This place must have hired their site supervisors from a clown school! They are VERY unprofessional! Linda Collins or Linda Haggen or whatever name she uses with the company is nothing more than a lying, drunk, manipulating individual! She doesn't answer her phone, she doesn't respond to texts, she creates a hostile work environment AND she's full of ****! She told co-workers when I was sick WITHOUT my permission! Hourly employees at the site were given access to the company gas card and pin number to the card to gas up vehicles just so that she wouldn't have to come to the site and do it herself. The five months that I worked there I only met her in person ONE TIME and that was when she was writing me up for not having my shirt tucked in. She was wearing flip flops, tank top and ill fitted shorts and open intoxicants in her car that several passengers were enjoying a long with herself. When I threatened to bring her job performance to the attention of her boss, she got to him first and then I was suddenly fired. I suspect that she has Mr. Nicholas Sokolowski as an ally, because WHATEVER she tells him he goes along with it. There have been several instances where people have figured out that she was not suited for her position and then...they were suddenly moved or fired. I hope Securitas pays closer attention to the people they hire to represent the company because Miss Linda...all by herself...makes Securitas look VERY bad! I'm sorry for the bad review.

Thought this would be a good company to work for, turns out it’s not. I don’t know why I’m surprised. They are just like every other company in the world. They look down & take away employment from people like me, a working mother who’s trying to take care of her child by herself with no type of support whatsoever. Instead of trying to give a helping hand & being understanding they fire you. If you are employed here still, do not put in more than what they expect of you. You can drop dead one day & replace you in about 2 mins. I will never return.

The worst company I’ve ever worked for they will forget 8 or more hours on your check and neglect to get it fixed as soon as possible they dont have any regard for the employees and the supervisors are just rude and nasty as if their job is hard ITS SECURITY NOTHING HARD ABOUT IT so its not hard to be nice the unprofessionalism within this company is insane and as an employee there we deserve better

I have worked here going on 4 years. I started off as a security officer and was able to move up within the company after 6 months. I am now a recruiter and I love my job! Proud to be apart of a company who takes care of their employees and values each and every person that works here.

I had an interview in Dearborn, road an hour round trip, only to get there and for them to tell me they do not have anything available for the shift that I applied for. They need to be more organized to accommodate for what you applied for before having someone come to an interview. The staff was pleasant, but it’s very frustrating wasting my time and gas.

dishonest people who will lie to anyone just to get them in the doors, I wouldn't waste your time working here, unless you can afford to work 32 hours a week

This is a negative review which will be apparent. The switchover with this company after they purchased FE Moran was quite chaotic and concerning. We've been with them almost a year. We have the quarterly fee taken out of our Visa account. We just got notification that somehow we are in arrears. My poor wife has made five phone calls to various numbers that are listed but are not connected to anything. We've now spent nearly an hour trying to pay a bill that is on automatic pilot. We finally found a number in the Detroit area where we got an answering machine. We are now waiting to be called in the back. I did try to use the Internet to contact them but their little verify algorithm failed about 10 times. This gives me some concern that this company may not be very good at all and that I've simply been sending $118.50 to them every three months for a sham.

Never ever give a fat boy a security badge and security license, because they think that they're placed after that.. I'm in Bellevue, Michigan, I'mgonna deliver tomorrow and I'm just taking my dog for a walk. And I'm headed toward the exit gate. Their security guy rolls up in his security car. And he acts like I'm about to commit some crime or something. He tells me I have to go back to the truck parking area. I said dude it's not that serious. This dude wants to act like he's saving the world. And he's just a security officer. Some of these security officers want to be a police officer so bad they could taste it, but they would never pass a psyche eval or a health exam. So security is the closest I'll ever get. Go get a real man's job, dude.

Never pay you correctly. Your check is shorted every month and they barely resolve issues. 0 stars

I left the restaurant industry in January and started working for Securitas in February. It's a great place to work and a welcome relief from the service industry. Awesome benefits, the flexibility to pretty much make your schedule and the pay is good. The opportunity to move up in the company is there if want to pursue it as well. I'd highly recommend Securitas as a place to work.

I've been with Securitas many years and have seen a lot of people advance in the company. Throughout my years as an employee I have seen Securitas remain flexible, vigilant and determined to meet the needs of their clients while caring for their employees and families best interest. I'm extremely grateful to be part of a team that is willing to work together in meeting the challenges faced by our company to provide even better solutions for the future.

Worse customer services of all time. Been their customer for 5 years, they have 5G installation plan going on and try to get rid of the old machine but the project are too big and can’t keeping up to update with all their customers, as a result, our alarm system is not working for whole time while I am still paying for the service. When I called everyone trying to switch me to talk to different departments and wanted off their responsibility!

Worked with me to get me hired quickly and safely in the middle of COVID. Everyone I have had contact with is helpful and professional. They are focused on the customer service AND the well being of their officers. I love working for Securitas!

After being the victim of a crime on their protected property, I was forced to give a report to the guard on duty, whom was more interested in watching YouTube videos rather than the security monitors. I’m more offended by way I was treated by Securitas than the guy that broke into my car. I’ll spare the small details, but I was interrogated for 30 minutes and given a napkin to write my statement on. Then, I was forced to read it out loud to him, while he yelled at me for not starting at the beginning. I of course had started at the beginning. As it turned out, it appears the guard didn’t know how to read or write.

I asked to be reassigned due to not being able to work midnights anymore because of my infant son & now i have no employment. The communication here is also extremely poor they will run you around instead of just doing the job

Nice place to work depending on your manager . Some are active and some don’t respond. Been working here for almost a year . Waiting for benefits. They get payment wrong sometimes by a whole day
