    We purchased today, 2/08/2020, a 2016 Subaru Forester 2.5 i premium. We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service we received from Justin in sales and Jarrad in finance!!!!!!! They both went above and way beyond our expectations working with us to ensure the most pleasurable and painless automotive buying experience that we have ever had!!!! They worked with us every step of the way from the moment we walked thru the door to ensure we could make this purchase on our terms and got us the financing that met our needs!!!!!     I had an amazing experience working with Phil Maxwell at Rutland Audi VW , he handled all the process and was kind enough to deliver me the car in Burlington. Michelle was v helpful in walking me through the financials.

    I checked various Subaru dealerships in NY and did not receive actual answers to my questions. I ended up getting constant ads for vehicles I didn't inquire about and automated emails pressuring me to contact someone. I was in no hurry and felt uncomfortable with this tactic. One dealer I visited seemed nice and friendly and was going to ask his manager about the cost of a new Subaru and get back to me, saying he would say I was his "valued customer". He never called me back. In the meantime, Phil Maxwell at Rutland Subaru had begun answering my questions via email. I was already on high alert from all the nonsense previously but he remained honest and answered my questions without the feeling of being scammed. He did not wheel and deal or dicker with pricing. The cost was the cost and that was it. He let me think about my decision and get back to him when I felt comfortable enough to move forward. He stayed in touch but not in a pushy way, more so to make sure I knew he was there to answer any other questions I may have had. When I made my decision, he searched continously for something that may be available sooner. When I declined, he helped me build a new vehicle and we moved forward. Phil Maxwell is a kind salesperson and stays with you through the process. I've had my new Subaru 4 days now and everything he went over with me is still simmering but good. He is great. I highly reccomend him 😊 Ps. Jared was nice too (financing) and quick.

    Nicely done Matt and team! We've now purchased 2 cars with the Rutland Auto Group in the past two years, and we couldn't be happier. Polite and informative, they have helped us find a couple of vehicles we're delighted with. They've put the joy back into making such a significant commitment. The purchasing process has evolved to a civil, pleasant opportunity to build confidence that your purchase will continue to fulfill your expectations long after you drive the car off the lot. We'll be back for sure!

    I drove from Albany, NY to purchase a Jetta from this dealership on January 24th, 2024. Robert Lewis and I had been in contact via email for a week as he kept me up-to-date on any work that they performed. Upon arriving on site, Robert was both kind and professional. He answered all questions that I had as informatively as possible, and even joked with us like he had known us for years. Kris later helped me with the paperwork and financial aspects. He was also friendly and assertive. I walked away feeling very proud of my decision to purchase. Would highly recommend Robert to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

    I am always greeted and feel like a valued customer. The communication and service are as stated. I love the ladies at the service desks! I mostly am helped by Sue but the other lovely young woman is just as stellar. Fast, efficient and wonderful :)

    Phil at Volkswagen recently provided a great car buying experience. He really listened to what I was needing for my family, he did his research, and went above and beyond meeting my expectations. The service team there did an amazing job cleaning and detailing the car; you would think it was brand new, not a 2020. I would highly recommend this car dealership and will continue to got there for all my vehicles service needs.

    Philip at the Rutland Auto Group is fantastic! I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from him here, a 2022 VW Tiguan 2 years ago he helped me with my 2020 Crosstre. Philip is always friendly, patient, knowledgeable and responsive. Even took time on his day off to reply to my emails and answer my questions in an incredibly short about of time. He's always able to find the car that's meets my needs with the features I want all within my budget. If you're looking for a new car, I highly recommend you stop by the Rutland Auto Group and see Philip! Michelle in the finance department is also wonderful! Together, they will get you on the road in a car that meets your needs and budget!

    Purchased a brand new 2022 VW Taos in July of 2022. Rotors are extremely poor quality, and/or poor assembly. Either way, 15K into this vehicle and we now have to shell out money to fix a problem Volkswagen of Rutland won’t stand by or help out with. Embarrassing. Go somewhere else, buy something else.

    My experience was enjoyable, my salesman, Jim Heilner was very understanding and a good listener. He was very helpful in getting me into the correct product. The salesmanship was without pressure to buy, just a good understanding of what I was looking for which took us to a sale of which both parties were happy with.

    First the way I was welcome, and the way I was treated during the whole process. Then the professionalism from the sales manger Andrew to reach a deal on the transaction and finally the pleasure to learn all the new fitures of my new car from Steve Lattuca our sales person. I was amazed by the depth of his knowledge, his patience with me and the smile on his face during the whole process. I own a restaurant in the Rutland area and see a lot of people, I already have recommended Steve and the dealership twice. I will keep my car three years then I’ll be back to enjoy the new EV from VW.
