    I pay extra each month for a Vehicle Service Agreement on my monthly payment. I have never paid for an oil change, or tire rotation as it’s included in my package. Alderman’s is the only dealership that refuses to honor this, and sent me on a chase involving 3 phone calls and 30 days just to tell me they can’t do anything. Absolutely insane that they can represent a great brand so poorly. Do not recommend, they don’t even know how their own company’s financial contracts work, total joke of an establishment.

    I was visiting the KILLINGTON area and suspected that my car had a starting problem since I needed to start it twice in the morning. They did a quick check on spot and found a loose bolt on my battery. I asked them to do the oil change for my car since I was already there, and it went very smoothly. All these were done within 30 minutes. Such a smooth experience!

    I came here to start my preliminary search on a Tacoma and was greeted by Anthony S. I explained that I was there to compare the size and look for general information. Anthony S was accommodating in my search process. He was not pushy at all and knew the product as well. I will most likely be getting the 24 Tacoma TRD PRO from here.

    When my battery on my 4Runner died today, I got a jump from AAA and drove straight to Alderman's. They not only assured me they could get it done today on a Friday, they got me back on the road with a brand new battery within 20 minutes. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

    I was very happy with the my “start to finish” experience at Alderman’s Toyota. Mitzi was a wonderful salesperson. She represented the company well. Very experienced and not pushy (which is a turnoff for me!!). Other personal went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and important as a customer! Everything was explained in detail and all my questions were answered. I drove away in a new fully loaded Toyota 4 Runner platinum…my first Toyota but definitely not my last!

    Although it took 6 months for my new Tacoma, I had a terrific experience with Anthony S. And his team. He was forthright and honest, and kept me informed during what seemed like forever. I have had great service experience with Alderman's, which lead me to stick with them again. No complaints. Easy transfer with minimal paperwork. Thank you!! PA

    Alderman’s Toyota Service Dept is outstanding. The woman who worked with me was so kind and accommodating. She listened to everything that was going on. When I picked up my car they told me exactly what was done and had informed me parts were promptly ordered and that they would get me back in as soon as they arrived. In my opinion, their prices are great. My car is under warranty, however, I paid for my snow tires to be mounted and I felt the price was very fair. Highly recommend!

    The Service Department is extraordinary. After the rental, I then bought a car and had the best car buying experience ever! No pressure, kind and respectful salesman, manager and finance manager. Left with the car I went in to buy, on the terms I requested. I would give more stars! 🌟

    To say that I was discouraged looking for a car, is to say nothing. However, when I discovered Alderman's Toyota, I ended up traveling from New York City to Rutland to buy my new car. Just a bit of background. The car I had for about 10 months was stolen from behind my house, and I found myself looking for another car, in the environment that every single dealership would have absolutely insane markups on all their vehicles. I've actually contacted dozens of dealerships in about 8 states, and lost all faith that I would find an dealership. Then, I found the car I ended up purchasing. It was in transit from the factory, so after a short conversation with my dealer Ms Newton, I reserved the car and waited for about 2.5 weeks for delivery. Then I had a hassle-free experience signing papers, and driving off with the car. I would like to sincerely thank everyone at the dealership.

    Roseanne was so welcoming from the moment I dropped off my vehicle. She saved me money on my bill by helping me find a coupon in my email inbox. My car was ready at least 30 minutes before the estimated time. Can’t thank Alderman’s and Roseanne enough for making my service experience pleasant and speedy.

    We've never been to Alderman's Toyota Dealership. The receptionist greeted us and introduced us to a salesman named Dillon who is an extremely personable, polite nice young man. Everyone there was professional and friendly. We found a car we wanted to buy and drove it home the same morning. We will definitely go to them for future cars.

    Excellent experience here at Alderman Toyota. Dillon Spooner and the rest of the team made our trade in experience phenomenal. after looking at other toyota dealerships they the best variety of options on the lot for used and new vehicles. i was very fortunate to have found my new set of wheels here. great customer service from the whole team. got my new (used but feels brand new) car detailed inside and out, got a rundown of the new system features. would highly recommend! thank you to alderman’s and Dillon!

    I brought my car to Alderman’s for an oil change, an inspection and to have my all seasons put back on my car. I was in and out in less than two hours and Lisa, the service rep, couldn’t have been nicer. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for the great service.

    Tech greeted me right away. Found I had a recall notice for my fuel pump. Completed my 50,000 mile service and new fuel pump in no time. Great experience, I will definitely take my truck to them again.

    Just completed a new purchase, and this was the best experience I've had at a dealership. Worked with Neil C. in sales (who I highly recommend), and he explained every step of the process clearly and quickly answered every question via email/text/phone. Before car arrival, Neil made sure I had all documentation ready for a smooth purchase. After car pickup, he took extra time to sit in the car and explain how to use the new technology in the car. That was awesome. The sale was completed by Tom M. in finance who took time to get to know me as a person, carefully walked me through all purchase details, gave me tips on registering/titling the car, suggested additional options/protections, and was completely understanding when I didn't want anything additional. Everyone at Alderman felt like a friend helping me make the best decision rather than forcing a sale in their interest. It's clear that their entire culture from top-down is ethical, honest, and caring. They're the best dealer I've worked with, and I highly recommend to anyone buying a car.

