Knowing that it can be a bit of a wait to get prescriptions we called ahead and asked if the prescription was ready. They told us it would be ready at 2:30. At 2:48 we still didn't have the prescription and at 3:26 we still didn't have it. We ended up going home and were called that our prescription was finally ready at 3:42. It is now 4:03 and we are still waiting in the drive through for the prescription for my mom. The lady servicing us was rather rude and her service poor. Very disappointed with this experience.

I would give less if it was possible. The followup is terrible. They seemed confused in both prescription my doctor prescribed but didn’t seem to followup with my doctor to get clarity. We’ve made 3 trips to the pharmacy and left with no prescription.

Pharmacy drivethru is rediculous! They need more people to run counter and drivethru. I had to wait 28 minutes for someone to assist me after 2 rings. They said they had to clear the line in store first. When I was a pharmacy tech we alternated. This store doesnt do that! Not everyone can physically access the store window. This needs to change immd. This is a dis-service to shoppers!

I have had a couple really good experiences using this pharmacy so far. the most recent was that I called in a refill and didn't have my 'script number, but the pharmacist was very friendly and helpful. I feel like it's so rare to have people talk to you in a kind way anymore, so I just really appreciated that she was so pleasant! Picking up prescriptions is very easy with the drive-thru!

Giving 5 stars to bring up the overall review, the Pharmacy here has been great. They have a drive through, as well as the inside. The tech;s are the nicest I have ever encountered in any Pharmacy. So far every pharmacist I have dealt with has been personable and to the point. Again overall this pharmacy has been about the same wait as any other I have been in, I try to go at less busy times or use the drive through. The price has been unbeatable per GoodRx.

I have been going here for 9 months. I have never had my prescriptions ready when I go in to pick them up. Dr calls the script in I wait a whole day and check that they are ready but when I get to checkout they are still waiting for part of the scripts. I can’t walk so I called to see if they were open for New Years the man said no I checked to see if I came in at 4 if they could fill a written script from my dr before closing at 6, he said yes. I get there wait in line til 4:30 and they get the ONLY pharmacist to tell me that they can’t so come back tomorrow after 10. I tell the pharmacist I can’t walk and it’s not easy to get here get a cart to come in again for my medicine she says after 10 tomorrow. The 1 pharmacist has to review ALL the scripts that the techs fill. So why not have 2 pharmacist all the time filling scripts and only speaking to customers with questions to their scripts instead of every time with every customer. Waste of valuable time of pharmacist!

At first I thought this was going to be my Pharmacy Until the pharmacistTry to act like my doctor or my insurance company and wanted to fill my medication when he got ready to fill my medication instead of when my insurance would let it go through I'm not into things like that I'm into professionalism and you doing your job you are not my doctor nor my insurance company so therefore when my insurance company Fill it you should fill it not when you get ready to fill it or think that you're holding me up I don't recommend this Pharmacy to nobody After the pharmacy tried to sit there and get me to get on there and give them good reviews which I did it first in the beginning But now how they've treated me now Their professionalism did not stay...I will drive across town For people to keep professionalism So yeah across town I go...never again

You guys are amazing. I was having a hard time filing my sons Rx and the pharmacist and Pharmacy technican went out of their way to get my Rx to safeway pharmacy who had the medication in stock. Thank you! Happy Holidays

I have had professional courteous & excellent service at this pharmacy. I am retired from working in pharmacies and I know good service when I get it. I travel and and have used them on and off since 2019.

I bought a strawberry parfeit today (8/21/2022) at approximately 1200 noon. Just sat down to eat it (1650 hrs) and found several sharp objects in it; at about 3 o'clock in this picture. BE CAREFUL!
