Absolutely
worth
the
visit.
My
second
time
going
(last
time
was
2018,
this
time
2023).
Went
end
of
September
on
a
Saturday
&
Sunday
(Sunday
was
less
crowded
as
the
Saturday
was
also
The
Great
Passion
Play).
Location:
located
at
the
same
area
as
The
Great
Passion
Play,
Holy
Land,
Bible
Museum,
etc
but
at
the
end
of
the
road.
You
can
park
&
walk
or
drive
up
to
the
statue.
There
is
parking
near
the
entrance
gate
AND
at
the
end
of
the
road
near
the
statue.
Price:
the
statue
is
free
to
visit.
Favorite
times
to
go:
early
morning
or
sunset.
Just
something
so
peaceful
about
the
beautiful
skies
at
sunset.
Other
things
nearby:
Holy
Land
Tours
(2
hours;
requires
paid
admission);
The
Great
Passion
Play
(requires
admission),
Buffet
(requires
ticket),
Bible
museum
(free),
art
museum
(free),
history
museum
(free),
gift
shops,
hiking
trails.
Check
their
website
for
open
times
as
some
things
are
only
open
when
The
Great
Passion
Play
is
occurring.