    Alderman's Toyota service levels over two years of Prius Prime ownership has been the best auto service I've ever experienced in 35 years of owning a car. I'm going to drive 30 miles to get my maintenance and repairs for as long as they continue to meet or exceed my expectations for satisfaction. If I could, I would give them even more stars based on the last two years of service.

    I worked with Nate at the service desk…he was very helpful, friendly and courteous; especially recommending I check with my insurance agent concerning the expensive engine repair following mouse damage to wiring harness. Which is way more than I can say about the service from my insurance company. At this stage I have yet to hear what if anything will be covered! So special thanks to Nate, and I will be happy to recommend Alderman’s Toyota service department to anyone.

    I’m very impressed with everyone I’ve had contact with at Alderman’s Toyota. Scott Leonard, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable, efficient and great to work with. The service department as well deserves a shout out. Everyone there is friendly, helpful and knows their stuff.

    All though it was a busy Saturday and our cars were a little complicated, Lisa went above and beyond to make sure our expectations were met. So glad Alderman’s has honest, reliable, and dependable people like Lisa who look out for their customers. Excellent place, worth the drive. Money well spent. Cheers to Lisa!

    I had a bit of anxiety because of past negative experiences using dealership services, but my experience today at Alderman's Toyota gave me a 100% renewed faith. I cannot express fully how awesome the experience was today. The staff where courteous and professional and took care of my vehicle. I was also a bit shocked how inexpensive my bill was. Thank you very much and highly recommended.

    Todd and Zeb helped us out on a family vacation at short notice with smiles and a friendly welcome. They diagnosed what was going on quickly and got us back on the road with a fix super fast. So glad we had them to help us out.

    Great service! I bought my Toyota elsewhere and then we moved to Vermont. Alderman's got us in quickly for our first service. We were in and out in no time. What more could you ask for? I will be back.

    They are Amazing ..Zebulon...was so polite!! And the young lady who waited on me after it was done was equally great. And so fast my previous dealership that handled my Chevy always took forever!!! But not here so fast and courteous..I wld 100% recommend them!!! Thank you Alderman Toyota

    Love Alderman's! What a great experience I had with them! I purchased a new vehicle and had ordered it thru Dillon Spooner, my salesman. He kept me updated every step of the way, until it arrived at the dealership. The entire process went smoothly, and everyone was very friendly and professional. Dillon is awesome and really knows his stuff! I also worked with Craig in Finance and he made the purchase process painless and quick! Great staff over there! Kudos!

    First I wanna say this is the best dealership I EVER came in contact with! Even from the first call ! Was searching for a 22 4Runner red off road premium couldn’t find one anywhere next to me ! So I opened my search more and boom there it was at MRSP I REPEAT AT MSRP not all these bs markups ! Had to drive to VT from CT the drive was nothing , had the best salesman Dillon ! If you ever need a new car please go to him! He will keep you updated on everything!! Also big shoutout to carol the sales manager very very nice and helpful always answered all my questions! Last the finance manger you know how they can be ! But Tom was the best ! Got me right into my new truck no over charges no bs fees ! They all made this the best car buying experience I ever had !! Alderman’s Toyota is where to go!!

    My first time visiting Alderman’s Toyota to service my Toyota. Roseanne was super nice and prompt when pulling into the service department. Oil change was quick and didn’t have to wait too long. Was also offered coloring books for my toddler to help keep him occupied by more than one employee which was really nice!

    Great car buying experience - all in an afternoon. Our sales rep, Nathan E. a was a pleasure to work with. Nathan and Alderman's made the process easy. I liked the comfortable no pressure sales environment. Nate was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. The gentleman in financing was a "wizard" with the paperwork, and just as kind and respectful as Nathan. I'd buy from Alerman's again!

    Once again getting my car serviced at Alderman’s is a multiple trip experience. Went in for a 2 hour recall. As I was leaving my dash display went haywire so I turned around and pulled back into the service bay. They had no idea what was wrong but did a global reset and a software update which took an additional 2 hours. So having spent 4 hours surely everything would be fine? Nope! We just discovered that my rear passenger seat was not put back in place correctly after they completed the recall! This is not something that would have been easily missed. But rather than correct it the service person clearly just flipped my seat cover over it and called it good. This is yet another time where Alderman’s has made it clear that doing things right the first time or exhibiting some integrity is not in their wheelhouse.

    I went to Alderman's dealership to get my winter tires turned over and a general service. I consistently use their service because not only are they professional they charge a VERY fair price compared to the other service centers in the area. The don't gouge on SERVICE or SALES- super fair. While my vehicle was being worked on I saw several interactions with customers and I can say the manager Joe is very kind and helpful. *Scott is a great and patient salesperson!* *Greg B in service is TERRIFIC!* Will continue to be a loyal customer!
