I am so glad I found Everglades Equipment Group. I needed alot of parts for my residential lawn mower. I looked online for the parts, but couldn't be sure if they were the exact parts I needed. They were the only John Deere dealer open on Saturday. So I took a drive out to Immokalee and checked them out. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with pure southern courtesy. I gave the parts counter personnel my tractor information and found everything I needed. Everyone knows that original equipment parts are better than aftermarket parts by far when it comes to a John Deere! They received my parts and went above and beyond to make sure I had my parts to get my tractor back mowing for the weekend. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing parts for their John Deere. They do anything from a lawn tractor to the ones you see in the fields plowing for crops! Great company and great service from the parts department! I will be using them from now on! Thank you!

The parts and service team are great. Dustin and Joey in the shop are very helpful with technical issues and services needed and all the parts guys Dan, RC, Amy, and all the other guys are very helpful in order parts.

The parts department is incredible they are highly professional and will always strive to provide for the needs of the customer, Dan and Amy are staples! The new guys Cody and Wesley are just as amazing. Especially their leader/ manager RC, what a wealth of information! Mikey and drew are also awesome!

iam very happy with this location? they have great customer service . they also work verry quickly my gator was just picked up on wednesday and they already have it done . iam very please and look foward to keep having my gator serviced by them.

After shopping several other brands I made the trip to check out a John Deere. Matt with sales was very helpful in making the choice and finding a tractor. Dusty in service ordered in a MSL loader and had it installed when it all arrived. With the delay with everything these days, this group made it happen fast.
