is a young man named Jonathan who was wonderful!! Very nice and very knowledgeable. Had it all planned out in no time!!! Would highly recommend this place!!

Visited yesterday for large stones in alleyway, large selection made choice easier. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and quick to assist. We were even given cold water! Will definitely be my go to!

Over the last 12 months I have purchased 80 plants from this company. Each time the service has been excellent. I typically contact them through their website. They do the research for the items I want. We agree on a price the is reasonable to the both of us, and I pick them up. It’s a win/win for both of us.
