I really wanted to love this place. The staff was beyond amazing. Our server was lovely in manner and personality. We were warmly greeted by the hosts and valet. We had waited months to go here for a birthday celebration so the anticipation was high! I ordered the meatloaf , which had a great flavor profile but was cold in the center , which made it hard to thoroughly appreciate. My son ordered the Wagyu Steak and it was also cold. The potatoes , which had a white chocolate profile were cool enough that they had stiffened so we could really enjoy then as they were meant to be enjoyed. We didn't want to complain as our lovely server was with other tables and wasn't the one the brought us our food. I'd say , don't go on a busy weekend like we did. Try going when they have more time to expo the food properly because it definitely has the potential to be the best meal around!

Good restaurant, did not disappoint. Upon arrival the Valet was kind and swift. We sat outside which was quite pretty with ample amount of shade. Our Server, Callie, was very kind and had profuse etiquette. Our waters were constantly getting refilled by the Busser along with all dirty dishes being taken in good timing. The Honey Butter Roles were good but the Honey Butter was not. To me and my party it tasted like regular butter, even after tasting it plain I did not get a singular hint of honey. The Fondue was good, very intriguing flavor. A generous portioned pot with an in-generous portion of dippers. We well ran out of bread bites with a plentiful amount of cheese left, usually it’s not the bread you are conserving; I wish we could have finished the fondue. Our dishes came out two at a time around 3 minutes apart. The salmon had no complaints, only enjoyment. The lambs only denounce was wishing there was more, it was almost too tender. The meatloaf was satisfactory, pomme purée lacked slights of salt and the plate owned gluttonous amount of blueberry sauce but…indulging. The wagyu, assumed to be cooked medium-rare genuinely looked well-done. Although it was still incredibly tender. The flavor wasn’t special although the abundance of garnishes did well assisting. The white chocolate pomme Purée had almost no flavor, though. The Miso Pot De Crème was eh with taste along the lines of store bought parfait. Strawberry’s weren’t spicy, pudding/yogurt was basic, oats were good and crunchy but didn’t save it from being average. This establishment is indeed deluxe, you are guaranteed to get incredible presentation with unique flavoring. Tis’ a great anniversary, birthday, or celebration choice in which I’d recommend.

Amazing place! Creative, delicious, all dishes are awesome, great service and vibes. Even gave me a full size complimentary dish. Better than some of the 2 star Michelin restaurants in NYC.

The food was so good here that I kept forgetting to take pictures. We essentially ordered the entire menu to taste. This is in the conversation for best restaurant in Utah. The menu constantly changes so get here soon and try all the amazing food. The service was top notch.

Steak will never be the same after today because the wagyu steak was phenomenal and out of this world 🤩 The first bite was an experience I wish to have over and over again. Tyler was thorough and service was prompt and friendly. Lamb shank, porcini soup, beets, salad, and pumpkin ice cream sandwich were delectable. The craft cocktails were also divine. Highly recommend Francks. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

(Thanksgiving day dinner) hand an amazing dinner dinner at this restaurant! For adults only they didn’t had a kids menu and our little in out table didn’t like anything and she is NOT a Picky eater so her $40x children* went straight garbage. But the $80 x adults were well worth it!

What a cute romantic gem. It's burger night on Thursday. We sat outside, weather was perfect, service impeccable, friendly, courteous. We love Callie. We had Brussels sprouts and split the burger. So deliciously full. We will be back

Great place. Our server was so nice. We were yhe last seating, so we basically had the place to ourselves. I have a feeling they do not like seating more than parties of 4. If you happen to visit Utah, I highly recommend stopping by. You will not regret it. Their menu changes a lot. The food we had was not on the list provided by Google

There are not enough Stars available to describe how good this place is. The service was incredible and so friendly. We kind of showed up on a whim and didn't have reservations but they managed to fit us in. The setting is so intimate and charming, and the food is just amazing 🤩 it looks good, it smells good, and it tastes incredible. 6 out of 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This restaurant is a death row meal for me. My family gets every appetizer on the menu. Chef Rob understands food. He is creative and knows what he is doing in the kitchen. He has this ability to combine ingredients in a way that almost feels as if he drew them out of a hat and somehow made them compliment each other. The menu changes frequently enough to keep you feeling like a kid on Christmas. I recommend going on a Thursday and getting the burger of the week. The brussel sprouts and fondue are a CAN'T miss and the wagyu coulotte is worth every penny. A meal at Franck's is a guaranteed 5 star experience and if it is not, I firmly believe it has to do more with your lacking taste buds and less to do with the food you were served.

