Picked up my comforter today and the duvet cover was completely ruined. The color changed and they took no responsibility, rather blaming it on the manufacturer and saying they no record of color. They even charged me for the ruined duvet cover!!! I was a loyal customer on and off for about 6 years ******* Update************ Tony called me and apologized for the issue. He investigated the issue and acknowledged there was an issue with how it was treated. He is remdiating the issue. This is exactly the type of customer service that I expected and ultimately received. I have changed my rating to 4 stars given that he reached out to me to help remediate the issue and to ensure my expectations were met.

Dropped my clothes off for the wash dry fold service. Did not have time to go sit at laundromat and plus it’s a hassle with the COVID 19 rules! Can’t fold your clothes there so you basically come back home and have to figure out how to get the wrinkles out of your clothes. I was in a hurry when I dropped off and honestly didn’t ask how much they charged 😳 They just said two day turn around which sounds good to me. I received a text that my clothes were ready. I went to pick up and the lady at counter asked if I would be a one time customer or if I was coming back. I asked how much it was. She had a red bag that my folded laundry fit in which was folded perfectly! There was room to spare. She said anything that fits in this bag is $19.99! I was shocked! That is what I pay to do it my self!! I will for sure be using this service!!

The employees and service are beyond phenomenal. When it comes to stains they are most assuredly miracle workers. My orders are always ready super fast, and I even get a text notification. It is evident that they take pride in their work and care for your garments as if they were their own. Worth the drive from any where in the Triangle.

My experience has been very good so far. I have had them sew buttons on and do bot dry cleaning and laundering. I have even taken some muddy items to them and had them come back without a stain. They always tell me that there is no guarantee on the stain removal. The owner remembered my name after only a couple of visits. I agree that they are maybe a little more expensive than some of the discount cleaners and I haven't seen or received any coupons in the mail for their services like other cleaners do. Overall they do a good job for a reasonable price- I recommend them.

I wish I took a before and after photo! The Cary Park Dry Cleaners are absolute miracle workers! I brought in a dress that was horribly stained (to the point where I almost threw it away) and they got the stain out completely! I was surprised and beyond excited about this! Great local business with a great team! I will never go anywhere else.

Cary Park Dry Cleaners gets give stars all the way for their great service, prices, and quality. I was warmly greeted by the staff and my dresses were quickly dry cleaned and ready! I love that they text you when your items are ready and they give you the option to pay before or after. I really appreciated the great service, so I will be back!

I've been a customer since 2009 and the service is excellent. My only complaint is a TV mounted behind the desk advertising their services with unnecessary constant beeping. The TV advertising is OK, but please mute it.

Definitely recommend. We had to drop off some cloth for wash and fold since our washer and dryer delivery got delayed. The service was terrific. Revived text next day for pick up and price is reasonable.

My experience is 5 stars, customer service was exceptional. I dropped off and received a text 2 days later that my King and Queen comforters were ready to be picked up. It was packaged Very nicely. It looks practically brand new again, Thank you.

I was in search of a decent dry cleaners since the time I moved to RTP and this place has been one of the decent & reasonable spots in RTP to get your clothes dry cleaned. $2.99 for dress shirts & 3.99 for dress pants, pretty happy with the service as well.
