If you have a morning delivery here and a reload booked to pickup in the after noon you might as well cancel it. You WILL be here all day. My appointment was set for 09:00 and apparently so was everyone elseโ€™s. There were approx 50 trucks all trying to check in this morning at the same time. It is now 17:00 and I am still in the dock. They have a sign on the check in window proclaiming they will not sign for in and out times. That alone should tell you all you need to know about this place. I will never book another load coming to this place. There is overnight parking on the street outside the gate.

Been here and waiting a few hours now. I checked in an hour early and it looks like I'll be leaving pretty late to go home after a few weeks on the road. the reviews are true! don't bother with this place it looks like they do a whole lot of checking the reviews and apologizing but absolutely nothing to fix it! we are the reason businesses like this exist and get nothing but trash in return! they should be put out of business along with every other place that does this to the drivers that keep it running! take the apologies elsewhere and do something about the problem. As it seems to be reoccurring.

Not necessary to arrive early. Parked and slept on the street and appointment was for 9am, tried to enter the facility at 6am but was rejected and turned around. Entered at 8:20. Here to drop "1" pallet. Just received lumper fee link for $80. 11:40am now and hopefully will receive my BOL soon. Pretty bad.....

I can't say, that this is ultimately hopeless facility for truck drivers. This is large scaled business, busy operations, multiple in/out trucks. My appointment was at 9am, so I arrived right on time. Due to chaos at check in area and false line of overnight vehicles in the middle I got checked in at security gates by 9.15 which is not bad at all. Have received call back allowing me to proceed at 10.15. One hour of waiting doesn't really entertain but understood. Still this the the weakest point of operations. Then was some routine - bureaucratic process of re-checking in at security, checking in at receipt office. It took about 20 min. Not too bad again. Got dock assigned and once got docked, the unloading started in about 5-7 min. Very good this time!!! So keep on what's been going fine and please improve initial check in step!

The worst distribution center I have ever seen, I would give them -5 if I could ! Very unprofessional and slow , Appointment time 9 am Check in time 8:20 am Receive a call 11:20 am Back up to a door 11:40 am Finish unloading 03:30 pm 7 hours to go in and out ! If you canโ€™t unloading, and loading trucks , might as well just shut your business and file, bankruptcy, because us truck drivers have other places to be , finally shadow to the guy who unload my truck and left my load locks in the warehouse , just not the place you want to be

Seems like all the other reviewers nailed it. They take a little longer than 3hrs for a pallet loaded truckload. They have vending inside that need to be refilled asap. They have a restroom. Docks are easy to back since there is lots of space to whip in and strait back. They have a little meksan food truck that sell fried chicken and fries or meksican type foods and rice. It also takes cards. Not really overnight parking on sight, however people just park out on the street where the security tells you to wait for a door. It takes a long time at the receiving window to check in when they finally call you to enter the property. Made it here at 9 apt at 10. Got called at 12 and they started unloading immediately.

As I was turning in my bols for a 11am appointment that I was put to a door near 2pm..the lasy was very brash. The office personnel need to be understanding that my time is regulated by dot. I don't get to have 15 or 30 minute regular breaks I have time I start the unforgiving clock and end by a certain time. Point here is 5 or 6 hours to unload half a trailer after appointment time is not only a failure to Sisco but down right disrespect to the driver. Before commenting about covid and staffing issues a simple hey yeah we are behind we can get to you hopefully by this time. That goes along way. Also no times in and out on bills is a terrible idea.. takes 10 seconds when accepting bills and again 10 more to hand them back..Do better.. but thanks for the huge detention!

If you are delivering here at Sysco in The Colony, Texas or actually known as Lewisville, Texas the is parking available in the driveway in the middle. It probably has enough for maybe 7-8 Truck/Trailer. Checkin begins at 0600 in the morning

They gave me a door that a truck was already in even though there were other docks open. I had to call my dispatch to get anything done. The one who assigned me that door acted as though she doesnโ€™t have a clue to what sheโ€™s doing. Not to mention I was here well on time and was told to park across the street which I could deal with, but when I gave my number , they wrote down a wrong number. Security had to come to my truck to tell me to come back to the receiving office. Only good about this experience is that there is plenty of room to get around and back in.

