This park is amazing. It is literally my favorite place to walk around in Camarillo. It’s sad because after the fires, a lot of the park did shut down. However, if you continue down the road you can still walk and end up at the waterfall. It is dog friendly as well. You just have to keep them on leash.

Great place with lots of trails. You can take a nice stroll on the Hill Canyon and Hawk Canyon trails. There are more intermediate hikes on the Western Plateau trail or up to Snake Rock on the backside of Wildwood. These trails are mountain bike and equestrian friendly. I saw people of all ages out here enjoying this place. There are plenty of birds for bird watching. I've seen deer, rabbits, squirrels, skunk, lizards, coyotes, and snakes. I've found 3 picnic benches. There is one as you cross the bridge, another under a huge oak tree on the Hill Canyon Trail, and a third about a mile in on the Hawk Canyon Trail. The first two have a trashcan nearby but the Hawk Canyon picnic bench does not. You will need to pack out what you pack in. You can easily spend a whole day hiking these trails and enjoying the nature that Santa Rosa and Canejo valleys have to offer. Note: Watch out for rattlesnakes and the stream running through its from Hill Canyon Wastewater Treatment Plant (no it doesn't stink).

Awesome place to go for a hike or bike with the fam. It has easy and moderate trails. The low trails have a lot of shade. Tons of hawks flying around!

This is a small trail around Cal Luth University, TO. Beautiful hike with beautiful views. There are plenty of cactuses. April is their peak time for blooming. Just watch for your steps.

Lovely, prized gem in SRV. Us locals love it and love our nearly untouched nature. PLEASE DON’T LITTER HERE. Helps us preserve the natural beauty of our small community.
