Great
place
with
lots
of
trails.
You
can
take
a
nice
stroll
on
the
Hill
Canyon
and
Hawk
Canyon
trails.
There
are
more
intermediate
hikes
on
the
Western
Plateau
trail
or
up
to
Snake
Rock
on
the
backside
of
Wildwood.
These
trails
are
mountain
bike
and
equestrian
friendly.
I
saw
people
of
all
ages
out
here
enjoying
this
place.
There
are
plenty
of
birds
for
bird
watching.
I've
seen
deer,
rabbits,
squirrels,
skunk,
lizards,
coyotes,
and
snakes.
I've
found
3
picnic
benches.
There
is
one
as
you
cross
the
bridge,
another
under
a
huge
oak
tree
on
the
Hill
Canyon
Trail,
and
a
third
about
a
mile
in
on
the
Hawk
Canyon
Trail.
The
first
two
have
a
trashcan
nearby
but
the
Hawk
Canyon
picnic
bench
does
not.
You
will
need
to
pack
out
what
you
pack
in.
You
can
easily
spend
a
whole
day
hiking
these
trails
and
enjoying
the
nature
that
Santa
Rosa
and
Canejo
valleys
have
to
offer.
Note:
Watch
out
for
rattlesnakes
and
the
stream
running
through
its
from
Hill
Canyon
Wastewater
Treatment
Plant
(no
it
doesn't
stink).