The staff was courteous and attentive. The food was interesting and a blend of multiple cuisines and not vegetarian friendly. The private globe experience sounds cool but not for $100 on top of your dining bill.

Absolute best meatloaf and Steak I ever had. The wagyu steak was super tender and had blackberry and wasabi purée The meatloaf had blueberry sauce drizzled on it. It was more like a desert meatloaf and worked wonderfully. We had the thai peanut and raspberry soup (yeah the chef likes berries!!!!) This is the perfect place for an anniversary dinner!

The scones were so good...i got some for take out... ..the next day which made an amazing breakfast... whilst there.. ..the meatloaf, and wygau, and salmon...is the winner of entrees. Great service and well dressed fellow diners... Avoid weird offerings like the occasional "peanut butter soup" ick! And warn them of food allergies since it'll be a surprise when you run gasping for air to the bathroom inhaling uncooked bell pepper pieces hidden within your salad. Expensive but WORTH it.... $125+ each. With wine & coffee Appetizers & share dessert... It's possible to spend $200+ each if you're not careful. Well it's not in my budget this time of year.... This is perhaps my MOST Favorite restaurant in Utah.... for dinner. It's the ONLY 6 star restaurant in my mind..

We tried the Trick or Treat Tasting menu. Everything was wonderful! I will post photos, but I promise that the food was even better than it looks. Lots of unique and delicious flavors. The service was great too.

Our server Wendy was amazing. Food was absolutely delicious. One of my favorite things about the food is that it was unique. We had an heirloom tomato pie and a pumpkin sorbet that were just so good. The outside seating looks amazing and so pretty. If it hadn't been freezing cold we might have gone out there. I strongly recommend a reservation, but it wasn't super busy when we were there. We were seated immediately upon check-in. I hope to go again!

Amazing place for their Tuesday Night Tasting menu. You cannot get food this innovative and tasty at this price point anywhere in the US - 4 whole courses for $50!! We love this place and come here every month, sometimes even more frequently if their tasting menu looks good. Service is always homey and of the utmost quality. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

An absolutely delightful fine dining experience. My son and I both felt the fondue was the best we've ever had - better even than the one we had in Caux Switzerland a few months ago. The tomato soup was incredible, as was the entree. For dessert we had the smoked banana ice cream - so unique and savory, and the "cereal bowl". The presentation of every dish was artistically beautiful, delicious, and unique. We will be back and are looking forward to bringing new friends with us.

Love love love Tasting Tuesdays! I never knew how much I would love leek cotton candy and an egg terrine. Always exciting and interesting. My whole party did the tasting. Regular menu is also very tasty and I will keep coming back here for years to come.

When we arrived our waiter said it was the best food in Salt Lake. I think he's right. We ordered two firsts. The Beets a l' Orange and the Preserved Heirloom Tomato Pie. If you don't like jalapenos watch out for the Beets a l' Orange. I really liked it the mint and orange with the jalapeno was truly something unique. The tomato pie wasn't a Philadelphia style one and was more like a pie. It was excellent! I don't recall everything we had but all of it was delightful! My wife and me finished dinner with the Carrot Cake which I highly recommend! Franck's menu changes fairly often but I really don't think you could go wrong with ordering anything there! They mix unique and complimentary flavors together as well as the best food scientists alive and each dish looks like a work of art! If you have a dietary restriction or avoid alcohol consumption you might ask about some of the ingredients or let your waiter know. Their staff is extremely professional and works to give you the best experience possible! If the menu looks more expensive than what you're used to know that the flavor of your food is going to be worth it. Savor it! I highly recommend Franck's!

Incredible Ameri-Southern / French traditional dishes with a cute secluded outdoors space. Every dish was on point, and it did not disappoint in celebration of my 5 year anniversary. One of the best restaurants in Salt Lake City.