This is a Capstone recieving facility. They charge you nearly 400$ to unload their freight. Sysco is slow. The broker that booked me this load hid the fact it was a Sysco distribution hub. I don't go here because places like this control limit my revenue and waste my time . Had I used Google Map before I booked this load you wouldn't be reading this.

I have to go by my own experience. My appointment time was for 9:00am. 1st I was able to park overnight and check in as soon as they began checking in,which is 6:00am. Got a call at 7:30 for me to proceed to door 32 to the check in office and was giving a door. Unloaded in less than 30 and paperwork soon after. I was in and out before my actual appointment time. Keep up the good work Sysco!!!!

This was my first time here and my experience was very good. Got there early parked in the waiting lane checked in with security guard who was very nice. They called me in earlier than my appointment and gave me a door. Two hours later I had my paperwork and was out the gate. Thank you all. ๐Ÿ‘

I deliver 3 days a week at this Sysco location for cooler door produce and barely ever get into a door before or on my appointment time. I have a coincident 0900 appointment time but once I get into a door I am setting in the for 5+ hours every time except sometimes when I deliver on Wednesday's.

There isnโ€™t much I can say that hasnโ€™t already been said. Honestly the name says it all, you guys know exactly what to expect or I should say not to expect. In all honesty this has been the most efficient Sysco Iโ€™ve been to. The parking is the real issue, over 70 trucks strung out all over his place! Law suits and tickets waiting to happen. They asked my husband for an in person interview for a trucking position so he bought a flight out. (Lived in a different state and they knew that). The flight got delayed and the manager didn't even see him, he met with someone else and then didn't even get a formal rejection.. Just an automated email in the middle of the night with no explanation after we spent over $700 to go out and interview.

The check in process is confusing if you've never been here before. If you read the reviews they're all correct. The middle lane is for trucks that have already checked in and are waiting for a door. The local PD won't let you block the street so be advised.

Awesome Service this morning. In and out within 2hrs. Security was good but the Receiving Window was great. Very Courteous and Professional young man. I'd go with 5 stars but that cluster out on the street to Stage Up was alittle intense. Will return.

All Sysco warehouses are the same. I've been empty for 2 hrs and still waiting for paperwork. 6 pallets should take no more than an hour. You would think Sysco would understand the time restraints drivers have and get them in and out in a timely manner.

Iโ€™m here right now, I donโ€™t know what will happen in my near future but, I can tell you about my previous 2 visits to this location. The first time I was loaded late at the shipper so I got here at around 12:30pm for my 11:00 am appointment, I checked with guard and was directed to receiving office and was given a door immediately and was unloaded in about 1.5 hours. Second delivery to this facility, I arrived on time seme procedure as the first time and this time it took like 2 hours to get unloaded, I did have to pay a lumper fee both times, I donโ€™t what others have experienced here but my own experience have been great. I should mention that I do dry van loads, maybe fresh or frozen load may take longer, I know from previous experiences most receivers check the quality of the fresh produce.

5.5 hours and counting sitting in a door and still not unloaded. Missed 2 reload appointments bc of this disaster. I will reject any future loads to this facility. Btw, I just paid a $510 lumper fee.

Arrived at 0730 for a 0900 appointment. With all the trucks stacked in the center lane, it looked like there was a long line, when in actuality, those trucks had been turned away because they arrived before their appointment. I checked in at the guard shack, nice lady, at 0800, and like the rest, was told to go park in the middle or on the street, which by the way is marked as no parking. Drivers were having to do uturns which blocked traffic. They called me exactly at my appointment time. Inside the gate, there weโ€™re literally dozens of places trucks could park in actual spots. Ridiculous that we have to wait outside and hope to not get a ticket or cause a traffic backup. 2.5 hrs is not bad for an unload time and everyone was friendly and professional. But the parking thing needs to be fixed.

I arrived today at 8:58 am. My appointment was at 9 am. Was told to wait to be called. Was called at 10 am. I was instructed to go to the receiving office near door 32. Went there and gave them my bols and was told to wait for a door.45 mins later, I was given a door. After over an hour, I went to check with receiving and was told that I was good to go and they gave me my bol back with a receipt stamp. When I went back to my truck.and pulled out the trailer was still loaded. I went back to the shipping office and was toldnthat they made a mistake. Still waiting for movement on my trailer! My next pu is at 1700 at this time not sure if I am going to make it. This is terrible! BTW I lost my next load.Total waiting time 6 hrs. Ridiculous!!!!
