Normally I love this place. Employees are helpful and everything I was looking for was in stock today, prices are reasonable. However, I'm not thrilled about customer or employee mask compliance. Too many people taking masks off in store or wearing over mouth, but not nose which entirely defeats the purpose. We're all in this together, I wear my mask to help protect you, please be considerate and do the same so I can be safe too.

Check your receipts! Went here for the first time today, only bought 7 items. 5 of the items were rang up at checkout higher than what the shelf advertised. The staff acted irritated that we wanted the prices corrected. A truly awful experience and I'll never go back to visit these scammers.

This place is great. They have everything and the prices are fantastic. The only thing better than the selection is the STAFF. Sam was helpful and went out of his way to help me find the products I needed and get them shipped to store in time for a baby shower. But not only that, they’re truly kind and compassionate. Sam found out that I just had chemo and asked if the cancer was gone and how I was doing. His parents should be very proud. Also, my niece was with me and it’s her shower we’re planning so he congratulated her on her pregnancy and me on my remission multiple times. At checkout, Monica was very helpful and friendly as well. Every staff member we passed while shopping greeting us and asked if we needed help. The staff really went above and beyond to make this a fabulous experience for us. Looking forward to going back.

Love this place. A really fun place to shop. Prices are great whether you are running a restaurant or just a home kitchen. They always have a lot of cool tools for the kitchen and a great knife selection. I always find something I didn't know that I desperately needed.

Bought a mop bucket..broke within 2 months. Bought cheese cases, 2 are broke within 2 months. Was charged 72 dollars for food grade machine oil, two bottles..which inbound out after questioning the price and was told it was correct, I could have gotten them joth for 32 bucks online. Will not be renewing membership.

What a sham of a company. Ordered a set of 6 black iron and leather chairs for our dining room. Two of them came damaged with rips in the leather from poor packaging. Contacted them immediately about returning the damaged items for replacement, even offered to drive it to a local store so they could see the damage, instead I was told I would have to buy new ones on my own dime if I wanted chairs that were not damaged. Don't expect any customer service from this company.

Shop here often for my cooking supplies and the service I get from John is top notch. Always a hello and if anything I can help you out always from him. Many others can learn from him.

They had the creole butter we needed for upcoming Thanksgiving Family dinner and that's exactly what we needed. I also needed some dessert take out containers! Perfect. I would highly recommend this store.

The cost for most of the items is high if you are nor a member you will be overcharged no doubt!!

I had such a great experience at the Restaurant Store. I have been trying to find a place for a long time because The company I have been shopping at for my commercial supplies has had a rapid decline in customer service. I found my new place! We were greeted when we walked into the door. We must have been asked 4 times by different employees if we needed help with anything. $50 to be a member annually is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this place! The cashier over charged me accidentally and the store gave me credit immediately! You will NEVER go to another place again! Austin and Josh were so great! Thank you! You have a customer for life!

Great shopping experience! The staff is always friendly and are there to help in whatever way. Their website is great! Click the items to your cart, pay and pickup the next day. They even help you load your vehicle up with the products. Makes life alot easier!!

Company has changed over the years!!! Enjoyed the old staff at the old warehouse…employees made customers stand outside till 2minutes after opening time. They sit there and just watch you till the last second of opening business hours. Customer service has dropped

Attention trucker🚫if you are delivering for them they make there own appointments they don’t go by what the broker gives to you broker gave me open window 7am to 9am was here 7 am they told me your appointment is 10am even I called them one day ahead ask them what your receiving hours they said 7 to 9
